Quote# 22754
When the King of Heaven throws you a party, you notice.
With skipping angels and fun filled children,
Who throw streamers and balloons throughout the parade.
Fantastic floats highlight moments of your life.
Animals of all sorts assemble past you,
Colors burst forth from fireworks that go on and on for a long time.
Dignitaries give a speech or two about how God used you
( speeches that don't go on and on)
Then the King holds a grand Ball and feast in celebration of you.
Gloriously arrayed ladies dance with elegant men.
It's your own family, your friends and some whom you never met before,
But somehow recognize.
A table as long as Texas is wide
Is heavly laden with your favorite dishes and exotic desserts
with millions of friends of all ages, races, backgrounds and generations in time,
Seated all around you, besides you.
Only can heaven celebrate every single one of us,
Without any of it being diluted or worn thin.
This Party is for you, me, everyone there,
Simply for our name being written in the Lamb's Book of Life,
And it's about Him too.
When God ornemented the heavens with gemstones and lights
He didn't use a rickety old ladder,
When God filled the oceans and seas
He didn't rely on a tiny eyedropper.
His party for us will not be cheap, small or understated,
But as extravagant as is His grace.
