Of course it's not. Freedom and Liberty is literally at stake here! the POTUS Obama has hijacked this great country to turn us into an islamic hellhole. Just wait until the ISIS hoards illegally immigrate into the country and start putting sharia law all over the place. Obama is gonna allow this to happen. But he will be subtle about it.

[Well aren't you a credit to the American education system.

Just one problem Sherlock: Obama's a Christian. Fairly devout too.

Christian in name, but Muslim in secret. If you wanna be a politician in America, you got to be Christian or else. But it depends whether one is faithful to Christ or not. Obama is different. He's a Kenyan Muslim. Not a Christianized African American.

TV pastor Pat Robertson warned on Thursday that the government could force Christian florists and bakers out of business if they did not cater to weddings where men marry dogs.

After a Washington state judge found on Wednesday that a Christian florist had violated the state’s anti-discrimination law by refusing to sell flower arrangements for a same-sex couple’s wedding, Robertson asserted that an “intelligent judge” would have ruled against the gay men.

“To say that some procedural anomaly in the statute overrides the fundamental religious freedoms of the people, it’s just crazy,” he insisted. “And I hope that the lawyers for this florist will appeal this thing to get into the federal courts.”

“But this is outrageous!” the conservative preacher continued. “To tell a florist that she’s got to provide flowers for a particular kind of wedding. What if somebody wanted to marry his dog? She’s got to have flowers for that? What if there’s a polygamous situation where a guy has five wives and he wants to have five ceremonies, and she’s going to be forced by the law to provide them flowers. I mean, this is crazy.”

Robertson recalled that a court had also ruled that George Washington University had to provide accommodations for a “campus gay group.”

“I asked [Cardinal John O'Connor], ‘What would you do if you were in charge of it?’ He said, ‘I’d close the school down. Just like that, I’d close it down.’”

“Well, some of these bakers and florists may be forced out of business if the courts make them do things contrary to their beliefs,” the televangelist concluded.

["What is your opinion of strap-ons?"]

I think strap-ons are a product of compulsory heterosexuality. I have never used them in my relationships with women because to me it just seems like a product of the “who’s the man in the relationship?” trope that is applied to lesbian relationships. There is constantly pressure to apply heteronormative roles to lesbian relationships, and I think wearing a fake penis to mimic heterosexual sex is one of those things.

There is nothing more scandalous than public servants who ignore why an extra fifteen million Americans died this century from the increase in cancer rates alone, than to blame it on smoking tobacco or drinking alcohol. In the last half century, as the percent of Americans who smoke decreased dramatically, cancer deaths continued to grow at exactly the same rate they had been growing during the first half of the century. If there is any relationship at all, it is that cancer deaths increased by 10 per 100,000 population for each two percent DECREASE in Americans who smoke. In other words, IF smoking tobacco affects cancer at all, it PREVENTS it.

Dean Obeidallah also cited American Christian extremists in his, “Yes, There Are Christian Terrorists,” column. Furthermore, a representative from MPAC attended the same secret Islamic White House meeting that Obeidallah did on February 4.

So the White House holds a secret Islamic meeting and immediately after this the attendees, the State Department, and the Vice President say similar things regarding supposed Christian terrorists. Meanwhile, the president issued statements covering for Islam. These, of course, follow up on the president condemning the Crusades in the wake of the Islamic Caliphate burning a man alive.

What conclusion does any logical and objective observer draw from these actions?

President Obama conducted his early February meeting with Islamic leaders in order to plan and execute coordinated attacks on Christians.

Quote# 106586

[F]or women to assume roles assigned to men would not only be pointless, but wrong, a symbol of rebellion against our tradition and Torah. Many women who in our contemporary society had to battle for equal rights in the economic, social and political arena may have difficulty absorbing this concept. They erroneously believe that, even as in the secular world women have been subjugated, they are also relegated to a secondary position in Judaism, and they wage a battle where there is no battle to be waged. They are unaware of the lofty esteemed position granted to women by the Torah; They confuse Torah with the United States Constitution. Our Torah cannot be amended or voted upon; it is not about rights, but obligations, and it's not about entitlement, but responsibilities. A woman who feels fulfilled only if she can assume a male role is indeed deprived, not only of male commanded mitzvas but of her own unique G-d given gift. It's not being counted in a minyan or wearing tefillin that the contemporary woman needs, but an understanding of her lofty calling within Judaism..

The Torah makes each of us appreciate gender differences so that we may realize our potential and contribute our own unique strengths for the greater good of mankind. G-d created the world as a symphony, endowing each of His creations with its own unique instrument. To demand that every instrument be identical would be disastrous. The trombone cannot be a flute, a violin cannot be a cello; each must play its own part so that the world can function in harmony. This same rule applies in nature. The apple tree cannot be interchanged with the grapevine, nor a blade of grass with the oak. G-d's grand design is fulfilled only when each creation faithfully carries out its appointed calling. Our Torah regards women as the prime movers of the world. Women who are steeped in this tradition feel secure and confident in their Jewish femininity. They do not feel that those who don tefillin or pray with a minyan are superior in their service of G-d. They are content to pray at their own pace and designate their own private time and place for their conversations with the Almighty. If however they do choose to go to shul and pray with a minyan, they do so because they want to benefit from that minyan - there are certain prayers that only can be recited with a quorum of ten men, and a gathering of women, no matter how many, does not constitute a quorum which would permit the recitation of those prayers.

[An anonymous 14-year-old student decries the "lifestyle" of their classmates.]

I live in a good neighborhood and go to a very fine frum yeshiva. There are many shuls, yeshivas and kosher restaurants in our area and one would think it is a great place in which to thrive and grow in Torah. While, Baruch HaShem, many do, many more, specifically teenagers, succumb to the pressure and have become lost.

[...]

It takes only one girl to put a boy's screen name on a good girl's computer and that girl's life could change for the worse forever.

[...]

I don't know if any parents are aware of the amount of time boys and girls spend hanging out together. The most innocent places are turned into hangouts. Places that nobody would suspect. And the fact is many kids have no trouble lying outright and casually telling their mothers they are going one place, when in actuality, they are going somewhere else. Girls and boys go into cars together, they talk to each other on cell phones, they chat constantly with each other on-line. Then they go to school the next day and exchange their stories, making their lives seem enviable and exciting to everyone. Teenagers these days are "dating" and these are kids who are considered "good" kids from "good" homes. And believe me, they are not dating in the hope of getting married.

Probably the worst problem in this whole situation is that much of this is considered to be normal. It's all too common nowadays for girls and boys to talk to each other or hang out together. I hear stories of the best girls talking to boys. It's not even an issue...it's become NORMAL. But this can't be normal. It's not right; it's not the way Jewish young people are supposed to live their lives. I heard a great girl once say that she doesn't think it's bad to hang out and listen to music - it doesn't define who you are. Then what exactly defines you? What has our sick culture done to us?

[...]

The music everybody is listening to these days is totally opposite from everything that our Judaism stands for. It is so common to listen to non-Jewish music that many people don't even think twice about it. It is so easy for kids to burn CD's for their friends who have parents who don't permit them to buy non-Jewish CD's. Teenagers will sit for hours with their music, out of touch with the world, exposed to the disgusting and filthy words found in this music. There is no way that it cannot make an impact on them and the way they act. Indeed, the language that is used and the way that kids will curse everyone and everything is disgusting.

Some girls dress inappropriately and walk around without caring the least. Girls can be ridiculed for wearing stockings and their loosely fitted shirts are mocked at. And it's not just dress, but an entire behavior pattern. They shriek and cackle in the streets. Yet, this is the way to be a "fun" girl. There is a certain carefree, careless attitude. They want to believe that they can do everything they wish, go wherever they want, and no one can stop them. They believe that there is nothing wrong with being out late on any night. If they have to lie to their parents to be where they are, so be it. They rationalize that their parents would never understand anyway. This attitude is carried over to camp as well. Girls are on the constant "lookout" for boys, making up places to meet them, and are always on the phone with them.

[...]

You may wonder how I know all this. I know because people love to talk and I see it going on with my own two eyes. At the same time, I am not a nerd. Baruch HaShem, I have many friends who are like me. I have to say however, that the temptations are strong and it's a struggle every day.

Quote# 106584

While the at-risk behavior of boys has leveled off somewhat, there has been a dramatic increase in the at-risk behavior of girls.

[...]

It begins at a young age. Internet chatting seems innocent for a ten year old girl. After all, they are just talking with their friends the same way we used to use the phone. But it is not innocent. Neither are the movies that they rent for "innocent" sleep over parties. Relationships with males are idealized, discussed and fantasized. No different than 30 years ago? Watch them. PG-13 films and TV programs that would have been banned in a different generation are seen by "everyone" today. Sooner or later the internet chatting involves the boys. Chatting leads to meetings on Friday at the pizza store. Eighth grade comes and while parents may be dreaming of getting their bright young lady into the "top" yeshiva, they have failed to realize that subtle changes have occurred in a few short years. Unknowingly, these girls enter a high school admissions pool designed to weed out the "bad" girls. Faced with rejection and no school to attend, these girls become depressed and their parents frantically search for answers. While the system may reject these girls, the boys do not. In many cases, the relationship spins out of control and the results are disastrous.

[...]

If our girls attend 10 years of yeshiva and their minds are still on romantic novels and inappropriate movies in the eighth grade, something must be terribly wrong.

[...]

Parents also need to listen better and become involved more. We don't have to send our child to a questionable party or social event just because "everyone" is going. We need to be more vigilant about the material that enters our homes and the access our children may have to inappropriate material on the internet. Even if we may believe that our computer is blocked, our children can access material in very creative ways. If we allow our children computer privileges they must be very carefully monitored. We should check our children's buddy lists, making sure we know each child on the list. We must keep the computer in a public space so that we can monitor internet activity better (even adults need to monitor their own internet use!).

Lastly, we need to learn to communicate better with our daughters. It is especially important for fathers to learn to relate better to their daughters. If daughters become alienated from their fathers, to whom will the turn to receive male affection? Who will provide for a daughter's self-esteem if her father has become detached? Fathers must spend time with their daughters listening and discussing their issues.

Kids don't just get into illegal drugs... they're led into that wicked and destructive lifestyle by their musical heroes!!! Carnal music is ear candy, highly addictive to the sinful flesh! Kids diligently research their heroes and find out every detail of their life so they can mimic it, from the way they dress to the illegal drugs and booze they addict their bodies to. That's why I expose celebrates with destructive and evil tendencies, that is, because I love young people and don't want their lives ruined.

Our kids need positive role models, like local firemen and nurses and doctors; not some pimp trash garbage like Eminem or Tap Out fad founder, Charles “Mask” Lewis Jr. (1963-2009), who has the word “HELL” tattooed on his arm, wears crosses on his shoulders, has tattoos all over his body, dresses and acts like a freak, and has led millions of youth into worldliness with his punk-ass clothing line and freak-show. Lewis is a tinfoil hat-wearing nutcase! I know he's loved by millions of punks everywhere, but God has a better role model for your life... JESUS CHRIST!

(part of Ken Ham's response to the video titled “Mr. Deity and the Atheist”)

I submit that Dawkins is shaking his fist at God, because he refuses to submit to His Creator and recognize it is God who sets the rules. He refuses to acknowledge that man is a sinner in need of salvation. And because God has made it evident to us all that He exists and has written His law in our hearts (Romans 1 and 2), Dawkins is, in essence, putting his hands over his eyes and his hands over his ears. He is really shouting at God saying, “I refuse to see. I refuse to listen!” How we need to pray for this very lost soul!

Really, billions of years and evolution are an anti-God religion, and we must recognize them as such. Satan is very clever and is using the same attack he used on Eve, the Genesis 3 attack of “did God really say?” to make people question God’s clear Word. Ultimately, he wants to lead people to reject God entirely, like Dawkins does. This is why it is so important to stand on the authority of God’s Word from the very beginning, give solid answers, and preach the gospel of Jesus Christ to a dying world.

We can trust God’s Word because it was written by a God who never lies (Titus 1:2), and it’s confirmed by what we see in the world. I encourage you to stand boldly on the truth of God’s Word from the very beginning and refuse to compromise with man’s ideas. I also encourage you to equip yourself with solid answers from God’s Word so you will always be ready to give an answer “to everyone who asks you a reason for the hope that is in you” (1 Peter 3:15).

Recently, atheist Richard Dawkins appeared in a short video titled “Mr. Deity and the Atheist.” In this very mocking video Dawkins speaks with a character playing God named “Mr. Deity,” and gives reasons why God doesn’t exist. “Mr. Deity” replies to his accusations, but his answers are even more mocking than Dawkins’ claims and are clearly attempts to make fun of God.

Dawkins tells Mr. Deity, who clearly is supposed to be representing the biblical God, “You know, it seems to me that if you really want to be useful you could do us all a favor and simply vanish.” Dawkins’ rationale for this is that, “The whole of your precious creation was made by evolution and you didn’t have to lift a finger to help it along. You’re completely redundant, not just lazy. Even if you weren’t lazy, there’d be nothing for you to do.” Dawkins claims that evolution has destroyed any need for God because we don’t need a Creator to get us here because everything can be explained naturalistically. Really, Dawkins has placed his faith in his religion of evolution and millions of years.

He adds, “And what’s more, we have science now, making you completely unnecessary.” By “science” he, of course, means evolution, which is historical science. This kind of science deals with the past and is therefore not directly observable, testable, or repeatable. Now, to prove his point that science has made God unnecessary he says, “Do you know that we just used science to do something truly amazing and quite difficult? We landed a probe on a comet.” Here he has done what so many secularists do. He’s used a bait-and-switch. He says that “science” (unobservable historical science) has made God redundant, but then he uses an example from “science” (observable, testable, repeatable operational science) to prove his point! But historical science and observational science are not the same thing!

Actually, it’s only because God exists and because His Word is true that we can even land a probe on a comet. You see, the universe is governed by laws of nature. But in a random, material universe that supposedly arose naturalistically, where do set, immaterial laws of nature come from? And what makes these laws operate the same way tomorrow as they do today? There are no real answers to these questions in an atheistic worldview. But there is a Creator, and He set the laws of nature in place at the beginning. And we can trust that these laws will work the same tomorrow as they did today because our unchanging God upholds and sustains the universe (Hebrews 1:3).

Dawkins’ comments should stand as a warning to those who compromise with man’s ideas of evolution and millions of years. They are opening the door to compromising with the rest of God’s Word. After all, if you can’t trust God’s Word in the very beginning, then where do you stop doubting? If we can’t trust God’s words in Genesis, then why should we trust God’s Word in the Gospels?

Quote# 106578

[Extracts from the article The Wicked Westminster Confession - Italics original]

III.7.
"The rest of mankind God was pleased, according to the unsearchable counsel of His own will, whereby He extendeth or withholdeth mercy, as He pleaseth, for the glory of His sovereign power over His creatures, to pass by; and to ordain them to dishonour and wrath for their sin, to the praise of His glorious justice."

In Matthew 11:25-26, Jesus is giving thanks to the Father for hiding the things of the gospel from the wise and prudent and revealing them unto babes. God the Father is said to be doing two things here: hiding from some and revealing to others. It is clear that a supposed "permissive decree" of God is not "expressly set down" in Scripture. Using the WCF's professed principle set forth in I.9, we go to John 12:40 for a fuller and clearer sense of what it means for God to hide these things from the wise and prudent: "He hath blinded their eyes, and hardened their heart; that they should not see with [their] eyes, nor understand with [their] heart, and be converted, and I should heal them."

God actively blinds eyes and hardens hearts. Why? So that they should not see nor understand and be converted. In Matthew 11:25-26, God is not passively hiding things but actively doing so by means of blinding and hardening.

[...]

The Scriptures that the WCF men put forth do not demonstrate that God is passive in His decree of sovereign ordination of the reprobate to wrath. Jude 4 and 1 Peter 2:8 make it clear that the reprobate are ordained and appointed to their respective condemnations. Those who stumbled at the stone of stumbling, those who were offended by the rock of offence, were not "permitted" or "allowed" to appoint themselves. They were appointed by God to stumble at the Word. If God is said to actively cause the reprobate of mankind to stumble at the Stone of stumbling, then will not the carnal response be: "Why doth he yet find fault? For who hath resisted his will?"?

The Scripture says that God raised Pharaoh up in order to display His power in him. How is God's power demonstrated in Pharaoh if God "passes by" him by giving him more freedom and "allowing" him to harden himself? In the Passover found in the book of Exodus, and in the final destruction of Pharaoh in the Red Sea, we see that God raised up Pharaoh (and by extension all the reprobate) in order to show His wrath and to make His power known in His active and unconditional hardening of Pharaoh. The hardening done by God in Pharaoh's heart is shown to be active and efficient because it is a display of His power, and the hardening is shown to be unconditional because God will harden whom He will.

Certainly there are aspects of God's counsel and will that are "unsearchable" (Romans 11:33; Deuteronomy 29: 29) to finite creatures. But God has clearly revealed in His Word exactly WHY He has chosen to have mercy on some and chosen to harden others: God wants to demonstrate His power and wrath in the reprobate so that those to whom He would show mercy might know that the riches of His glorious mercy found in Jesus Christ alone are what makes them to differ from the Pharaohs of the world (Romans 9:22-24).

Let me rephrase this a little so that it makes sense:

"I personally did everything 'Christian,' except I didn't come to know the Lord. When I hit my teenage years the hormones kicked in, and suddenly the female form sure looked better to me than Noah and his silly Ark.

"So I became an atheist. I pretended that nothing created everything, and joyfully followed my overwhelmingly sinful desires. The result has been the temporal but wonderful pleasures that come with sin. I choose them above God's promise of everlasting life."

[In response to news of a pride parade in Jerusalem:]

Even if the entire world regards homosexuality as a viable life option, we Jews live by a different code of rules. Our standards of morality emanate from our Torah, and not from that which is in vogue. Phrases such as "meaningful relationships", "moral relativism", "majority consensus" or "consensual relationships between adults" cannot suspend our laws. The Word of G-d stands eternally and calls upon man to temper his passions and live in sanctity.

Quote# 106573

There are so many tragedies befalling us nowadays that it's difficult to keep pace - terrorism in Israel, escalation throughout the world, and now, we have an added tsora - Mordechai Vanunu. For those of you who may not be familiar with the case, Vanunu is a traitor who sold secrets about Israel's nuclear capacity to British newspapers, and now, after eighteen years of imprisonment, he was released spewing forth hatred of his own people and country.

How does such a thing happen? How does a Jew, a citizen of the State of Israel, become a turncoat? How does he betray his own people?

[...]

So what happened to Mordechai Vanunu's Jewish heart? What happened to his Yiddishe neshama? How can a Jew live in Eretz Yisrael, breathe in the air of the Holy Land, behold the return of his brethren from the four corners of the earth, witness the miracle of the beginning of our redemption, and still perpetrate such evil? And perhaps even more perplexing - how could Israel Intelligence, vaunted for its competence and know-how, have allowed Vanunu to be placed in such a sensitive position?

[...]

Israel's intelligence messed up because sadly, those tell-tale signs had little meaning to them. Way before the exposure of his perfidious deed, Vanunu converted to Christianity, participated in pro-Palestinian demonstrations, became a nude artist's model, and joined the Communist Party. Each of these acts should have set off alarm bells, for each is a betrayal of everything that we, the Jewish people cherish and hold dear. To Israelis of secular and leftist persuasion however, such activities are of no concern. They reflect a "liberal, egalitarian" attitude that has become politically correct, and alas, is espoused by far too many. And herein lies the crux of the problem, and herein are to be found the answers to our questions.

An entire generation of Israelis has been raised as citizens of the world rather than as Jews whose hearts throb with the voice of Torah and the faith of our ancestors. They do not recognize the Divine Covenant that bequeathed this land to us as an eternal inheritance. They do not feel the blood of the prophets coursing through their veins. They do not see themselves as links to Sinai. Vanunu and his ilk have no use for the Covenant. Vanunu scoffs at our Torah ideals. He asserts that Jews do not need a state - they can live anywhere in the world. But should they insist on living in Israel, let them do so under Palestinian rule.

I have encountered Vanunus everywhere - Jewish self-haters who grew up without knowing who they are - Jews who were never awakened by the voice from Sinai; Jews who have expertise in every field, but remain Torah illiterates; Jews who drift aimlessly, dabble in every cause, embrace the idols of other nations and remain blind and deaf to the majestic call of their own people. While such Jews (wherever they may be) diminish our people, in Israel, they jeopardize the very existence of the State.

Guam's Filthy Manner of Life

Liberation Day Celebration - A week-long celebration where they have festivals, carnivals and feasts regarding the u.s.a. taking them back from Japan. They also have nightly fireworks displays around the 19 villages that make up this evil people's land hold. It is this island's version of Marti Gras only they involved the U.S. troops stationed there to give them another opportunity to rape and pillage, when not causing Military Sexual Trauma to their co-workers, that is.

Prostitution - While technically illegal, might as well be legal. The cops have recently been turning up the heat on the "street walker" set, but ignore and enable the massage parlors with the "happy ending" scenarios going on right before their eyes, daily.

Fags - With the military now being full of fags, so is Guam, and they brag about it here: http://www.gaytimes.co.uk/Hotspots/GayGuide-action-Country-countryid-448.html
Fag Troops are violent and sinful in the extreme!

Abortion - Of course, it is legal as they are part of DOOMED usa. Therefore, they help with the millions who are slaughtered yearly in DOOMED usa, all that despite efforts by Guam to outlaw any abortion unless two physicians and the Medical Licensure Board have approved the procedure to save the life of the mother. They even went so far as to prosecute that bitch Janet Benshoof, then the director of the A.C.L.U. Reproductive Freedom Project who came to make a speech and encourage the Guam Island whores to go to Honolulu to kill the babies if this new law passes. Because her fellow-baby-killer/confidant Elizabeth Barrett-Anderson (now on Guam's Superior Court) dropped the charges supposedly because it would make them test the abortion law at a National Level instead of just prosecuting this murderous witch. Okay so some of that was a little poetic license on the wording, but you get the idea. Put another way, while they pretend to have the strictest laws against abortion on the books to appease the Pope, it is just a political ruse. At this time, the Supreme Court is leaving them alone on this matter.

[T]he fact that there are only 13.3 million Jews in the world cannot simply be blamed on wars and oppression. It is assimilation that has taken its largest toll on our nation's population. Assimilation is the process through which a minority adopts the characteristics of its surrounding culture and loses its own identity.

Assimilation happens slowly over generations. The Rebbetzin [Esther Jungreis] explains that, according to our sages (Leviticus 26:14) assimilation starts when a Jew stops studying the Torah. Once a Jew stops studying, he starts to forget the commandments. Although he still feels spiritually connected to Judaism, he becomes negligent in his observance. He continues to believe that he is a Jew, but feels that it is enough to believe in G-d and keep the holidays. Gradually he stops doing even this. When he remembers his grandparents' or parents' love of Torah, he begins to feel guilty. To ease this guilt, he begins rationalizing that the Torah's commandments are out-dated and irrelevant in modern times. To justify his new anti-Torah beliefs and to fill the emptiness that now appears in his heart, he becomes active in secular causes. The covenant to obey G-d's commandments is forgotten and his Jewish life and family disappear.

The process is complete. In my family, my father's sister and my mother's two brothers have no Jewish descendants. The lineage our ancestors died for is lost. And three entire Jewish families are GONE!

[...]

70% of all secular Jews, G-d forbid, will intermarry and disappear in two generations.

[On pornogrophy and how it apparently influences people.]

Is porn affecting our politics? Absolutely it is. Research released a couple years ago showed that support for same-sex marriage among heterosexual men rose in proportion to how much pornography they consumed. Medical research also has revealed that pornography leaves a significant cognitive imprint on those who use it. Secularists may chalk all this up to nothing more than culture’s escape from Puritanism, but that conclusion is merely a cop-out. There’s no worldview synthesis that can make sense of the bedfellowship between same-sex marriage and 50 Shades; it’s just what’s there after sexual nihilism moves in.

Quote# 106547

Baruch Hashem, that pintele Yid has not died in the neshamas of our people. You just have to find it. Take, for example, an exchange I had with an Israeli taxi driver who made "Aliya" from South America.

Taxi drivers in Israel are all philosophers and have opinions about everything that they love to share with their passengers....

"What is your name?" I asked our driver.
"Matthew," he said.
"The name jarred ...it hit me like a ton of bricks.
"Tell me your Jewish name."
"Mattityahu" - he replied.
"Please don't take any offense, but may I tell you something from my heart?"- I asked?
"B'vakasha - please," He said willingly.
"I don't wish to offend you, but do you know that one of the reasons why our forefathers were deemed worthy of being redeemed from Egypt was that they did not alter their distinct Jewish names. Shem Yisroel Kadosh.... the names of the Jewish people are holy. They are rooted in eternity, and reflect our heritage, our destiny, our legacy and our covenant. Just consider that you have come back to the land of your fathers after having been away for nearly two thousand years, and you call yourself Matthew when you have a glorious name like Mattityahu. Do you know who Matthew was? Do you know who Mattityahu was?" - I asked?

Instead of waiting for a response, I went on to explain that Matthew was one of the Twelve Christian Apostles, while Mattityahu was the Kohen Gadol - the High Priest who saved the Jewish people from extinction in the days of Chanukah....and today, you have bartered that holy name for that of a Christian Apostle! Do you understand that?

Our driver, like most Israel taxi drivers, did not lack for words, but now he was silent - the pintele Yid started to work in his neshama, so I continued.

"Tell your family tell your friends, your co-workers, that from now on, they are two call you Mattityahu." And with this, I gave him a copy of my book, "Hachayim Heim Nisayon - Life Is a Test." In Israel, I always carry a copy with me, for you never know whom you might meet and who might need it. By the time we got out of the ca, he had become Mattityahu. Yes the pintele Yid that Jewish spark in every neshama is there.

[From an "article" titled "How Atheism Empowers ISIS"]

I think Gobry is absolutely correct here. Contemporary secular progressives simply do not trade in the marketplace of metaphysical ideas. Consider the state of American higher education, an institution nearly monopolized by Vulgar Marxism. Studies like philosophy, literature and religion are in decline and increasingly viewed with utilitarian contempt, while gender studies and psychology are the disciplines of choice for vast swaths of students who demand an endless supply of “trigger warnings.” Social sciences are conducive to Vulgar Marxism because they can be reduced to interpersonal tensions of race, class, and privilege, while Plato and Thomas Aquinas are too busy talking about invisible realities that bind the entire human narrative together.

Gobry’s term Vulgar Marxism reminds me of a similar term coined by philosopher Michael Novak, “vulgar relativism.” In his 1994 acceptance speech for the Templeton Prize, Novak identified vulgar relativism as “nihilism with a happy face,” and said that its noxious effect on both the mind and the heart was a symbolic red carpet for brutal oppression:

For [relativists], it is certain that there is no truth, only opinion: my opinion, your opinion. They abandon the defense of intellect. There being no purchase of intellect upon reality, nothing else is left but preference, and will is everything. They retreat to the romance of will.

But this is to give to Mussolini and Hitler, posthumously and casually, what they could not vindicate by the most willful force of arms. It is to miss the first great lesson rescued from the ashes of World War II: Those who surrender the domain of intellect make straight the road of fascism. Totalitarianism, as Mussolini defined it, is la feroce volanta . It is the will-to-power, unchecked by any regard for truth. To surrender the claims of truth upon humans is to surrender Earth to thugs.

In other words, embracing the secular atheistic worldview is in fact laying out a welcome mat for terrorists like ISIS. Of course, not all atheists are aggressively relativistic or Marxist, but it is indisputable that the overwhelming majority of such articulations come from atheistic voices. Crank atheists like Richard Dawkins and Sam Harris write glowingly about a future sans religion, which will supposedly signal the impending disappearance of violent oppressors such as ISIS. These writers conveniently ignore the fact that Europe, having spent now more than a generation as a post-Christian secular fantasy, is impotent to drive Islamic extremism from its culture. The idea that atheism disarms the forces of oppression and violence is no more credible than arming our anti-ISIS forces with water guns.

Islamic terrorism is fueled by worldview. Failure to acknowledge this basic fact stems from a latent acceptance of vulgar relativism, the idea that transcendent ideas like religion and philosophy are excuses for the racial and geopolitical stuff that’s actually REAL. Declaring religious ideas irrelevant or off-limits will continue to put the West into the vulnerable stupor that ISIS has already taken advantage of. To take ISIS seriously, we have to take its religious convictions seriously, which means taking religion per se seriously, which means, in the end, taking secular progressivism out to the trash heap.

The first one is all that's necessary to show atheism fails - empirical adequacy.

Its demonstrable by using IF , THEN statements.

IF atheism is true , THEN the universe is either eternal, or "nature" caused it to begin or it leaped into existence out of nothing uncaused.

Ok - let see if there is any evidence to support any of those scenarios:
1. the universe is external: False

A portion of the the evidence:

"Philosophically, the notion of a beginning of the present order of Nature is repugnant to me ... I should like to find a genuine loophole."
Arthur Eddington
"The End of the World: From the Standpoint of Mathematical Physics"
Nature, vol. 127 (1931) p. 450

-Arthur Eddington - "The beginning seems to present insuperable difficulties unless we agree to look on it as frankly supernatural."

-Stephen Hawking: "In real time.....the universe had a beginning."

-Steven Hawking: "It has been interesting to watch the change in the climate of opinion on singularities. When I was a graduate student, almost no one took singularities seriously. Now, as a result of the singularity theorems, nearly everyone believes that the universe began with a singularity. In the meantime, however, I have changed my mind: I still believe that the universe had a beginning, but that it was not a singularity."
Text of `Origin of the Universe' by S.W. Hawking
(Copyright 1988 Stephen W. Hawking. All rights reserved.)

-Dr Guillermo Gonzales: "Like Einstein, most astronomers of the early twentieth century, including the young Hubble, believed in a static and eternal universe. Even after Einstein conceded his error in the late 1920s, many scientists would not accept the implications of an expanding universe-namely, that it can into existence sometime in the finite past."
The Privileged Planet, Gonzales & Richards.

"The picture today is more complete and much richer. The cosmos began 13.7 billion years ago with the big bang." " In our journey back to the beginning of creation, cosmologists first travel through the well-established history of the universe back to the first microsecond; then to within 10-34 second of the beginning, ..."
Scientific American, Sep 2009

-Dr. Robert Jastrow-who until his recent death was the director of the Mount Wilson observatory once led by Edwin Hubble: "Now we see how the astronomical evidence leads to a biblical view of the origin of the world. The details differ, but the essential elements in the astronomical and biblical accounts of Genesis are the same: the chain of events leading to man commenced suddenly and sharply at a definite moment in time, in a flash of light and energy."

-Dr. Robert Jastrow- "Astronomers now find they have painted themselves into a corner because they have proven, by their own methods, that the world began abruptly in an act of creation to which you can trace the seeds of every star, every planet, every living thing in this cosmos and on the earth. And they have found that all this happened as a product of forces they cannot hope to discover. . . . That there are what I or anyone would call supernatural forces at work is now, I think, a scientifically proven fact."

- Einstein tried to avoid such a beginning by creating and holding onto his cosmological "fudge factor" in his equations until 1931, when Hubble's astronomical observations caused him to grudgingly accept "the necessity for a beginning."
A. Vibert Douglas
"Forty Minutes With Einstein"
Journal of the Royal Astronomical Society of Canada
Vol. 50 (1956), p. 100

"Many once believed that the universe had no beginning or end and was truly infinite. Through the inception of the Big Bang theory, however, no longer could the universe be considered infinite. The universe was forced to take on the properties of a finite phenomenon, possessing a history and a beginning." Chris
LaRocco and Blair Rothstein, University of Michigan http://www.umich.edu/~gs265/bigbang.htm

The present location and velocities of galaxies are a result of a primordial blast known as the BIG BANG. It marked: THE BEGINNING OF THE UNIVERSE! THE BEGINNING OF TIME!" Terry Herter, Cornell University http://web.archive.org/web/200607182...o101/lec29.htm

"That radiation is residual heat from the Big Bang, the event that sparked the beginning of the universe some 13 billion years ago." Craig Hogan, University of Washington http://www.washington.edu/newsroom/n.../k032102a.html

Ok - so an eternal universe is ruled out via evidence - that leaves atheism:
1. nature causing the universe to begin
2. an uncaused universe

Lets examine the remainin 2 options for atheism:
1. "nature did it" - what natural forces cause time, space and matter to leap into existence from nothing? There are none - so this option fails.

The last: an uncaused universe.
Preposterous scientifically and logically as this violates the Law of Causality.

So this leaves us a universe that began due to a cause;
1. The universe CANNOT be eternal or static because:

1. The First and Second Laws of Thermodynamics: this says that matter cannot be created or destroyed, it just changes form. The universe contains a FINITE about of energy/matter. The universe still contains usable energy so therefore, the universe cannot be eternal because all the usable energy would have been used up by now.
2. The Cosmic Background Radiation: A static and eternal universe would not have the afterglow of its beginning.
3. Universal Expansion: The universe is still expanding. If the universe was static and eternal it would not be expanding. If it were eternal all the matter in the universe would be an infinite distance apart. Expansion requires a single point of origin in order to have a place to expand from.
4. The Cosmic Rebound Theory is false: Charles Bennet of NASA's Goddard Space Flight Center;" The universe will expand forever. It will not turn back on itself and collapse in a great crunch." There is not enough matter in the universe to collapse it back again, therefore the universe had a beginning.
5. This assumes no energy would be lost in each successive crunch/bang.
6. There is no evidence for a Big Bang, Bang, Bang, Bang.
7. The Kalam Cosmological Argument:
a. An infinite number of days has no end.
b. But today is the end of history(history being a collection of all days)
c. Therefore there were not an infinite number of days before today.
d. Another way of saying this is one cannot add anything to infinity. But tomorrow we will add another day, so the number of days must be finite. Thus a finite number of days has a beginning.
Therefore I conclude that the universe had a beginning. An infinite anything within the material universe is theoretically possible, but not actually possible.
8. The Law of Causality: the universe is one big effect, an effect has to have a cause. This is the foundation of all science. If you reject this then you reject science itself and we cannot go any further.

The universe is finite, therefore it had a beginning. Relativity demands a beginning to space-time-matter and has been mathematically verified to 5 decimal places and confirmed by the above empirical evidence (which Relativity predicted such as expansion as well as others, such as parallax (which Relativity predicted also).

[Pointing in the air is now a 'Muslim gang sign'.]

One of the few things Obama has not made a secret of is his Islamic background (father and stepfather both Muslims, went to Muslim school, etc.). He even announced prior to his election that the sound of Muslim prayers is “one of the prettiest sounds on Earth” and that he would “stand with” Muslims against his own country. Hiding his Islamic background would have been counterproductive, considering that his very name screams Muslim. He was elected within a few years of 9/11 not despite this, but because of it, in the most contemptible attempt at appeasement imaginable.

There is no way Obama doesn’t know what his gesture means...

Making this sign isn’t just a tip of the hat to Islam. It literally means: “I am a Muslim.”

Apparently Obama has been practicing taqiyya by calling himself a Christian, not that anyone familiar with the Marxist, anti-American, anti-white ravings that passed for sermons in his “church” ever took that claim seriously.

If Obama did not identify with expansionist Islam, there would be no way to make sense of his policies in the Middle East, where he has consistently sided with Islamists against those trying to keep them under control...

Obama’s gesture, at a time when the world is reeling from a constant onslaught of Islamic terrorism, is the direct equivalent of a president raising his arm in a heil Hitler to fellow Germans during WWII.

He doesn’t realize that America wasn’t murdered when he was elected. It attempted suicide.

We didn’t know he is still a Muslim, but we knew he would side with our worst enemy against us, if only due to his hostile antineocolonialist ideology. Only complete idiots had no idea what they were doing to America when they voted for Obama. The past two presidential elections were self-directed acts of malice.
