Quote# 97457

My own theory is that the human heart was designed by God to seek God and serve Him, and that, when for whatever reason, we find we cannot do this, we turn to substitutes. Environmentalism has several of the properties God has: Mother Nature is sublime and beautiful, as is God; she demands sacrifice, in this case, the abolition of industrial civilization, the death of babies in the womb and the artificial sterility of women via contraception; she offers the faithful a crusade, a noble venture against an absolute and diabolic evil, in this case, the selfish polluters from that Captain Planet cartoon or Rich Uncle Pennybags from the Parker Brother’s MONOPOLY game; her crusade offers a greater thing than oneself to which to suborn one’s selfish impulses for the greater good, which is perhaps the second strongest impulse in the human frame (the strongest being the sexual impulse); the sacrifices demanded by the Green Goddess are purely symbolic, such as taking time to recycle glass and plastic, which, economically speaking, creates more waste and pollution than it cures, but one can feel pure as a Pharisee merely by strict adherence to these meaningless ritual forms.

And on and on. To conservatives, conservation is at best a technical problem, or a political one: which laws will keep as much of the wilderness in a condition convenient for human use in an economically prudent fashion, as balanced against other needs? To the Liberal, it is a religious dogma, as meaningless as the two minute hate against Goldstein in Orwell. People who actually use the wilderness, and have a vested interest in conservation, such Boy Scouts and Hunters and such, are the very groups most hated by the Liberals.

There can be no rational dialog between these groups.

One of the major signs of judgment day in Islam is the sun rising from the west. NASA since the past couple of years has recently confirmed that the sun will rise from the west. Muhammad's P.B.U.H followers claimed that he split the moon into half and the moon was merged back again to show them that he is truly a prophet. NASA has has also confirmed that splitting of the moon. Keep note that porphet Muhammad P.B.U.H was illeterate and the quran has plenty of more miracles related to science and maths. If you believe him as a rapist, murderer then I am sorry to say you really don't know his true character.
Mathmatical proof:
Sea is mentioned 32 times in Quran

Land is mentioned 13 times in Quran

Sea (32) + Land (13) = 45

So

Sea % = 32/45*100=71.11111111%

Land % = 13/45*100 = 2888888889%

Sea + land =100.00%
Modern science has only recently proven that the
water covers 71.111% of the
earth, while the land covers 28.889%

But our Quraan had proved it 1400 years ago

I am sorry to say, but this article is gossip, not reporting. The story seems to have been written by someone with little familiarity with the Church, who merely echoes the stereotypes of the secular press.

The building in question is a diocesan center, not a private palace for the bishop. The line about how many poor could have been fed by it is quite old and trite, the sort of thing said whenever the Church's enemies want to make her look bad, beginning with the English Reformation and extending through 20th century Communism. The fact is that the German dioceses continue to contribute more to international works of charity than almost any other nation.

Perhaps this building could have been done in a more cost-effective manner, but that hardly merits the kind of public flogging [Bishop Franz-Peter Tebartz-van Elst of Limbourg] has received. I see no other real evidence of an "extravagant lifestyle." I suspect the real cause behind the media outcry may be the fact that this young Bishop has stood up against the homosexual agenda and other liberal causes. The real outrage by Catholics in Germany should be against another bishop, who has been spreading confusion about the Church's teachings on divorce and remarriage.

Quote# 97433

In order to bring deliverance to adopted children first of all the bond with the natural mother must be broken. It’s like cutting an invisible spiritual umbilical cord. Pray to break any claim by sprits of abandonment, resentment, anger, lust, low self-esteem, self-centeredness, jealousy, rejection, self-rejection, etc., and pray for them to be free from any generational spirits who would be claiming them. Pray against any family curses, spirits of occultism or anything that had access to the family through the ancestors. For more information about children and deliverance see pages 57-58, 60.

REJECTIONIf, before birth, one or both of the parents reject the pregnancy and the baby is unwanted, demons can step in and claim the baby. Also, if there is a difficult birth or the parents are disappointed because of the sex or a physical feature (or handicap) of the baby then demons can claim it. Sometimes even extreme sibling rejection can cause this. Rejection can come later too, especially if a baby cries a lot or causes problems for the parents, or if it interferes in their life or career.

Quote# 97431

Demons often use children to cause problems in the family for the parents or vice versa. For years we have battled demons named “Frustration” and “Misery” whose work was just what their names suggested. They would cause strife among the children, and it would spread to the whole house. Their plan was to make things miserable and they quite often succeeded. We have learned to pray against that at the start of each day and as soon as we sense ourselves feeling it happen. More recently there is a spirit of “Argumentativeness” that rears its ugly head. When we notice a lot of picking at each other in the children we pray against that. We deal with the children, too, but include spiritual warfare also. That really helps improve things! Quite often demons incite children to behavior that will affect others in the family.

We’ve seen several cases of children being motivated to do things to get into trouble so they would get scolded a lot. That developed an inferiority feeling in them, an image of always being bad or not pleasing their parents. Unless reversed that sets a pattern for life that is all too common! We’ve also seen several cases of children being afflicted at night (bed-wetting, crying, etc.) to interrupt the parent’s sleep and make the parent have a harder time during the day. Impatient parents then scold more and the child also feels rejected.

Demons often set up things to cause a long-range cause-effect relationship, like dominoes in a row falling down. David’s sin with Bathsheba, for example, was set up many years earlier when he indulged his lust for women (more than one wife). Satan patiently waited for the right time to pull the trap. Its important we raise our children correctly for Jesus and not let any openings develop which Satan can take advantage of.

Quote# 97428

Our first reaction might be to ask, “How can this be? What could the child have possibly done to allow a demonic spirit such power in his/her life?”

My initial response comes from many years of experience dealing with many children’s cases and always seeking to evaluate what I was witnessing according to the Word of God.

1.Abuse – can be a way that Satan’s hosts can make a claim upon a child. Often in the practice of witchcraft, Satanism and idolatrous practices, children are involved in rituals by their parents, families or acquaintences.

Even when the child is an unwilling victim, the spirits in the abuser make their claims on the basis of the ritual, especially if bargains and oaths have been made over the child to obtain some desired results.

For those who see the terrible injustice in this, I can only say that it grieves God greatly as well. Although God is sovereign in power, He does not continually intervene in every atrocity committed by man, but allows free will to be exercised. Where God works powerfully is when people turn to Him for deliverance and healing. He can reclaim what the locust have eaten!

2.Generational Bondage – is caused by sins in the family lines in past generations. (For more detailed information, check topic three on this page.)

When generational bondage is strong in a family, children can have a bondage upon them right from the womb. They are born with claims already upon them. Many a child has grown into adulthood and has struggled year after year. But when the sins of the family lines have been confessed and spiritual authority is then directed against the generational bondages, the curses are broken and the person experiences great freedom.

What is interesting is that generational bondage often stays in place even when a person receives Christ. That is because it is a corporate bondage, not a personal one. When I say “corporate” I mean a bondage put in place by the sins of a number of people. After the believer deals with the corporate bondage, then there is often freedom to live as a child of God should be able to live. Even though this seems to be unfair, many have triumphed over their oppressions and have become effective servants of the Lord.

MARTIAL ARTS While many Christians participate in marital arts, I personally feel they are to be avoided by believers, especially by those who are open to demonic attacks. It is very hard to separate the physical aspect from the meditation techniques. These can be not just physical gym exercises but actually are seemingly innocuous doorways into non-Christian religions.

Some Christians practice the martial arts for exercise, or even as a way of evangelizing, but don’t really know what they are getting into. If it works they don’t ask questions about what it means. Eastern religious techniques often are portrayed as neutral so anyone from any religion can use them, but I think this is very deceptive. We can try to ignore the spiritual dimensions, but spirituality is their ultimate purpose historically. The Encyclopedia of New Age Beliefs considers the martial arts as “forms of spiritual education that function as means toward self-realization or self-enlightenment.” It can be difficult emotionally for a person to give up the martial arts, because they may be so involved with them. Rather than considering they may be dangerous they vigorously defend their right to practice them.

Quote# 97426

As to us doing this today, again it must be done in God’s strength and power. If He chooses to bring healing through deliverance that is His will. We must never demand it or make it dependent on having enough faith. No one today has a gift to heal anyone and everyone. It is right for us to pray for healing when doing deliverance and leave the results to God. It is also necessary to deal with any demons who may be causing the illness (physical or mental, see page 7). Often demons affect our health in indirect ways, such as working in us so we eat or do things that are unhealthy for us in the long run and undermine our health. All of these, too, must be dealt with in Jesus’ name (Matthew 10:1). Sometimes God may lead you to anoint with oil as a symbol of the Holy Spirit who does the healing (Mark 6:13). Do NOT put any faith in the oil or any ritual in using it, it is simply an audio-visual. For more on healing see pages 116-117

Therefore, be aware that often illness is demonic, especially when doctors are unable to bring a cure. Even diseases they can cure can still be demonic, especially if there are other signs of demonizing active in the person’s life. Keep this in mind when praying and seeking wisdom. Don’t accept any illness as “incurable.” Always make sure it isn’t demonic (by asking God for wisdom and commanding any demons involved in that ailment to be gone in Jesus’ name). Remember, when dealing with emotional and spiritual ills in your warfare praying, don’t let out physical ills! Never fear, demons can only cause ills with God’s approval (Job 1:6-12).

One word of warning: since demons can cause illness, they can also bring counterfeit ‘healings’ by stopping the physical ills they themselves cause (Matthew 12:24; 24:24; II Thessalonians 2:9; Revelation 16:14). This explains miraculous healings that aren’t done in accordance with God’s will and Word.

Wright, the former head of Concerned Women for America who is now vice president of the Catholic Family and Human Rights Institute (C-FAM), was upset about a Daily Show segment from 2005 that poked fun of the “Christian persecution complex,” noting Christianity’s ascendency in the West following the conversion of Constantine I. Wright said she couldn’t understand why Stewart thinks “we are in charge and we are the oppressors,” referring to the Crusades as an instance in which Christians faced persecution. “I guess he never heard of the Crusades; the Crusades were actually defensive against the Muslim hordes,” she said.

I recently received a Republican National Survey in the mail,in which I DID NOT fill it out,but instead sent the following letter back…This letter is in response to the survey you sent to me.I am sending a letter instead of filling out your survey questions,as a box with an ‘x’ in it,does not tell you anything about me,your fellow countryman.I am a conservative Christian who believes the Holy Bible is the infallible Word of God Himself.I believe our Constitution could only be written by men who were inspired by the Holy Bible. For the Constitution is genius, something no man could come up with himself..I have watched you,the Republican party, sow seeds of strange fruit over the last 20 or so years.I voted Republican every time.Governors, senators, representatives and even the presidency. No longer does the Republican party hold the same values that I hold dearest to my conscience.I am now considered a ‘hate group’ being a Christian. It’s looking as if my freedom to homeschool will also be taken away with no Republican fight for that freedom.I will not, under ANY circumstance, support obamacare,as I would be an accomplice to murder,of the unborn and the elderly, two age groups in which I highly esteem, being a Christian.I watched,as you took a stand for a few weeks, not giving in to the Democrats.I thought America was finally waking up to the socialism taking root in our country. How wrong was I! Because you care more about what people are saying about you, what polls say

I was happy at first because I thought these men were true disciples of Christ, until I got the bible inside the house and started looking inside and saw the map. It said Map of Palestine at time of Christ. I about had a heart attack. After reading on RR all afternoon about this topic, it's in my hands? Then I look closer and the word Gaza is on it in the corner. What? The worst thing is the men gave these bibles to my neighbors!

[Parents who still send their children to statist indoctrination camps when home- and private schooling are still legal options have no excuse.]

Agreed, yet so many Christian parents think God's call to be salt and light means to toss our tender children out into government schools to be salt and light to their teachers and peers. When we turn them over to Caesar, they are more often than not conformed to the world's ways, and not God's ways.

I've seen many parents who see something sweet, self-assured, thoughtful, inquisitive, and polite in homeschooled children, including my own, and question if homeschooling might be something they should consider. But I've NEVER seen homeschooling parents look at the fruits of government schooled children and say, "Yes, that's the way I should be raising and educating my kids!"
