Atheists are completely illogical because they only know to use reasoning and logic.

That's not logical. Should use the bible instead.

I've stopped watching the History or Discovery Channel a long time ago-mostly I just get angry when I view their programs, so I choose to ignore them instead. Its hard though, when you encounter all those "brains" out there who go on and on about the incredible things they've learned about what the Discovery Channel has to say about the end of the world. It takes all I have to keep from screaming "DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH! DON'T YOU HAVE A BRAIN??? LOGIC???

PICK UP A BIBLE!!!!!"

Last night there was a program talking about the New Madrid Fault-which is right below where we live....it was soooooo doom and gloom and it made me reflect on the irony of the fact that they think so many of us evengelical Christians are full of doom and gloom theories...

The only place you can find a moderate reasonable muslim is right in front of the Easter Bunny and right behind Big Foot. That is the only place that they exist. If anyone hears anything different you want to look right quick and see where the lies are coming from and why they are being told.
You will find every time that these lies are a smoke screen for islamic expansion.

Listen, at the end of the day he made a bet, he lost he should hand her over.

hum, so we have how many scientists in the world, a hundred or two? How is it that we allow a couple hundred (maximum) scientists tell us about our world? Or are you trying to say that if those couple of hundred people are convincing enough so that you write it in a publication that makes it science?

You see, science is exploration. It is a method of finding truth. Science is not nor has it ever been a published article. A published article is literature. Is that your problem, you don't know the difference between science and literature?

I know exactly what you mean by this. It's like one day a few years ago I woke up and did not exist consciously on this earth any more. I don't relate to anything on this earth and feel like an alien. It really wasn't a spiritual change as much as it was a physical feeling of separation and an emotional division. I've been saved for a long long time, but I think the earth hit a speed bump 4 or 5 years ago and knocked me off of the normal rotation. Very surreal.

Does anybody watch the television show "Lost"? Because I know what it's like to be on an Island where everybody is an "other", and all I want is to just go home.

As for us, we're covered, God will watch over us no matter how bad it gets.

How many times does not the bible say that being gay is wrong?!
God made man, and God made woman. Had God intended that anything else that is what he would have done. His plan was not for two men or two women to be together. I find it disgusting and horribly wrong. Gay people are scum. They are ones who Hitler should have prioritized to get rid of. I'm sorry, but this is just how I feel.

Oh well, I guess our time will come with the rapture. Theirs wont...

I have spoken to hundreds of Roman Catholics, and when you ask them “Are you a Christian?” most say, “No. I’m a Roman Catholic.” They know the difference. One is steeped in tradition, and the other adheres to the Bible. And the Catholic church didn’t get their information “from the Bible” (it was a banned Book).

Some Christians like to add in a blurb that says "Well, my cross is a faulty car or an annoying sin, or blah blah blah..." But if you were in the audience at the time listening to Christ speak, you would know he was speaking about the cross being a literal physical death. The cross was an execution device. Death to self. Death to your wants and needs. Hatred of self, even.

Is this what we see from "American" Christians today??

Christians in China in the underground church... You bet. They meet together for fellowship and they know they are risking prison time, torture, even death.

Christians in the Middle East.... Yep. Also risking their very lives and risking disownment from their families if they become Christians.

Sometimes I pray that persecution would come to America... REAL persecution. To separate the wheat from the tares.

How many would be left standing?

The overriding motivation of evolutionary scientists is to try to explain the creation , without the creator.

If they can rationally explain the origin of man apart from God, then God becomes irrellevant.

This is the driving factor of evolution.

The empirical data used by evolutionists can be stacked up in many different ways , like a set of legos. It's a Car, It's a boat.....but mostly it's imagination

Summation, Supposition and in the end Fiction. Evolutionary science has never been proved, mass mutation has never happened or been documented and everything else can be explained by natural progression of a species by specific breeding.

There are fossils , but fossils are just pieces of stone, they do not account for the fanciful story telling that has acompanied them

You can explain Creation with a Creator

The opposite has not been explained, or proved. And won't be, even though they have tried and keep trying with all their being

Females should be married once they are able to have children (this is at year 12, 13, or 14 worldwide).
Do you like that women have, by the power of their vote, denied you your God given right to a virgin wife?
Do you like that if you do have a wife she can divorce you at any time and make your life hell?
Do you enjoy your lack of freedom to speak freely due to women filing verbal sexual harrasment claims against men?
Do you like that it is believed that women should own weapons because they need to beable to murder men with them for protection against those who they instead should be helping (females were created by God as an asset for men, not to be the enemy of man that they are today.)
Do you like that you cannot aquire the weapons or goods that you wish to own because women have voted them to be outlawed?
Do you like that your wife can and does deny you sex even though it is you who should be her master?
Do you like that the weaker vessel (woman) controls the stronger (man) because she has the power of the police backing her?
Do you like dying in war so that women in other countries can have these same rights and freedoms against men in other countries?

I hate to break it to BOTH of you .... but the U.S.A WAS built on Christianity! I would love for you to show me how it wasn't when our money, monuments, and Declaration of Independance was all clearly created and written under GOD! Our entire history is built on Christianity! Swearing in on a Bible in court??? I mean really ... it's all around us! The US has become a melting pot of all religions .... HOWEVER .... let's get a bunch of Americans together and go overseas somewhere and DEMAND that they remove all of their religious material from all government things b/c we're offended by them! HA! What a joke ... that would NEVER happen!

[Caseylynne - I hate to break it to you, but "under god wasn't added to the pledge until 1954, "in god we trust" wasn't accepted as a national motto until 1956, and was first printed on U.S. currency during the Civil War... so much for being founded on christian principles]

Ok ... so the Constitution, and the first 10 amendments don't contain the word God .... doesn't mean anything! The Declaration of Independence, AND ALL our money has the word God in it .... not to mention our Pledge of Alligence! So i think that makes your argument invalid as well!

I'm actually not going to say "It happened for a reason" I'm going to try to give you a reason why it happened. Laugh if you want, but maybe God wanted you to talk to me. We wouldn't be having this conversation if not for that. I believe that God can and does work through other people. I've been used by God for this purpose before. I realize that might not sound right, but I at least hope you understand what I'm trying to say.

I believe the rapture will implode the U.S. economy by removing millions of valuable personnel from key positions.

Basically on its knees, the U.S. will have to be absorbed by the E.U. to survive. All weapons, remaining personnel and resources will be absorbed as well. This theory would also work out prophetically.

Health officials in the Philippines are asking -- no, "strongly advising" -- Catholics taking part in Easter self-flagellation rituals this week to first check the condition of their whips before lashing their backs.

Authorities worry that dirty whips could lead to tetanus and other infections, according to a report in the Manila Times newspaper Wednesday.

"We are not trying to go against the Lenten tradition here," Health Secretary Francisco Duque III told the newspaper. "But this advice is important to make sure that no one will land in the hospital due to tetanus or other infections that penitents might get in the process."

In many Roman Catholic parts of this southeast Asian country, locals re-enact the crucifixion of Jesus Christ on Good Friday by nailing themselves to wooden crosses or stripping down to their waist and whipping their backs bloody with whips.

There are barometers that tell the spiritual condition af a people.

I look to the stories of when God punished the Jews and three things stand out to me, 1) The abominal treatment of children - as when they sacrificed them to idols, 2) the increase of sexual promiscuity hand in hand with homosexuality, and 3) the increase in witchcraft.

The above reasons taken together result in the hand of God being laid upon a nation so that if Noah, Daniel, and Job were in the land they could save no one but themselves.

God said the reason they were allowed to return from Babylon is they repented. See Daniel.

Abortion is equivalent to sacrificing children to idols. We have huge homosexual communities here.

I get about 1000 perverted junk emails a day. Most of what is on TV has illicit sex references.

There is an increase in witchcraft - my sister was saved out of it.

My list is incomplete. I know you could add to it.

Patsy you personally are not being judged by me. I see the signs of the times.

There is a verse that says if a prophet does not warn the people the punishment that would fall upon the people will fall on that prophet. Just in case I have to avoid that hassle.
