After Williamson County Precinct 3 Constable Bobby Gutierrez retired, commissioners had to appoint a new constable. They interviewed five candidates. And the questions they asked those candidates during the interviews raised eyebrows.

“Was I for gay marriage or against gay marriage?” former candidate Robert Lloyd said he was asked. “The next question was, what was my thoughts on abortion? Was I pro-life or pro-choice?”

“I knew the question was coming about church because in the realm of the questions that were being asked,” Lloyd continued.

Lloyd has more than 27 years of law enforcement experience. He was one of five candidates interviewed for the constable post which pays a taxpayer funded salary of $71,785 a year.

Other candidates have also confirmed to KXAN they were asked about their religion, their stance on abortion and their views on gay marriage. But the Williamson County Commissioners don't see anything wrong with it.

“In general, this is a process that is different than a normal employment interview, because it is an elected position,” said County Commissioner Valerie Covey.

When atheists read in the Old Testament about the nations that God destroyed because of the immense level of evil that was present in those societies, evil that included sacrificing their children as live burnt offerings and enslaving women by the thousands to work as temple prostitutes or “comfort women,” atheists support those nations and go after God for bringing judgement on that evil.

Here are these atheists, men and women who consider themselves to be good people, tolerant people (there's an understatement for you) people who think that the rest of us should model our moral standards after theirs, and they seem to stand shoulder to shoulder with Mr. Hashimoto.

It seems that there is no level of depravity that atheists won't support and defend - if God is against it. Sad but true.

P1: If God is truth, then it is incoherent to believe God is not necessary.
P2: The proposition "God does not exist" is incoherent, so God is necessary.
P3: If God is necessary, truth is contingent and possible.
P4: A contingent truth is dependent on God’s exists in all possible worlds / states of affairs, or in none. (maximal excellence).
P5: The truth is contingent upon God.
C: Therefore, the experiencing of God is contingent upon one believing the truth; that God is truth.

I am very flattered about receiving so much attention from the Huffington Post. However, there are, unfortunately, a few misconceptions in your article. You say that I said “six absurd things”. To begin with, you do not seem to be aware that the Bible states that anyone who wears the clothes of the opposite sex is “an abomination”. Is God “absurd” or sexist? Since then, for thousands of years, until very recently, wearing the clothes of the opposite sex was considered a crime in the Western world, with severe punishment. Were all these billions of people “absurd” or sexist? A few years ago, the Pope said in a speech that “The blurring of the genders is more dangerous to the world than the destruction of all the rain forests”. Is the Pope “absurd” or sexist? Here are your six points.

1. That everyone has the obligation to look as attractive as possible. This has been a basic principle of civilised behaviour since the beginning of civilisation. Do you find that absurd?

2. That women wear trousers like a uniform – they are no longer something that women wear sometimes, but have become something that every women wears every single day. That is a uniform. If you stand in the street, as I did, and count the women coming by, less than one in ten is wearing a skirt. It is a uniform. They know perfectly well that men do not like it, but they do it anyway.

3. Women cannot see themselves from the rear – that is a physical fact. So they are unaware how unflattering trousers look on them from the rear. That was the point of my book. It is a series of photographs of women in trousers from the rear.

4. Countless women are unattractive in trousers. That is perfectly obvious. Any women who is overweight looks bad in trousers, but also women who are too thin look bad in trousers. Yes, Marlene Dietrich, Greta Garbo and Audrey Hepburn looked alright in trousers, but very few women have bodies like that.

5. The more women dress like men, the less attractive they are to men. That too is obvious. What men like is femininity, just as women like masculinity. Wearing trousers makes women look more masculine.

6. Let us make clear that I never said that no men like women in trousers. Obviously everyone has different tastes. But I do not agree that 90% of men like women in trousers. They do not. Since the beginning of time, women have dressed to please men. Everyone knows that. Yet, in the last 30 years, they have stopped doing so, and they are wearing clothes not on the basis of what is attractive to men, but for political reasons, in order to pretend that they are the same as men. They do not realise how much that turns men off.

When my book came out, several men came up to me and said, “I agree with you, but I do not dare say anything”. What a ridiculous situation!

Dear son

I know you've always wondered where humanity came from and I’m happy that you're discussing this aspect at school. As a parent I hope you'll have the opportunity to decide for yourself whether life came here by creation or by evolution.

However I'll give you my take, son. You'll hear that organisms originated by transformation out of yet existing organisms, and not by direct creation into their final state. You'll come across a lot of conflicting and mind boggling evolutionist theories of how life began:

1. Life came from a warm pool of organic "soup".
2. Undersea geysers gave life.
3. A foam in the ocean was a form of life.
4. Earthbound meteors brought life.
5. Asteroids hit the earth so hard that the atmosphere changed thus igniting the life process.

Son, these are a few of the differing views on evolution. One fact is clear though; these conflicting ideas show that evolution is just a theory and not fact. So when teachers try to tell you that evolution is a fact, always remember that it’s just a theory supported by inconclusive evidence which is full of holes.

The truth, son, is that evolution is a form of religion and woe to you if you resist. After all one prominent evolutionist is on record for saying "If you meet somebody who claims not to believe in evolution, that person is ignorant, stupid or insane."

I guess your daddy is one of those ignorant, stupid and insane people who doesn't buy into the propaganda of evolution. As unique as you and I are, with intelligence, hope, love and many other wonderful human qualities I find it laughable to be told that we evolved from such animals as apes, monkeys and lemurs. These animals have no conscience or a sense of morality. They don’t have humour or self awareness and the list goes on.

Son, the theory of evolution is fraught with weaknesses. For example some experts have argued that because the theory tries to reconstruct the past, it is impossible to prove by experiment or by direct observation. Also, because the theory deals with unique events such as the origin of life it is impossible to prove.

The theory of evolution leaves too much to chance. That life is where it is now out of chance. That our amazing human body came about by a sequence of chances. What are the chances that you'll come across a computer that came from no where? Humans are more advanced than computers and to credit chance for their existence is a myth.

So, son, it’s good to know what different people have to say about where we come from. It's good for you to distinguish facts from opinions and propaganda.

Love
Dad

There is no such thing as a lack of religion.

There is no such thing as a lack of deity.

The Divine Personage or Object you place any degree of Devotion into….is your God.

Even Simon & Garfunkel sang about the “NEON GOD” & Einstein treated the COLLECTIVE CONSCIOUSNESS OF HUMANITY as God.

Atheism is also vague & nonsensical. When people ask what you believe, Atheist is not useful. It doesn’t describe who you are AT ALL.

Atheism (Without God) is purely negative & absent of anything meaningful when communicating who you are. IT’S A USELESS LABEL! It’s about as dumb as AGNOSTIC (Without Knowledge)!

Atheism’s definition is being redefined to the point where it has no definition or simply means UNDEFINED….which to my knowledge…Atheists worship DEFINITION & EVIDENCE…but their very label utterly lacks those virtues.

Only Nihilists (People who worship Death, Chaos, Darkness, Silence, etc) can be called ATHEISTS.

Bachmann: It’s no secret that our nation may very well be experiencing the hand of judgment. It’s no secret that we all are concerned that our nation may be in a time of decline. If that is in fact so, what is the answer? The answer is what we are doing here today: humbling ourselves before an almighty God, crying out to an almighty God, saying not of ourselves but you, would you save us oh God? We repent of our sins, we turn away from them, we seek you, we seek your ways. That’s something that we’re doing today, that we did on the National Day of Prayer, it’s something that we have chosen to do as well on another landmark day later this year on September 11. Our nation has seen judgment not once but twice on September 11. That’s why we’re going to have ‘9/11 Pray’ on that day. Is there anything better that we can do on that day rather than to humble ourselves and to pray to an almighty God?

Rick Joyner is under the impression that far-right domestic terrorist Timothy McVeigh was actually a “left-wing extremist” and that “the terrorist attacks that have taken place in this country if they have come from extremists they have come from the left-wing,” which proves that Joyner either knows absolutely nothing about McVeigh and domestic terrorism or is simply lying.

Joyner, who was speaking to televangelist Jim Bakker, continued by laughably claiming, “I am in the center, I am a moderate.”

Either promoting dominionism, blaming Hurricane Katrina on gay people, alleging that a secret cabal caused the 2008 economic crash to help Obama win the election and encouraging a “second American revolution” makes someone a moderate or Joyner’s perceptions on centrism are a tad skewed.

He later reiterated the claim of his fellow “prophet” Bob Jones that “the number one most powerful terrorist organization in the world is not Al Qaeda, it is our media.”

E. W. Jackson, the Republican candidate for lieutenant governor of Virginia, said he opposes emergency federal aid in the case of natural disasters during his unsuccessful bid for U.S. Senate last year.

In response to a question regarding the role of government “in helping folks following predictable natural disasters,” Jackson replied: “I don’t think that the federal government has much of a role at all constitutionally, at all.”

“I think as a constitutional matter the federal government doesn’t have a whole lot to do with that,” he continued, lamenting that “we’ve turned the federal government into a kind of God and you turn to the federal government for everything.”

“We don’t need the heavy hand of federal government stepping in every time something goes wrong,” Jackson said. “I don’t think there is any constitutional authority to do it.”

[Doug TenNapel (yes, the creator of Earthworm Jim) gives his thoughts on why republicans are more likely to be marries than Democrats]

A new Gallup poll shows that married people are more likely to be Republicans than Democrats. The propensity for marriage among Republicans was the same regardless of race or age groups. So this is my formal call to all single Democrats who want to get married; it's time to change your party affiliation or you'll go through life alone, or worse, with some flaky narcissist with commitment issues.

We all pretty much know that most Democrats can't be trusted and that's reflected in this marriage poll. It's not that Democrat women are ugly, because we've seen too many cute ones out there. The men aren't hideous either, unless you think a soft, effeminate man hen-pecked his whole life by his domineering mother is hideous. The main reason people don't get married is out of a fear of divorce-- a fear of a breaking of vows. And Democrats talk with their feet when it comes to making commitments with those who philosophically have no grounding to keep any commitment. Did Obama shut down Gitmo? Will he get health reform finished before August recess? Is he going to cut taxes for most Americans?

I go to dinner with a bunch of Hollywood Republicans every month or so and I'll tell you one thing, the women are easy on the eyes, none more conservative or good looking than my Beloved. Republican women are happy, they don't mope around like victims or screech about how terrible men are for being men. The men at these get-togethers are happier and generally sport less hair product. Married men are polled to have more sex and more satisfying sex than singles so Republican men have another great quality over their unmarried Democrat counterparts.

Marriage works better for Republicans because how long can a relationship last when victimhood and class struggle are the stock and trade of the household? Every married couple will champion the virtues of personal responsibility which is alien to the donkey platform.

Finally, what Democrat needs a spouse when the government is the head of the house? The federal open wallet makes for a provider of food, housing, education and PBS without all that pesky back hair.

Quote# 94521

My wife recently asked me why I loved her. Instead of enumerating her good qualities, I answered simply and honestly: "Because you belong to me. "

At the risk of being politically incorrect, what many men seek in marriage is not great beauty, brains or sex, but the simple feeling of "possessing" a woman. In other words, what they seek is a degree of ownership or power. (Gasp!)

And I believe that, in their heart, many women have the complementary craving, to totally "belong" to their husband.

This is the key to intimacy, how two people become one. When a man wins a woman's love, she entrusts herself to him. And of course he aspires to be worthy of this responsibility.

Thus, a woman empowers her husband. Men and women were designed to complement each other, not to compete or fight. Most marriages break up due to competition for power.

When I reflect on my marriage, I get most satisfaction from the fact that my wife is "mine." She makes other women redundant. I no longer feel one of them holds the missing key. I have what I want. My wife helps me fulfill my goals. And she gets security and caring from this bond.

The origin of this "possessiveness" is quite real and practical. Men need to "own the womb" to ensure their wives conceive their child and not another man's. Women want to rear an offspring that is the fruit of their love and commitment.

Marriage is the exchange of feminine worldly power for masculine love and protection. Of course, women retain other forms of power, i.e. aesthetic, moral, emotional, intellectual etc.

We live in a toxic environment for marriage. The Illuminati (Masonic) central bankers, who control modern politics, education and kulture, continue to sabotage this exchange by constantly attacking woman's trust in men.

Men are irresponsible "abusers." Marriage is exploitative and oppressive. Women must be "independent." How can a person belong to another? Women must be "strong and independent." The more sex the better. Yadda, yadda, yadda.

Women! If you want to be independent, why get married?

Plain and simple, our "feminist" political leaders and educators are dupes and opportunists at best, impostors or traitors at worst. No honest government allows its men and women to be turned against each other.

["Would think that the absolutely horrible devastation caused by the Tornado in Moore, Oklahoma would be worth a mention on your main page and maybe a link to donate to Red Cross appeal for it."]

Praying for the Oklahoma victims would be a better suggestion - which I will do personally now. [Emphasis added]

["Christ admonishes us to pray in private and love our neighbors. Christ truly loves a gift of charity."]

It's great to give to the unfortunate and poor (which is not necessarily the same as the Red Cross). But that is not what Jesus did. Jesus prayed, often publicly, for people.

[Someone quotes Matthew 25:34-46]

The Bible quotes are great. Jesus expressly talked about the Great Flood, and how people misbehaved right up until the Flood occurred. See Luke 17-24 (Translated)#17:27. Do you think Jesus was somehow wrong, and liberal denial right?

Gay Pride Week in OK. Just hours before worst tornado in HISTORY!

PPSIMMONS News Exclusive
May 21, 2013

Another striking coincidence ... or something else? While we are deeply saddened by the horrific loss of life and the destruction of families and community in Moore, Oklahoma - it is also a fact that just one day before the worst tornado in the history of the planet strikes Oklahoma - Gay Pride Week is announced to begin on the Lord's Day - Sunday at 4:00 pm.

This particular Sunday also happened to be the day of Pentecost for 2013 - the birthday of the Church of Jesus. (Hear Pastor Carl Gallups' sermon for Pentecost Sunday HERE.) For those who know the Word of God - this seems like an ominous connection. We are simply pointing out the correlation. Our prayers are with the dear people of Moore.

http://www.okcpride.org/ GAY PRIDE WEEK WEBSITE
The website proclaims - 2013 Gay Pride Week - Starts SUNDAY at 4:00 P.M.
The next day - the worst tornado in the history of the planet strikes Oklahoma.

Shouldn’t an employer have the right to uphold high moral standards in his or her company? Or shouldn’t schools have the right to not have open homosexuals or cross-dresses modeling that lifestyle to kids? This does not deprive anyone of a job by the way, except those who insist on displaying these lifestyles to everyone and forcing their acceptance. Such behavior shows a disrespect for two things: everyone else around them and for hardcore facts. The fact is that no one needs to be involved in homosexuality and all of the good qualities a person may have that might make that person otherwise an excellent employee don’t require a homosexual lifestyle. Now the activists won’t like this and I may get another slew of hateful emails and such from the tolerance crowd but really where is the actual concern for the rights and beliefs of others?

----------

There are no such things as atheists their just theists living in denial.

"Atheism" is a negative affirmation and we know that logically you cannot prove a negative.

There are only two logical positions you can hold - theist or agnostic. "atheism" is the man made cult.

I've gone on record before, and I'll say it again: I think Romans 1:27 is one of the reasons that we'll never find a complete cure for AIDS; and if we do there will be another disease pop up like this bacterial meningitis because the Bible says this, Romans 1:27 says 'men committed shameful acts with other men, sexual acts, and received in themselves the due penalty for the error.'

There is going to be a consequence for this type of sexual behavior, so even if we find a cure for AIDS, something like bacterial meningitis is going to pop up; if we cure that, something else is going to pop up because God says there is a penalty in your own body when you do this kind of sexual acts - the Bible calls them shameful sexual acts - and so we as Christians have to have that same position, regardless of what the culture says.

Connie, cats are not obligate carnivores, that is a myth promoted by the meat industry so it can sell its leftover scraps as pet food (most pet food manufacturers are owned by meat processing companies).

Yes cats can eat meat and even survive on it (much like humans). But many cats that are fed a meat-based diet will develop illnesses in old age, and few rarely even live beyond 15 years.

Vegan cats are much healthier and happier, and often live well into their 40s and 50s with no sign of heart disease or diabetes.

The taurine myth is another ridiculous red herring peddled by the meat industry. Cats in the wild obtain most of their taurine from berries and nuts, and the stomach contents of their rodent prey (for those that do occasionally eat other animals).

Think about this Connie (if that is your real name): why would God make cats obligate carnivores, and then pass a commandment "thou shalt not kill" that his creations could not obey?

Doesn't make sense.

Religious right organizations have been fighting for father's rights. They have been fighting against the no-fault divorce laws that make it easy for women to walk out on husbands and stick them with ludicrous child support payments. They build family counseling centers and educate counselors who try to help those struggling to hold families together, many times, simply attending a church or even a bible study can help encourage "uncooperative" spouses. Values organizations are striving against the "hook-up" culture so prevalent in the American single's scene, college and high-school campi to prevent people un-ready for parenthood and marriage from getting into bed with eachother. They are fighting tooth and nail against the Planned Parenthood "safe sex" blather that encourages getting girls pregnant (and then turns a profit offering those women "family planning services" to end or take advantage -read: welfare and child support- of those surprise pregnancies).

And don't discount finding Jesus. You'll never imagine how much finding God's grace can bring healing and fix problems until you let it go to work in you. Yes, "the woman who got pregnant" screwed you in a multitude of ways, but letting Jesus deal with all the bitterness you're still carrying around will improve your life dramatically.

He cannot prove God doesn’t exist, we cannot prove He does. He, and millions of others like him, forget one very important little thing.
None of us has ever seen the wind: we can’t because it’s invisible air. We can, however, see the results of its action, feel it on our skin and know without a doubt that it’s there. Just as we can see the results of the life of Christ on the world.
