A friend recently sent me this article about a "gay-friendly" high school. If we were living in a biblical society, homosexuality would be punishable by death so such a school would be unnecessary. Although I'm against the special accommodations, perhaps this new trend of segregation will protect straight kids from these predators. With any luck, some radical will blow up the gay school. Our kids had their spring music concert the other night. We are a small town, and this is a big deal....anyhoo....we were walking in with our kids, and my dh's head did a double take. Right in front of us is a kindergartener...she is with her parents. AND, she is dressed in a little white flapper dress(super short) with BLACK FISH NET STOCKINGS and high heals. Her parents are quite well to do...he is a lawyer and she is a dentist.....and she sings in a Christian group. You could tell that they put alot of money making her look like that. At first, it made me so sad for the little girl....and then it made me mad that her parents did that to her. That my kids had to put up with someone dressed like that.....I am just so disgusted with the lack of judgement and morals. Its getting worse everyday. Sorry. Just had to vent....try explaining this to the "world", and I get responses like, "I thought she was cute."
