The EU wants a political leader/
Muslims want the Mahdi.
Jews want their promised Mesiah.
Wars and rumors of wars, earthquakes and tsunamis.
The slow but deliberate breakup of european and American freedoms...
the impending Market crash, the housing bubble bust.
Nukes in the hands of madmen and weak leaders who are afraid to oppose them.

The future isn't looking too bright.
Everything seems to be leading the world towards a savior complex-the perfect conditions to set a single man in charge of it all. Hitler rode to power this way, so will the AC.

I am finally here to give atheism doom. See if your top atheist scientist could get the nucleus of an ape blood cell. Then the nucleus of a human's blood cell and place it in a gorrila's blood cell. Next, add a small electric charge to that cell, to add life to it. Then wallah, you have on ugly baby if that monster comes into being, you will have one ugly freak. Shoot, I like heaven better. Remember that your dooms day baby is a gorrila or just go bannanas over it, you atheist.

Quote# 23029

This is kinda long, but well worth it.
I live in Ashland Ky where I attend church. This morning a man with a tatterd hoodie on, muddy jeans, holes in his shoes and blisters on his feet, walking with a large stick, that looked like a staff, and holding a tattered bag with his possessions in it clutching a bible showed up in front of the church. Our preacher ask him if he could help him, he said, I wanted to come to church. Gary is our preachers name, so he showed the young man inside. Sunday school was just starting. He came to the door of the class, took off his shoes, layed them down with his bag, and kept the "stick" in his hand. They told him he didnt have to take the shoes off, but he said yes he did, and he sat through class. Coming out to our sanctuary he put his shoes back on, then proceeded to take them back off and went into church. Our electric had been out all morning, and the electric co. said that a tree had fell, hitting a transformer, so we wouldnt have any power for a while. Church went on. The man sat in church and after it was over, he left. My brother lives down the road about a mile from the church. On his way home, he saw the man in a field sitting eating an apple. He thought he might go back and offer him some money or food. When he turned around, the man was talking to a neighbor. My brother pulled up and said hi, can i help you with something? The man said no, he was fine, didnt need anything. My brother ask if he could get him a pizza or something, he again said no, that the store down the road had gave him some fruit, he was fine. They offered him a ziplock bag for his bible so it wouldnt get wet. He said NO, it is never covered..but I will take the bag to use for something else. Then he ask my brother for ride down the road, saying he would ride in the back of the truck. My brother gave him a ride about 15 miles or so coming to a country store. He got out and ask him again if he could take money. He said no, and my brother offered to shake his hand, he backed away saying no, but God Bless you. Asking his name, he said it was irrelevent, that God had made the Power go off this morning so he could travel through there, he was a messenger of God, and demons are everywhere in a Church because they know there time is short. He said he needed nothing, the church had gave him some money, and food. He clutched his bible and told my brother that time was short, very short, we couldn t even imagine how short it was before Jesus comes and that he was a messenger of God!
OUr preacher went on to explain tonight that he told him he was a banker years ago, and God told him to sell everything and go out to the world and tell people that time is short, and be saved, watch out for the devil! And that he didn't need anything because Jesus told his disiples to take their tunic and follow him, just as he was doing! He said that our church was the 10th one he attended in this area and had many more to go to visit. Gods Messenger, I do think so...I feel so priveledged to think that God sends messengers to this day! Thank God hes coming soon!

Quote# 23030

There is no better term than propaganda blitzkrieg to describe what has
been unleashed against Christian conservatives recently.

Consider the long list of anti-Christian books that have been published
in recent months. Here are just a few samples of more than 30 similar
titles, all from mainstream publishers:

"American Fascists: The Christian Right and the War on America"

"The Baptizing of America: The Religious Right's Plans for the Rest of Us"

"The End of Faith: Religion, Terror, and the Future of Reason"

"Piety & Politics: The Right-wing Assault on Religious Freedom"

"Atheist Universe: The Thinking Person's Answer to Christian Fundamentalism"

"Thy Kingdom Come: How the Religious Right Distorts the Faith and
Threatens America"

"Religion Gone Bad: The Hidden Dangers of the Christian Right"

What is truly alarming is that there are more of these books for sale at
your local large book store warning against the perils of fervent
Christianity than those warning against the perils of fervent Islam.
Does anyone seriously think America is more seriously jeopardized by
Christian conservatives than by Islamic zealots? I fear that many
Americans believe just that in the same way that many pre-World War II
Westerners considered Churchill a bigger threat than Hitler.

Considerably more intellectual energy is being pumped into the
propaganda campaign against Christianity than was ever delivered to the
anti-smoking or anti-drunk-driving campaigns. Fervent zealots of
secularism are flinging themselves into this anti-Christian war with
enormous fanaticism.

If they succeed, Christianity will be driven underground, and its benign
influence on the character of America will be lost. In its place we
shall see a sinister secularism that menaces Bible believers of all
faiths. Once the voice of the Bible has been silenced, the war on
Western Civilization can begin and we shall see a long night of
barbarism descend on the West.

Without a vibrant and vital Christianity, America is doomed, and without
America, the West is doomed.

Natural selection is the evolutionists way of saying nature did it, and not God. Creation is the believer saying God did it and not nature.

I often hear of evolutionists claiming it's not a religion. My question would be: Then why are most here fighting a religious belief, with what is claimed as pure science, not a belief or a religion?

Evolution should be able to stand on it's own merits and evidence without people coming into the creation ring. Which often makes me wonder if creation posing a bigger threat than what we are led to believe. Because if I were a evolutionist, and believed all that science claimed about it. I would not even worry about what is not even considered science, in the circles I hang around. But for some, it's an every night affair.

Example: As for me, I don't go looking in atheist forums for trouble. I don't even waste my time joining one. And I have received many invitations. So I don't because I know I have truth, and I know that everyone has a right to make a choice. I've made mine, and the atheist has made theirs. Funny thing is, if you want to debate an atheist, just put up a forum about creation. Or a website. Once they find you, they will spread your name all over the net to other atheists. Soon you'll have loads of traffic, and tons of hate mail. All for what reason? To defend what they call fact, and has no religious base? Against what is religion based?

Here again, it is looking like evolution is what it is not claimed to be. Why else would such a need be to attack God to defend it? It's like a biologist getting into an argument with an airplane mechanic. What would be the subject when both their fields of work are so different?

Quote# 23032

The "Origin of the Species" is not an ordinary science book. It purports to challenge the account of Creation as written in the Bible. It came from a Christian whose conclusions about observations in the natural world led him to disbelief. It proposes a theory that changes the perception of man regarding important issues like where we come from, where we are going to, what is the purpose of life, etc. As such, its repercusions involve not only Naturalism but also Philosophy, Religion, Theology, Psychology, Ethics, History, Sociology, etc.
I haven't researched the historic background of such a work but one can roughly say that it was landed at a time where there was a revival of humanistic and liberal ideas, the world was being delivered from the heritage of Catholicism, other religions established themselves as universal systems of faith, technologic advances were rapidly being implemented after centuries of stagnation, there was an Industrial Revolution taking place and a flourishing capitalist economy, the levels of worlwide commerce, information and comunication increased, etc. Men were in search of new answers to ancient questions about themselves.
The ideas of Darwin found a rich ground and became a paradigm. Science became the new religion. It's no wonder that many other fields adopted the paradigm and worked to sustain it. No human intellectual output is purely objective and Science is no exception. If you believe in Evolution you interpret reality accordingly.
For the Theory to work they needed: (1) to erase traces of an intelligent Creator, (2) a long timeline to allow gradual changes, (3) conceptions about matter and energy which came from nowhere, organised very nicely - after randomness and chaos ceased on their own - and generated the building pieces of the universe and life.
Therefore, the earth became very old and the Bible was no more than a pretentious book of myths full of allegories and metaphors.

Quote# 23034

All quotes by creationist, against evolution, will always be referred to as misleading. As well as any information that does not conform to a evolutionist view.

The scientific view of the comparison of evidence, and the people, base solely on what it supports, and nothing else.

Fact:
If said evidence supports evolution, it is always viable in scientific circles. The person who brought it to mind is always well educated, never uses fraudulent information, and only goes to the finest schools available.

Fact:
If said evidence supports creation, or it's God, it can "never" be viable. Is always misleading. And the person who always brings it up, is always a fraud who is uneducated. And goes to a school that does not exist.

Fact:
A evolutionist scientist who jumps the boat for creation, is a fraud. And even though science had no questions about his or her education, it is in question now because of their decision. The school they went to becomes a diploma mill, and is now considered not accredited. Even though, as long as they believed evolution, all of this was "no problem".

Don't believe this?
1) Does science ever give any credit to a creationist for finding evidence without mocking them in the next breathe?

2) Does science ever speak kindly about someone changing their mind from evolution to creation, even though it is their choice to make?

3) Will science ever accept creation evidence without first putting creationist education on the chopping block, as a means of determining of whether said evidence is viable before even looking at it?

4) Will science quit trying to compete with a religious belief on something they claim is not religious?

First you explain that you can be set free from being a homosexual,it is called deliverance,Yes homosexuality is caused by a demon, just like some people can't stop stealing lying or murdering because they are controlled by demons.

Once you repent and confess your sin,ANY homosexual can be set free with Deliverance.

Homosexuality is like a disease and it spreads, thats why satan is promoting the 'fudge packer movement 'so vigoriously throughout the world.
Gays are cool nowdays and if you are gay your chances to win some stupid reality t.v show is much better, why?

Many girls believe it is hip to have gay friends because they are so 'nice'
Yeah right.

Why do you think the BOHEMIAN GROVE ,where all the world leaders get together to plan their evil get busloads of gays to entertain them.

So yes,if i have a friend that 'turns' i will read him the riot act and if he wont turn he'll burn.

Although it will be slightly 'dangerous' on this occation to turn my back on this friend,i'll just tell him to scat after he refuse to accept that he is on the wrong road.

Are you going to be friends with someone lying to you everytime he/she opens its mouth?

Tolerance does not mean having fellowship with the darkness.

I think it takes as much faith to believe that the universe began as the size of a marble and expanded in a split second to it's present size, as reported by the Star. In fact, I think a lot of the scientifc claims take a lot of faith and I am certainly not one to believe that the Bible explains the origin of life or this universe. But, I have read some of the "intelligent design" books and they have valid points. And, they show just how far scientists will go to deny that they don't have a clue about the origin of this universe, either.

Your stupidity and gullibility is one of the reasons why the east coast is not highly valued by the rest of Canada.
You keep voting Liberal and the Liberals keep you ignorant, indignant, and dependent.
Grow up, and realize the Conservatives are Canada's best hope for the future.

Uh dude, the east coast keeps voting Liberal because of either attitudes like "me grand pappy voted Liberal, me daddy voted Liberal, and I vote Liberal" and "Conservative times are hard times."
In other words, for the most part, the east coast keeps voting to keep those who victimize them in power.
If anyone is ignorant dude, it's not the conservatives.

Nothing would please the rest of Canada more than for the maritimes to find offshore oil! Then we'd FINALLY have to stop paying people to sit on their asses! Overfishing, under-the-table, do enough for EI then quit, all the time bemoaning the young for heading west to make something of themselves.
Seriously, we LOVE for you to re-obtain your fiscal independence like you had during the coal years.
It's the Liberals who have kept you ignorant and dependent on EI.

[On the morality of sodomy]

Is it wrong. Absolutely.
It is absolutely a sin to be given much and then turn around and spit in the face of the giver. It is absolutely a sin to attack the guests who you are honor-bound to protect and serve, even to the degree of risking your own life ("hospitality" was a much more intense concept in that culture). It is absolutely a sin to abuse those who are vulnerable.
It is wrong, regardless of the marital status or gender of the people involved.

Scientists are on a search for the truth . They don't have the truth or they wouldn't keep searching for the truth and changing their minds all the time.

Therefore they can no more be trusted than those who are in the dark about the truth. So again, when scientists agree with God, they will always be right. When they disagree with God, they will always be wrong. So ultimately, all we need is God.

Freedom of speech should weigh the rights of society vs the rights of the individual. The use of that word adds no value to our society, only detriment. As such, people who use the word should be taken to a prison.
Prisoners who use the word should have time added onto their sentence.

San Diego, CA – The Resistance is a nationwide Christian organization with over 2000 members focused on protecting Christianity and Christian values and are demanding Duke University change the name of their sports team to something not offensive to the Christian community.

Sports teams at the University are called the Blue Devils, a name Mark Dice says is blasphemous, and disrespectful to Christians and non-Christians alike. “If the team were named the Blue Nazis would that be ok?” asks Dice, who is the spokesperson for The Resistance. “There would be outrage across the country, yet naming a team after the Devil is ok?”

"Numerous college sports teams have faced opposition in the past to using ethnic names which were offensive to segments of the community, and this is no different,” explains Mark.

The Resistance has gained international news coverage for a variety of issues including a boycott of the implant able RFID tag, the VeriChip, the protesting an occult monument in Georgia called the Georgia Guidestones, and for demanding MTV pull Jessica Simpson’s 2005 music video these Boots are Made for Walking for being “slutty.”
