Why is this happening? When a whole generation or two of children grow up being taught explicitly through sex-ed, and slightly more subtly through media indoctrination, that there are no morals, that right and wrong do not exist any more, and that the only guide for proper sexual behavior is whatever feels good (and if it doesn't feel good at first like anal sex, just keep trying) - then more and more of this hateful behavior will happen.

No, they would not have souls before they were conceived. The reason being is that their DNA (which actually makes them human) has not come to be yet. They only have half of the genetic material needed. The X and the Y must unite to complete the DNA sequence of that specific individual. The most you could argue for is that the sperm has half a soul and the egg the other half and there is no telling which halves would end up together.

Maybe the 31st of October is the Satanic equvilant of Christmas? I don't know, all I know is that I'm in danger no matter where I am. Something bad's coming, either on 10/31 or before, but by the end of the month, something's gonna go down.
