[Part of the description for a board game called, Intelligent Design vs Evolution]

Intelligent Design Vs. Evolution is deliberately biased, because there are only two alternatives when it comes to human origins. Either we are the result of intelligent design or we are the result of the opposite - unintelligent design. We were either created by a God whose genius is infinitely beyond human reasoning, or the entire creation of flowers, birds, trees, the sun, the moon, the stars, the seasons, the marvel of the human body, etc, all happened by accident. Most who blindly believe the theory of evolution have no idea how unscientific it is. Intelligent Design Vs. Evolution is more than a game - it is an educational expose of perhaps the greatest hoax ever pulled over the eyes of secular humanity.

I've heard that they say, that due to a radiation exposure, it alters the DNA so when they reproduce, they could reproduce a new species because the DNA is slightly unstable. they use this to explain why there are "gaps" in the fossil record. I call this idea a little far-fetched.

One of the arguements they [atheists] make is how christians claim the earth is only 6000 years old. What they don't know, (and many christians don't know) is that there was a first earth age. The age we live in now is the second earth age which started with adam and eve. The third earth age will be the eturnity when Christ returns.

But during the first earth age, Satan rebelled against God, so God was furious and ended the earth, and started the second earth age. This second age started with adam and eve.

The earth is billions of years old. But of coarse atheists have never heards of the 3 earth ages.

Just read Genesis chapter 1, and see how God was recreating everything, not creating for the first time.

It's amazing how these Atheists have no theological training, but they come in here and act like a bunch of bible scolars

I heard on the news about a school (I can't remember where) that is requiring that young girls have this vaccine. I certainly wouldn't want my daughter to have it as a child, nor will I encourage her to receive it now - she's 24. I have HPV and the resulting problems are serious, but a vaccine that is not proven to prevent anything, nor has been shown to be completely safe, isn't a way that I would want to go.

FWIW, there is a moral imperative for commanders to mandate Christian exposure of their personnel on active duty.

Recent ecumenical perspectives fail to recognize the significance of God the Holy Spirit in the continuing sanctification of each and every believer, every day and moment of their lives. Many worldly officers believe they are able to substitute a worldly system of counterfeit belief independent of faith through Christ and still advance in good works. Such thinking is good for nothingness, not only jeopardizing the sanctification and spiritual growth of their juniors, but also placing their commands at risk of divine discipline, being in the wrong place at the wrong time on the battlefield which is deadly.

IMHO, if our commander-in-chief was remaining in fellowship through Christ in all things, he would relieve those in the chain of command who seek such counterfeit substitutes to God’s Plan and place the US armed forces at risk, without divine guidance through faith in Christ.

A prayer:

Thank you for giving us the Origin of Species, Oh Darwin,
which tells us everything we need to know;

Thank you for protecting me from the need
to think things out for myself,

[Thank you for protecting me from the need]
To find things out for myself,

[Thank you for protecting me from the need]
to ask questions which
I don?t know the answers to.

Thank you for making things simple.

And above all, Oh Darwin,
thank you for my ignorance,
for ignorance is bliss.

There is sometimes places in the textbooks that lie. Such as the Colorado carved the Grand Canyon over millions of years. Science has show, through the press, that you don't necessarily need a little water and a lot of time, but a lot of water and a little time. If they want to state these "new findings" they should be able to, which also needs an explanation of how the water got there (such as the Great Flood). Secondly, if you backed the water up in the Grand Canyon, if would all fill in above the Canyon's "water" line...creating a giant lake.

[Would you renounce Jesus Christ in exchange for your child's life?]

IF I was in the trib period with my children, I'd just asoon we all get it over with as quickly as possible and get off this earth to be with the LORD. So I don't think I'd have a problem with even having to watch...I'd just be reminding them and myself - we'll be in a better place in an instance, we'll be in a better place in an instance. And hopefully we wouldn't suffer too long. One swoosh at the neck and - Heaven! [cheering emoticon]

There’s really no need to ‘argue’ against the rules of logic and philosophy as created by humankind.

I stake my life and faith in the God-breathed Scripture that tells me my Heavenly Father knew me as I was knit together in my mother’s womb. I place my trust in the Word of Life which teaches me that we are to be good stewards of that which God has provided.

I have no desire to win a logical, human argument - especially if it requires the playing field be moved away from scripture.

Great Gobs Of Gooey Green Gorilla Guts (GGGGGG). The more evilutionists try to explain their THEORY, the more they discover that evilution is IMPOSSIBLE!!, but because they don't want to be accountable to a Creater God and His laws, statutes, commandments and covenants, they will deny the truth of Intelligent Design even when it's staring them in the face. In the DVD Privileged Planet, it shows beyond any doubt the evilution is impossible because too many "coincidences" would have had to taken place.
When we were kids we were told that a frog turned into a prince, and then we were told that it was just a fairytale, but in school we were told it was evilution.

Atheists are always so quick to point out that atheism is not a religion, but a lack thereof. I think you can pretty much apply that across the board: liberalism isn't a political ideology, but a lack thereof.

Also, acknowledging other non-Christ based religions in the name of "political correctness" is tantamount to admitting that there's a possibility that Christianity is incorrect. There isn't.

We've got the Bible - we win.

[and slaughter of the buffalos for no reason. The buffalos were sacred to the native americans in that they were very dependent on them for food and clothing.]

Is that why the American Indian drove entire herds off cliffs and used what they could and let the rest rot where they fell to their deaths

They were hardly as "noble" as the anti-white media makes them out to be.

The fact is, God removed them from the land and gave it to the Children of Israel (the Tribe of Joseph) in fulfillment of His promises to Abraham and Moses.

I can't see the possiblity for so many perfect things... Our food chain, nutrition, reproduction, atmosphere, the placement of the stars that we can have calendars and clocks, the waves in the ocean. That the trees 'breath' the opposite as we do so we continue to live. That the sun is the perfect distance from us - so we don't freeze over or burn up. -->That the moon covers the sun for the right amount of time for us to get rest.<-- The list goes on and on. I don't see how we could NOT believe it is for a reason.

[From a thread on the HPV vaccine.]

I was thinking about this this afternoon. This part of it may sound harsh to some, but I'll say it anyway . . . YES, we all hope and pray that our children wait to have sex until marriage . . . and think that "if they don't, this vaccine will give them added protection" (kind of like the whole "don't have sex but if you do use a condom" approach). My question is, what about allowing them to reap the consequences of making poor choices? In other words, suppose a child does stray from God's will and have sex and get HPV -- that would be the natural consequence of their behavior. How far should we go to keep them from "reaping what they sow"?

[Reprimanding a Christian poster for citing Hindu doctrine in a historical context.]

IMO Christians should not give any crediblity to false religions by citing their beliefs. God wants all of His children to be followers of His Son, Jesus Christ. Hindus, Buddhist, Mormons, Muslims, Jews, and all the other non Christian religions are not followers of His Son. To a Christian those are all false religions, and should not be taken seriously unless they become a threat. It does not matter if a particular religion was around long before Christianity. When Jesus came to earth, all other religions became void.

Any amount of time a Christian spends studying false religions is stealing time away from God. Any amount of time Christians spend time in conversing with others on any false religion has stolen time away from the Christian's great calling of evangelism.

<article about witnessing to atheists>

While atheism is the ultimate intellectual suicide, I can understand why some people are tempted to believe that there's no God. The previous night I had listened to a CNN report that scientists had discovered why human beings are more intelligent than animals. I was intrigued with their assumption, and listened to how scientists believed that 20 million years ago we developed larger brains. They predicted that the human brain will continue to grow, giving us larger heads. This will mean that future generations will see more Cesarean births. I admired the newscaster's ability to remain straight-faced.
