Heaven is a planet, approximately 4 1/2 light years from the Earth. Hell is 30 miles below the surface of the Earth, under England, the channel and France.

I've said previously that I'd be open to capital punishment for repeat homosexual offenders, but before you go off the deep end and call me an extremist, I think that a 2-strikes-you're-out policy would be good to implement.

people who are mute, or deaf, or blind, or have phsical or metal problems, are extra special because God let them live and even they can praise his name! I could care less if 10000 or 10 million "christians" beleave in evolution...this Worlds way of explaining away every supernatural event of God is pathetic.

If God did not create MAN...then...

there was no Flood...
there was no Pharoh...
there was no Moses...
there was no David and Goliath...
there was no John the Baptist...
and there in no remission fo sin without a supernatural Ressurection....

So continue to live in a fairy tale land of Half truths and prideful attempts but when the Day of the Lord roll around the Corner you can explain to your 10000 "christians" that its all just a mass hallucination...

[So you see nothing wrong with genocide?]

Nor with capital punishment if the true God commands it. It is wrong otherwise, such as when a false god like Allah (or someone in his name)commands it.

Because the evidence alluded to in the previous posts shows that he is the true God. It also shows he is good, loving, and righteous.

[On the Founding Fathers who were largely deists and agnostics]

Now, I could care less what the founders of this country were tripping on at the time. It's meaningless from my perspective. As Christians we should live our call and shape society and governemental authority to the Christian ideal regardless of intentions of the founders of a state.

I almost got arrested teaching Creationism in school...

Man, has time changed or what??
I am a public school Math and Science teacher. So I'd thought to broaden my students views by giving them both sides of the story. One of my students' parent came and threaten to report me to the 'officials.' Anyway, to make the long story short, principal got involved and I was pretty much 'ORDERED' to stop teaching the Creationists' point of view.

sigh...

The first step is to convince legislators that "hate crimes" legislation is needed to deter "gay bashing" as if were a special type of assault. Thereby bestowing special status to homosexuals.

The next step is to then claim that for Christians to speak against homosexual behavior is "hate speech" and that that is a crime under "hate crimes" legislation. So, that then pastors, priests and other Chrisitans can be prosecuted under the "hate crimes" laws in order to silence them.

We know what the ultimate goal of the homosexual agenda is

[Apparently promoting Christian holy war]

It is blindingly obvious, given current events, that the world would be better off with only ONE religion. War and strife will continue until the people are united under one flag. If you think about it, this has to be the endgame.

If that's the inevitable conclusion, then why shouldn't Christians fight to be the last one standing? Why shouldn't muslims?

In this light, a good Christian should be vocal, she should take action. The sooner we get to one religion, the sooner we get to peace.

I'm curious because that is the argument that my brother used on my dad. I find it disturbing how people so readily believe anything that is spoon-fed to them without finding out for themselves. My brother has bought everything skeptics have been able to "dig up" against Christianity without ever reading the Bible for himself. And if ever he has read any part of the Bible, he appoaches it with his own pre-conceived ideas. Very frustrating.

I guess right now, he would rather believe a lie than the truth.

It wouldn't surprise me at all. However, I think the American Jihad is more subtle. Immigrate in mass numbers and convert the population.

I have this as an example: In the last couple of days a Pakistani girl was moved to one of my classes, and she sits next to me. As the closest peron, she tried witnessing to me. And it was useless to point out verses in the koran and the many contradictions that mohammed (police be upon him) made. She quickly countered that the koran in English is twisted and untrue and nothing from it can be used in debate. What's funny is that this girl doesn't speak Arabic.

[Here is a resolution recently up in the House of the Missouri State Government. No, it's not a law, just a resolution.]

Whereas, our forefathers of this great nation of the United States recognized a Christian God and used the principles afforded to us by Him as the founding principles of our nation; and

Whereas, as citizens of this great nation, we the majority also wish to exercise our constitutional right to acknowledge our Creator and give thanks for the many gifts provided by Him; and

Whereas, as elected officials we should protect the majority's right to express their religious beliefs while showing respect for those who object; and

Whereas, we wish to continue the wisdom imparted in the Constitution of the United States of America by the founding fathers; and

Whereas, we as elected officials recognize that a Greater Power exists above and beyond the institutions of mankind:

Now, therefore, be it resolved by the members of the House of Representatives of the Ninety-third General Assembly, Second Regular Session, the Senate concurring therein, that we stand with the majority of our constituents and exercise the common sense that voluntary prayer in public schools and religious displays on public property are not a coalition of church and state, but rather the justified recognition of the positive role that Christianity has played in this great nation of ours, the United States of America.

We need to be aware of ones mentioned at Romans 16:17-18, who with smooth words and complimentary speech, seduce the hearts of guideless ones. On a smiliar note, the net is not the correct place to look for clarification on bible understandings. Your congregation and the Faithful and Discreet Slave's publications and assemblies are the proper channels for deeper understanding and questions one may have. Quote# 9942

[Blissfully unaware that global warming happens due to greenhouse gases, which cause the atmosphere to become opaque to the infrared radiation emitted by the Earth, not the total amount of heat produced or received by the Earth.]

Rather than continue to listen to the emotional hysteria of the Envirowackos, let's pause for a moment and consider, for example, the amount of "global warming" power coming from natural causes (i.e., The Sun) versus the amount of "global warming" power caused by burning coal, oil, and natural gas to produce electricity and heat our homes.

This way we can begin to get a handle on how big a factor Man's behavior is in producing the much-ballyhooed "global warming" versus how big a factor the Sun is.

[Math showing that the sun produces more energy than coal.]

IOW, the “global warming” from the Sun is approximately 650,000,000,000,000,000,000 times greater than that due to the total amount of “global warming” caused by all the coal, oil, and gas that is burnt to produce electricity and heat. But to be fair, we should also consider the amount of oil burnt to propel our cars, planes, boats, and trains, but the amount of heat produced by doing that is in the ballpark range of that produced by producing electricity and heating our homes.

Then again, facts don't mean much to the typical "global warming" theorist....
