[I can’t help but think that committing fraud, getting convicted, and going to jail is quite a strange way to spread the gospel.

Besides, Kent Hovind’s conviction got a high profile in the press, and I fear has confirmed the opinion of many Atheists and Christians that evangelists are just crooks. Kent would need to witness to half the US jail population to make up for all the people he has driven away from Christianity by his fraud and conviction.]

Sir I’m so so so… sorry for the position you will be in when what you’ve said comes to bear. Why didn’t you say “I can’t help but think that preaching the Word ,getting convicted, and being hung on the cross to die while beaten and ridiculed is quite a strange way to spread the gospel.” I don’t mean to imply that Kent Hovind is the same as Jesus Christ but if you beleive that loving your brothers is a crime and that teaching the truth is a crime ….

[In an article about the 'debate' that was supposed to prove God exists]

"Evolution is unscientific. In reality, it is a blind faith that's preached with religious zeal as the gospel truth. I'm embarrassed to admit that I was once a naïve believer in the theory,” said the former television star in a statement. “Atheism has become very popular in universities – where it's taught that we evolved from animals and that there are no moral absolutes. So we shouldn't be surprised when there are school shootings.”

Good - now that pentacles (stars) are rightfully recognized as religious symbols, we Christians should start up lawsuits to have every star removed from every governmental flag, crest, coat-of-arms, badge, memorial, etc.

The atheists have been attacking and challenging those government memorials that include a cross, and have also challenged the engravings of the 10 commandments on government ground and in government displays.

ADDISON — The popular nursery rhyme “Mary Had a Little Lamb” tells the tale of a lamb following a little girl to school and the teacher not allowing it to enter the classroom. On July 7, LeFerna “Louie” Walch will make it her business’ priority to get the lamb back into school.

Walch’s business, Mary’s Lamb Inc., has the purpose of teaching “unchurched” children about Jesus through a lamb.

[...]

The goal is to get the lamb into schools, so Walch will come out with a school supplies line in August. She doesn’t want the supplies to be released too early because she doesn’t want anyone to try to ban them.

“I’m sure we’ll run into controversy,” she said. “The whole point of this is to see the lamb and think of Jesus.”

In an effort to make the lamb popular, Walch wrote a 30-chaptered children’s novel titled “The Secret of Yahweh!” that introduces J.C. Lamb and her Chihuahua sidekick, “Angel.”

The story tells of J.C. Lamb, also known as Un-Secret Agent 7-7-7, going to a school because children aren’t allowed to say the words “under God” in the Pledge of Allegiance. It is up to J.C. Lamb to “expose the secret that has been kept too well for too long.”

We were much better off when it was legal to burn pagans at the stake. These Harry Potter sponge-heads don’t know what real pagan and animist culture looks like. If they did, they would be running very far, and very fast, away from their Druid roots. (I suppose that would require some reading on their part though...)

In order to defeat those who promote atheism we must hit them were it hurts the most, namely the school system.

First we must (and I mean must) get rid of the ban on prayer. Our children need to be able to express their faith if they want to grow to be well adjusted adults (just look at what political correctness is doing to them).

Next, we have to get rid of evolution and replace it with sound science. There is a reason why America is lagging behind other countries in the sciences. If we don’t stop teaching this dead end we will never make the advancements needed to survive.

I do not give my time or energy to support the Intelligent Design movement, mostly because it does not of itself lead to Christ and Salvation. It was an attempt, like the Catholic Church, to get people into a “Christian Church” by removing objectionable doctrines and accepting pagan practices.

The reason I say this about atheists is because it is the truth. Just because there might be a couple good atheists doesn’t mean that they are the representation of the whole.

If you think you know how admirable atheists are, just read the “God delusion” or “God is not great”, it will show how they really are.

I’m sorry, but it is imposable for atheists to intentionally good, they need the fear of punishment to keep them in line. For you see, they deny God and therefore refuse to believe in heaven or in a closeness to God. Without this, an atheist will only see himself as “God” and live accordingly under this selfish delusion, regardless of the consequences towards others.

Very brave guys. God bless them.
Three things: first, homosexuals lose their humanity when they succumb to this sort of depravity and become little more than animals.
Second, they needed to be treated that way. Christians should seek armed protection when they go up against animlas like this.
Third: the first amendment was meant to protect expression, not exhibition. We should pass a law that anyone who participates in a Gay pride rally should be executed, (after due process of course.)

Quote# 26902

I don’t think you even understand the depth of depravity of these people. In the Greek the words for “put asunder” can simply mean to physically separate - and that should not be done! But in the Hebrew the language is much stronger; meaning that you shouldn’t even think of those married as separable from unity. Even to mentally conceive of division is evil.

The prisoner movements Brother Kent has undergone is nothing short of torture - and that against both husband and wife.

But the fact that there is even a separate set of charges for husband and wife is evidence that the brains of the people constructing the charges are deeply depraved.

This is biblical law and it is also inherent in natural law - the law straight from the observation of nature - to separate husband and wife even for a custodial prison sentence is wicked. All hands involved are covered in wickedness. This is the law of the Bible and God shall hold every man accountable for this wickedness.

Actually, there were no oceans until the universal flood.

I have studied macro-evolutionary theory and it remains just that a - a theory. A theory that now has a long list of deceits and lies . I pulled my daughter out of the atheistic government schools and she attends an excellent christian prep school. They expose the students to all theorys - the good, bad and the ugly. Problem solved. It amazes me that in the face of all the money and propaganda spent on atheistic macro evolutionary theory, that the American people overwhelmingly reject it. Evolutionary atheists are spending tons of money and yet always are on the defense. I find that interesting when they claim it is such solid science. I know science and it is actually a bunch of scientific philosophy.

Only evolutionists see something wrong with asking for your Constitutional rights. You see the Declaration of Independance says that we are endowed by our Creator… if you are an evolutionist then the Constitution would have little meaning. I mean it doesn’t say “endowed by the ancient prebiotic soup…”

Atheists are not capable of being patriots because they are incapable of convictions or love. Since they have denied God, they see no reason to practice either since they don’t see how it will benefit their personal standing.

So no, atheists can not be Americanism.

SHREK WARNING

As a parent and school teacher, I appeal to companies like McDonald's to stop using Shrek in their promotions.

Shrek is an unappealing character, teaches unfaithfulness, immorality, has low, coarse crude humour, promotes homosexuality, cross dressing and divination (super-natural means).

By allowing these influences, McDonald's is numbing the hearts and minds of children.

Not eating meat on purpose (when it is available, but you still avoid it) is not something Jesus instructed us to do.

You don't have to eat McDonald's everyday or anything like that, but to avoid meat is to imply you don't trust the Bible when it states (sorry for no verse) all food has been made clean to eat.

What do you not agree with here?

If it is good enough for the Word, it is good enough for me and you.

End of story.

Quote# 26899

If more Christians would allow Christ to be lord of their family size (and stop being DECEIVED that 2 children are enough!), then in 4 generations, cultural trends in America will be reversed. It is simple mathematics:

2 parents with 2 children who have 2 children, etc. will in 4 generations affect 32 people.
2 parents with 5 children who also have 5 children, etc. will in 4 generations affect 625 people.
2 parents with 8 children who also have 8 children, etc. will in 4 generations affect 4096 people.
2 parents with 12 children who also have 12 children, etc. will in 4 generations affect 20,736.

20,736 will outvote 32 votes everytime! Even when they cheat!

I think this is TRUE survival of the fittest!

Barrier methods can be Very effective, if you're consistant. FAM or NFP can be Very effective, if you stay on top of it. Above all though, know that G-d is in control of your fertility and if He chooses to bless you with a baby sometime in the future, He will. If you've had the full number of babies He wants you to have, then you won't get pregnant again no matter what method you choose.
