I just wanted to see what everyone's thought was on this. Recently, we have had to switch churches due to some changes and compromising in our church. When we started looking for a new church, we realized that they were only about 4 in the whole state of Missouri that was still a solid church. We then started looking at other church website's around the coutry that are/were solid, independent baptist churches, it seemed as if they had changed. We would look at the photo galleries, and see mixed swimming, youth activites with teens dressed immodestly, and even contemporary concerts. What is happening?

We even looked at a so-called indpendent baptist church in Texas where they recently had a contemporary artist singing in their church! The pastor of this church is very well known, and it was a big dissapointment to me. The pastor is still preaching in large conferences at good churches today.
It seems that even colleges are changing by adding water parks and surf teams to their campus. Are we at Bible college to serve God and learn about the Bible or are we here to get away from mom and dad and have some fun? It appears that volleyball teams now wear shorts to play in, whereas 10 years ago they were still in cullotes, and I don't mean loose fitting shorts. I recently heard Bro. Tony Hutson preach "Old Time Religion" and it was such a blessing to me. He mentioned that churches would still be prospering and souls being saved, if we still had the old time religion. I guess they think the old time religion is just too "old" for this generation.
Maybe it's just me, but it sure seems like it's happening around the country.

There are good reasons why, but that is another topic. Summarily, there are no errors in the bible with regards to any physical science claims. The fact our science has in fact proven the biblical claims means that logically bible creationism should be presented in science class.

older people want to seduce younger people into sex, but the younger people live in a society of Christian or other religious rules and values that say promiscuity, adultery or out of wedlock sexual relations are forbidden.

So the older people made up this idea that God and all that religion stuff isnt real, its taken many decades to get the story as slick as it is in 2007, but as we can see the progressive left has managed to outlaw the bible from public school and has worked tirelessly to get murder legalized, Roe v Wade which is there to help rapists and the grey market body parts industries that sell the aborted fetuses, the industry allowed to be legal because of Roe v Wade.
