MCKINNEY — Page Price and Carolyn Compton have been together for almost three years, but a Collin County judge is forcing them apart.

Judge John Roach Jr., a Republican who presides over the 296th District Court, enforced the “morality clause” in Compton’s divorce papers on Tuesday, May 7. Under the clause, someone who has a “dating or intimate relationship” with the person or is not related “by blood or marriage” is not allowed after 9 p.m. when the children are present. Price was given 30 days to move out of the home because the children live with the couple.

Price posted about the judge’s ruling on Facebook last week, writing that the judge placed the clause in the divorce papers because he didn’t like Compton’s “lifestyle.”

“Our children are all happy and well adjusted. By his enforcement, being that we cannot marry in this state, I have been ordered to move out of my home,” Price wrote.

[...]

Ken Upton Jr., senior staff attorney for Lambda Legal’s Dallas office, said he is familiar with the case. He said morality clauses are rarely enforced and were historically used to prevent unmarried people from cohabitating with children present. Courts often include the clauses without people knowing, especially in conservative areas like Collin County, he said.

Gay couples are unfairly targeted under the clause because they can’t legally marry in Texas, Upton said.

So, an ex who is upset that his marriage ended because his wife was gay could use it against her later.

“What the clause has become is an extra burden on gay people because they’re no more likely to violate it than straight people,” he said. “It’s a problem that continues with homophobia.”

Upton said Compton wasn’t held in contempt for living with Price, but the judge is going to issue a new order that cites Price must move out under the clause.

This morning I posted some horrific clips of thousands of people attacking Gay Pride marchers in Tblisi, Georgia who had been protected by police before being shipped from the area in buses that were surrounded and assaulted with fists and objects.

At least 17 people have been injured in the violence, Radio Free Europe reports.

One of the antigay activists, Zaza Davitaia, explained why he was against the rally taking place.

"I give my support to those who are gathered here. We are against a rally that contradicts our Georgian morals and traditions," Davitaia said. "[Gay-rights campaigners] receive financial support from some organizations abroad and they wanted to hold a demonstration against Georgian morals."

There were many Orthodox priests among the antigay demonstrators. One of them, Reverend Ioanne, said he wanted to stop LGBT activists from furthering their agenda.

"It's unacceptable in any way, especially today," he said. "It's a plan by some forces, who test our patience, to force us to make a mistake so they can act according to their program."

Twelve were hospitalized, according to Amnesty, including three police officers and a journalist.

[On wrestling being removed from the Olympics]

Yep. This is another example of feminist arm-twisting to wrest concessions from men, such as funding for women’s boxing, basketball, and probably golf (lesbians’ typical salaries aren’t high enough for those fancy new clubs). It’s Title IX at the Olympic level; if a men’s sport isn’t justifying itself with enormous revenue – even if it performs far better than the female equivalent – it is fair game for attack. As in divorce, the tactic goes something like this: “Let’s escalate our demands and see how much he really cares about that baby.”

Maybe when the ancient Olympians banned all women but maidens from the ceremonies they were on to something. Putting them in charge, as we modern fools have done, has turned out to be a big mistake.

How about Hillary Clinton? That frickin' assbag has not only been involved in drug trafficking out of Mena, Arkansas, okay? Not only that; and all these people try to have this plausible deniability thing, yeah sure, they're removed, they're just a bunch of politicians. Well, guess where they got all of the money to acquire the power that they have?

This 'C U Next Tuesday,' Hillary Clinton, has been involved in the killings of American troops. Namely, the mysterious suicide of the emotionally unstable Navy SEAL commander who just so happened to be involved in all of her dealings in the Middle East, okay. And he just mysteriously got suicided along with everyone else associated with the Clinton family. Miss Hillary Clinton needs to be convicted, she needs to be tried, convicted and shot in the vagina. I wanna pull the trigger. That 'C U Next Tuesday' has killed human beings that are in our ranks of our service.
I want to remind you that in Benghazi, Miss Hillary 'the fricken' biggest vagina on the face of the planet' told troops to stand down and to not go in and interfere with the operation that they set up because they're moving arms; Barack Obama is moving drugs through the CIA out of Afghanistan and Barack Obama needs to be tried, convicted, and shot for crimes against the United States of America. And if anybody has a problem with that, then you are an enemy of our state.

..
I want to shoot [Clinton] right in the vagina and I don't want her to die right away; I want her to feel the pain and I want to look her in the eyes and I want to say 'on behalf of all Americans that you've killed, on behalf of the Navy SEALS,' ... the families of Navy SEAL Team Six who were involved in the fake hunt down of this Obama bin Laden thing, that whole fake scenario - because these Navy SEALS know the truth, they killed them all - on behalf of all of those people, I'm supporting our troops by saying we need to try, convict, and shoot Hillary Clinton in the vagina.

Visitors to the leftist political site "Wonkette" will know that "A Point of View" has figured significantly in their presentation-being the subject of a major article which attracted substantial comments. Even though I mention Wonkette and its editor, one self-styled "Commie Girl" Rebecca Schoenkopf on occasion, that is apparently not enough to satisfy that sites seeming insatiable demand for my observations as a number of their "columnists" have wistfully looked for them.

That is of course understandable given the tenor of the articles at the "satire" site and the ability of their assorted part time writers. However, I have enough to do without providing quality items to lift their image/profile. I did suggest an occasional guest article, as it is a duty to assist the uninformed where one can, but apparent lack of foresight, sadly, meant that darkness continues where light should shine.

In the course of my correspondence with an absolutely lovely Catholic lady who Tweets a substantial stream of uplifting comments on things Catholic, moral and conservative, I mentioned a Wonkette attack on the Catholic, moral and conservative Rick Santorum who is admired by this lady.

The Wonkette editor, Schoenkopf, initiated a correspondence with her and, since good can be found in nearly all, revealed in said dialogue a personality which, although clearly misguided in some areas, is not lacking in basic human respect where due. Even I myself have been the recipient of a few words which were not a million miles from civility (even though there were tied to base fundraising).

I show the end dialogue between the two noble ladies at the commencement of this article (there being no particular reason to burden the reader with the preceding political aspects of the correspondence) as a massive oak has grown from a seemingly small acorn-a miracle in itself.

What can we garner from this seemingly most pleasant , civilized and apparently innocuous dialogue? For those with eyes to see and ears to hear there is, in six words, eternity calling.

If someone, of obvious sincerity, said to me in response to my presenting a moral or social or political position that touched on the eternal verities "God will sort us all out" I would endeavour to recover my shaken equilibrium. Once achieved, I would immediately put all current matters on the back-burner and undergo a period of introspection for as long as it took to fully consider those words, and my relation to them.

Having duly done so over the last few days I came to this conclusion. If in respect of my moral, political, religious beliefs God was to, indeed, sort me out I would hope that when the sorting (or winnowing if one wants to use a biblical term) came my beliefs, and the actions that followed on from them, would see God put me in the sorted column marked "saved".

Now I know, not being a Calvinist where pre-destination has already sorted things out, that there is nothing I can do to get myself, by my own actions, put in the right column except by simply accepting salvation by faith. However accepting salvation by faith surely implies that although one will stuff things up and be a sinner, one should at least try to be, as a Republican said, on the side of "our better angels"

I believe (and as a leftist said "you either have faith or unbelief") that the side of the angels is the side that is pro-life, believes marriage is between one man and one woman, and is for personal freedom without license.

With the greatest respect to those who hold to "opposite beliefs/parties/opinions" if they are not atheists and also believe "God will sort us all out" perhaps similar introspection regarding those six words might be of value.

Quote# 94433

Last night I was debating some atheists in a PalTalk chat room. When I entered, one of them was on the microphone telling the room how evolution is a scientific fact and providing a few scanty details of why this is so. I got into the debate, and asked how their claim was evidence of evolution. When it was their turn to use the microphone in the chat room, they were unwilling to explain how it was evidence of evolution, but instead put forth a 2 minute diatribe of how ignorant and non-scientific creationists are because they deny the obvious fact of evolution. A few others in the chat room did exactly the same thing - make a claim, such as that changes to allele frequency over time is evolution, then when asked how it is evidence or a mechanism for evolution, they provide no explanation and instead provide a 2 minute long diatribe of how evolution is true and creationists are ignorant. After 30 minutes of this repeated failure of the evolutionists to support their claims, they got tired of being cornered for their inability to do so, and asked me for evidence of my "invisible magic man" having created life. So, I explained to them a single example of Irreducible Complexity of the many which could be provided - the fact that the machinery that decodes the genetic information in the DNA to produce proteins is itself encoded in the DNA.

The fact that the machinery which translates the genetic information to produce proteins is itself comprised of proteins is a game-ender for evolution theory. Since the machinery is a product of it's own translation, the DNA, the codes for proteins, and the environment of the cell which includes all of the rest of the features of the cell, must exist in order for the translation of protein codes to take
place. The components must already exist, fully-formed and fully functional, for any of them to exist. This is interdependency which cannot be broken, and therefore Irreducible Complexity. The components could not have evolved piecemeal. Let's imagine that the DNA is like a book coded in a specific digital language (DNA code is digital by the way). Encoded in that book is the machinery which is able to decode the book. In order to decode the book, you must retrieve the information which allows you to produce the decoder machine. The problem is, that since this information is encoded in the book, you cannot translate the code to produce this machinery unless the decoding machinery already exists outside of the source of information which produces the decoder!

What this means in short is that not only did the components exist together in the beginning, but the entire cell did as well because these components require the cell to exist. Since the cell exists all together and fully functioning, and since the cell contains the genome for the entire organism, it follows that the entire organism existed, fully-formed and fully functional in the beginning with no transition or intermediary steps involved whatsoever. One might as well say that the cow came into existence at once, eating grass, swishing it's tail, completely unaware of the fact that it did not exist a nanosecond ago. This is Special Creation, and science has provided empirical evidence of it.

Having provided this single example of Irreducible Complexity which also evidences Special Creation, the evolutionists in the chat room were unable to even address the issue, and simply got on the microphone, one after another, and claimed I had not provided evidence of creation, and insisted that I do so. They would not even discuss my example. I suppose their only defence was to outright dismiss my example, claim I had provided nothing, and demand that I did. I suspect this is because they were both unable to discuss the subject for lack of knowledge about it biologically, and also because they were dumbfounded that such evidence actually exists. The humorous aspect the the failure of every atheist in the room to actually debate evidences is that they actually go to chat rooms, bring up evolution, claim it is a science fact, and mock you for believing in creation.

Apparently, Sky Daddy must have something going, if someone like myself, who has no formal education in biology, is capable of acquiring enough knowledge of it on my own that prevents atheists, even genuine biologists, from being able to debunk what He has created with their pseudo scientific fantasy.

n her article Why Megachurch Pastors Keep Falling Into Sexual Immorality, Jennifer LeClaire, editor of the right-leaning Christian news site Charisma, points out that pastors Loveless, Hunter and Hinn aren’t the only three to “rock their churches with sexual scandals” in recent times. LeClaire, author of a book titled Spiritual Warrior's Guide to Defeating Jezebel, takes the uncommon position of holding male Christian leaders accountable for their adulterous behaviors—well sort of. LeClaire attributes immorality and idolatry to the “spirit of seduction” of the biblical character Jezebel, who “woos people into sexual immorality and idolatry.”

She writes, “Sadly, the spirit of Jezebel is picking off pastors one by one as they succumb to the evil desires in their own hearts. Too few recognize the sinister workings of Jezebel's covert seduction. They’ve bought into what I call the ‘Jezebel deception’ and are either tolerating sexual immorality in the church or merely failing to recognize the true Jezebel in operation because they are on a witch hunt for controlling, manipulative women.”

Faggots recruiting children -- again!

Rump rider recruiting of our children rolls on. For several decades there have been organized rump rider perverts working hard to recruit and train children into their perverted lifestyle. Television has broadcast programs such as Telletubies aimed at very young children and featuring an obviously perverted rump rider "tubie." Now their campaign to pervert the minds of young children is continuing with the distribution of gay children's books targeted at the very young reader, at children who's parents may not be aware that its gay literature. The new book, And Tango Makes Three depicts pervert faggots as harmless two penguins who adopt a baby penguin to raise as a young faggot. Read story.

Psychosexual perversion should not be taught to children. Bob supports the rights of sexual perverts to publish whatever perverted adult literature they want to destroy their filthy minds with. A right to free speech and publication does not translate into a right to spew filth among children. They have a right to speak and publish. They have NO right to force anyone else to listen or read. Their filth should be kept off of children's television and out of schools and children's sections at libraries. The deliberate campaign by sexual perverts to recruit children needs to be opposed strongly by concerned parents, and since cunts are incapable of reason it needs to be opposed especially by fathers. All that is necessary for evil to triumph is for good men to do nothing. In the face of perverted recruiting our children we good MEN must take strong effective action against these sexual perverts. Stop them by whatever means necessary to protect our children.

Since public libraries opened in the 19th century, unmarried lesbians have worked as librarians instead of as wives and homemakers. In public libraries across the country these sick female perverts are putting forth their sordid sexual lives in the hands of children. The librarian who does so should be tarred and feathered and run out of town on a rail. She is a disgrace to our community and does great harm to our children. She has violated the public trust and lost her feminazi "civil rights" to public employment.

Quote# 94424

The problem with secular morality is that secular moral rules are based on secular, i.e., mortal authority, which means that they can be questioned, warped, bypassed or altogether ignored. Religious morality is based in divine authority which is by definition infallible and cannot be cheated around.

Most humans observe laws mainly because of the fear of punishment, there being relatively few evolved enough to restrain themselves from immoral actions even when there's no threat of punishment. Secular punishment, however, can be avoided - by bribing or evading law enforcement, by mitigating the penalty via judicial procedures (such as plea bargaining), and so on. Divine punishment, however, cannot be eluded or bribed - it is slow to come, but it is inevitable to arrive, and it is this inevitability of punishment that makes people think twice before indulging in crime. A godless thief will steal without remorse, since he knows the worst he can get is a few years in prison, but a person that believes in God will think twice before becoming a thief, since he knows a punishment awaits him at the end of his life even if he manages to dodge prison.

I find the lot of the folk believing in religious superstitions preferable to godlesness and total lack of restraint. Those who are evolved enough will rise above petty superstitions and refrain from immoral deeds anyway, but the lot who yet lack the ability to resist their base urges best fear at least something, however silly, to keep in check.

[The movie this person is referring to is "Trembling Before G-d", a documentary about homosexuals in the Orthodox Jewish community.

Acceptance of homosexual behavior

I participate in a group in Jerusalem for people with homosexual attractions who want to reduce or change their homosexual behavior and/or attractions. There are currently about a dozen of us. I think I am therefore in a good position to evaluate "change" efforts. If people knew that these efforts involve working on assertiveness, self-esteem, and other aspects of character development, they wouldn't be so quick to dismiss reparative therapy and similar approaches. Harmful? Far from it. This is about personal development. I don't know anyone in our group who feels that they haven't benefitted from the experience.

[...]

Regarding the film, I recently attended a public screening of it at a Masorti synagogue, which was followed by an audience discussion. Some people saw this issue as being all about "tolerating people who are different", which is certainly a message promoted in the film, but I didn't see it that way. Should Orthodox Judaism allow openly-adulterous rabbis to lead congregations, or give public honors to intermarried congregants? So why should the community welcome openly-gay people, who are living with same-gender partners, as rabbis or synagogue presidents? Doing so would convey a lenient attitude toward something clearly contrary to Jewish tradition.

Televangelist Pat Robertson had some eyebrow-raising advice for a woman who wrote complaining of a cheating husband.

"I've been trying to forgive my husband for cheating on me," the viewer writes. "We have gone to counseling, but I just can't seem to forgive, nor can I trust. How do you let go of the anger? How do you trust again?"

While Robertson's co-host called infidelity "one of the ultimate betrayals," the controversial host disagreed.

"Here's the secret: stop talking about the cheating," Robertson advised.

"He cheated on you. Well, he's a man."

Robertson also suggested the writer be forgiving of her husband's transgressions and the "tendency of man."

"Does he provide a home for you to live in," Robertson said. "Does he provide food for you to eat? Does he provide clothes for you to wear? Is he nice to the children... Is he handsome?"

"Recognize also, like it or not, males have a tendency to wander a little bit," he added. "What you want to do is make a home so wonderful that he doesn't want to wander."

The commercial features a young woman and a pig, apparently stranded in a broken-down car.
'Did you turn your ringer off so no one would interrupt us?'

The pig though, seems uninterested, in the young woman and shows off the mobile Geico app on his phone as well as the game Fruit Ninjas.
This is not the first time that One Million Moms has protested such a high-profile company for allegedly depicting bestiliaty.

Earlier the group found objection to a Skittles ad featuring a walrus.

Two religious leaders are threatening lawsuits if the city [San Antonio] doesn’t stop offering domestic partner benefits in light of Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott’s advisory opinion saying they violate the state Constitution.

Pastor Gerald Ripley of Voices for Marriage and Philip Sevilla of Texas Leadership Coalition addressed the San Antonio City Council Wednesday, threatening lawsuits in order to stop the benefits from being offered if the city doesn’t end them by June 30, the San Antonio Express-News reports.

“Lawsuits will be filed if necessary,” Ripley said.

“We cannot allow this in San Antonio. We are not San Francisco,” Sevilla said.

City attorney Mike Bernard told the newspaper the city won’t change its policy until the U.S. Supreme Court rules in two key marriage equality cases.

San Antonio Mayor Julián Castro has supported the benefits and said last month Abbott’s opinion to take away the benefits would hold Texas back.

Heartiste and Steve Sailer provide compelling evidence that females should not be allowed to make their own sexual and reproductive choices. Their hormones make them stupid. Thus we have a bunch of baby murderers running around who will doubtless repeat their parent’s choices. And here is another video of raging hormones on parade. Most females, upon meeting a seemingly high status male, will jump his bones given a few minutes of opportunity, which is why societies where virginity was important and illegitimacy disastrous kept fertile age women on a very tight leash.

My personal highly unscientific observation is that the lower a woman’s self esteem, the better her behavior, and vise versa, since the lower her self esteem, the more vulnerable she is to social pressure and male authority. It is the girl with high self esteem that follows her pussy.

Rep. Steve Stockman (R-Texas) lashed out at Democrats over the issue of abortion on Monday just minutes after a jury returned a guilty verdict in the high-profile case of an abortion doctor accused of multiple homicides.

“Democrats do not want abortion to be safe or rare,” Stockman said in a statement. “Democrats oppose even the most basic of health and safety standards for abortion mills. Democrats don’t care how many women are maimed, infected with diseases or die on the routinely-filthy abortion mills. Democrats worship abortion with same fervor the Canaanites worshipped Molech.”

Kermit Gosnell was found guilty of three counts of first-degree murder on Monday in Philadelphia and could face the death penalty. Gosnell was accused of performing partial-birth abortions and killing one woman.

Prosecutors believe he was involved in dozens of illegal late-term abortions, forcing the live births of fetuses up to eight months old, and in some cases “snipping” the spines of the babies that survived the abortion attempts with scissors.?? Media reports say some of the babies were born breathing and screaming, and that body parts were kept in jars around the filthy blood- and feces-stained clinic.

Gosnell was charged with partially delivering seven babies that were 24 weeks or older, although prosecutors say the actual number is far higher. He was also charged with the death of one of the mothers who went into cardiac arrest during a procedure.

No Democrats defended Gosnell’s crimes, and many denounced him. However, Stockman on Monday sought to tie Gosnell to the pro-abortion rights stances of many Democrats.

“The courts call it murder. Democrats call it ‘health care,’” Stockman said. “Despite the blood-soaked horror of Gosnell’s clinic, Democrats refuse to loosen their embrace of unrestricted, unregulated, taxpayer-funded abortion on demand.”

“Even more chilling, as an Illinois state senator Barack Obama voted several times to make Gosnell’s inhuman crimes the law of the land,” he added. “I hope this verdict moves him to look into his soul and change his position.”
