According to the charges against Haragan, she returned to AG's home Feb. 7 and scratched a phrase including the word "death" into her mailbox.

Brian Olson, 42, who admitted threatening Iraqi students last October, was sentenced to 10 years of supervised probation Thursday. If Olson violates his probation, he could face three to 10 years in prison, KBOI-TV reported. That sentence is currently suspended.

According to court documents, Olson approached five students near Lucky Peak and yelled cultural epithets. Olson told authorities he broke a necklace off one of the teens, threatened to throw another off a cliff, and spit on one of the other teens.

Fourth District Judge Samuel Hoagland questioned Olson's apology, wondering whether Olson was just sorry for getting caught.

X-mas Has Become a Favorite Holiday of the Wicked Unsaved

Biblically, Jesus couldn't have been born in December (see the above article, The Plain Truth About Christmas). I am not against celebrating Christ's birth, not at all. I am against the Satanic deceptions which the Devil's crowd has integrated with Christ's birth to manufacture the worldly holiday of Christmas.
Santa Claus became extremely popular when Coca Cola really began promoting him in the 1940's. Today, Santa has replaced Jesus in the minds of most children. Ask any child what they know about Jesus, and then Santa, and see what answers you get. Most children know a lot about Santa from singing all the songs about Santa, but there are no Christmas songs for children which describe the Lord. The world's Christmas songs are designed to instill a picture into the child's mind of "WHO" Santa is.

Tragically, Santa is an exact clone of the Lord Jesus Christ. Children are taught that Santa (Not Jesus) watches them all the time, knows if they're bad or good, and will reward them if they are good. Children do believe these lies of Satan. The FACT that the U.S. Postal Service receives millions of letters each Christmas addressed to "Santa Claus" is proof enough of this fact.

God does NOT make a big deal out of Christmas and I think we would be wise to do the same. In fact, God does not make an issue of it at all. If God was concerned about us celebrating Jesus' birth, then He would have given us a date or time to celebrate, but He didn't.


I think God hates Christmas for many reasons:

1. The greed of Christmas. Let's face it, Americans alone spend billions of dollars just on Christmas.

2. The massive amount of money spent on decorations while the poor go hungry. Christmas to most people is all about having fun.

3. The heathen formalism of false religions like Catholicism. God doesn't care about mass or the seven sacraments...NOT AT ALL! God wants you to call upon Jesus to forgive your sins and come into your heart. God wants your heart, not religion.

4. The "give to get" mentality of most people. It's really quite sickening as I listen to all the Christmas music. Santa Clause is the hero of Christmas, not Jesus Christ. "What's Santa going to bring me?"...gimme, gimme, gimme!

5. The wicked diminishing of "Christmas" to "Xmas." This is so wrong! I see "Xmas" everywhere I go. Should it be any surprise that Christ would be removed from a holiday which centers around commercial greed.

6. Christmas charity is not righteousness. Just because you give some charity away at Christmas doesn't bring you one bit closer to God unless you have come through the blood of Jesus Christ. Your good works are filth to God (Isaiah 64:6). You need to ask Jesus to forgive you of all your wicked sins.

7. Worldly Christmas parties. All across America at Christmas time, booze flows and the whores take off their clothes. Every company I have ever worked for has invited me to their godless Christmas party. To date, I have never gone to one of them (and never will). All I hear afterwards is reports of nudity, booze, worldly entertainment, and immorality. No thanks Satan, I'll stay home with Jesus!

8. The utter hypocrisy of people. Everywhere you go throughout December in America, you will hear Christmas music. Openly homosexual singer, Elton John, has a Christmas album. Homosexuality is an abominable sin according to the Bible! Radio stations play his music all across America. When sinners living in wicked rebellion against God sing Christmas praises, do you think God is pleased? I tell you, God is extremely angry! (Psalm 7:11). God has no pleasure in the song of fools (Ecclesiastes 7:5). You'll hear "Holy, holy, holy" one song, and then godless Michael Jackson the next. The radio-waves at Christmas time are filled with the most ungodly and reprobate heathens singing Christmas songs...it is a horrid STENCH in the nostrils of God.

It is for these reasons and others that I believe God hates Christmas. God is angry with the wicked every day (Psalm 7:11). God is not pleased by a child-murdering nation. God is not pleased by a nation that invades innocent countries to steal their oil (Iraq). God is not pleased by a nation that loves witchcraft (Harry Potter). God is extremely angry with America for her many sins. We are a woeful people in need of God's judgment.

What right do we have to celebrate Christ when we spit on the Bible and disobey the plainest teachings in the Bible... "Thou shalt not kill." Some sinners even mock God by making a joke of abortion at Christmas time... see Planned Parenthood's "Choice on Earth" (instead of the Bible's "Peace on Earth"). America needs a serious whipping from God!

If you truly want to celebrate Jesus' birthday, then do it quietly without making the retailers richer. Use that money to help the poor. Jesus is in Heaven today, He wants us to help the poor. Don't be like the wicked world who only give ONCE a year, we should give to the poor at all times. Is it nothing to you?

If marriage is what Stan Mitchell now says it is, then no matter how fun our honeymoon is or how few arguments we have or how old we grow together, Emily and I will not truly understand what this “profound mystery” really is about. We will be doing marriage wrong, sinning against each other through ignorance of ourselves and of our union. If you believe marriage is sacred at all, whether between men and women or people of the same sex, you also believe that misunderstanding marriage carries unavoidable consequences. It is always serious to misjudge the holy.

It matters for my marriage that I understand correctly what marriage is. That’s why I can scarcely imagine how frustrated I would be to be a member of Gracepointe Church right now. If pastor Mitchell has been convinced from the biblical text that marriage has no transcendent meaning that infuses purpose into the one-flesh union of man and wife, I need to know that. I need to hear the reasons why marriage is not what the church has unanimously through history said it is. I need to know not just for my theological curiosity but for the sake of my own marriage! That’s why it grieves me to hear pastor Mitchell talk about “Selma” and “history” and “memoirs.” That’s not what Emily and I need. We don’t need reasons history books will love us if we affirm same-sex marriage. We need to know what marriage is so we can do it.

Pastor Mitchell’s evasiveness reminds me of a popular riposte from same-sex marriage advocates: “Same-sex marriage doesn’t affect you; if you don’t like gay marriage, don’t get married to a man!” From a secular worldview, this objection misses the point but there’s nothing really wrong with its basic assumptions. For the Christian, however, sentiments like that betray the belief that marriage–whether heterosexual, homosexual or otherwise–is really just common, base, and no more relevant to your life than your choice of soda or ice cream. That’s not an option for those who believe marriage is from God.

EASY-TO-READ VERSION (ERV) — Psalms 12:6-7, “The Lord’s words are true and pure, like silver purified by fire, like silver melted seven times to make it perfectly pure. Lord, take care of the helpless. Protect them forever from the wicked people in this world.”

This single passage alone that I just shared with you, ought to be enough reason to convince you that the Easy-To-Read Version (ERV) is a satanic imposter and should be tossed into your garbage pail. It should be obvious to you, the reader, why the Bible-corrupting gang changed this passage of Scripture. If God has kept His promise to preserve His pure Words, then we can expect a pure word-for-word Holy Bible. Since there are literally hundreds of different English Bible translations, which all say something different, they had to change this Scripture to hide the wickedness of what they are doing (i.e., corrupting the Holy Bible for money).

If you have a King James Bible, then you possess God's preserved pure Words in your hands. But if you have dozens of different Bibles in your church and Bible college, then you cannot believe in a pure Holy Bible, and that's why the Devil's crowd changed Psalms 12:6-7 to say that God protects the helpless, instead of telling THE TRUTH from the King James Bible that God has kept His promise to PRESERVE HIS PURE WORDS.

The KJB is inerrant because the Textus Receptus is inerrant. In sharp contrast, all of the modern Bible versions come from an entirely different text, which is corrupt.

Words are powerful, for they are the building blocks of every language. First, you have the individual words and their specific meanings. Second, you have sentences, which are composed of words that are arranged to communicate ideas, meaning and thoughts. And then there is context, in which sentences appear, which shed light on the overall meaning and intention of individual sentences. These three elements are critically important when communicating, and when studying God's Word.

So if I were the Devil, I'd redefine individual words like “repentance” to means something different than what the Bible teaches. I'd give a wrong meaning to what it means to be “born again.” If I were the Devil, I'd remove key theological terms from the Bible, like propitiation, Calvary, imputation, reconciliation and mercy seat (all removed from the new corrupt Bible versions)! If I were the Devil, I'd change the context of Bible passages, like Psalms 12:6-7 (which I showed you earlier). Instead of preserving God's pure Words, the new PERverted Bibles teach that God preserves the helpless instead (as I showed you earlier).

If I were the Devil, I would attempt to change the Bible relentlessly. I'd publish hundreds of different Bible versions, which all say something different, so the pure Words of God would get lost in the shuffle. 1st Corinthians 14:33 tells us that God is not the author of confusion. Well, people are very confused these days concerning WHICH BIBLE, if any can be trusted? Pastors are to blame, for going along to get along, instead of defending and fighting to protect the purity of the King James Bible. God has given to us His inerrant, inspired, preserved, Words. The NIV 2011 has changed the content 38.8% as compared to the NIV 1984!!! Oh how the churches are being corrupted by the Devil! Wake up!

Actually with respect to the Galileo Affair, it was indeed within the Church's competency to judge because the topic touched upon Sacred Scripture and the Church Fathers directly. And the Church was right and Galileo was wrong. Science cannot prove the Earth is moving through space. Every experiment ended up telling them that the Earth was not moving. So the establishment, unwilling to admit the Holy Inquisition and 16th Century Church were right, fled behind Relativity which only ended up saying that one could not tell the difference. And now Relativity continues to be untenable and only creates more nonsense. None of Galileo's arguments are even entertained seriously any more even within establishment science which continues to try and foist more nonsense upon us like the ClimateGate Scandal. The Church of Galileo's time would not have fallen for this nonsense precisely because they stood by Tradition and knew what they were talking about. The Churchmen of today abandon Tradition and kiss the feet of heretical science and its adherents who don't possess a shred of credibility.

A Saudi cleric has appeared in a recent video rejecting the fact that the Earth revolves around the Sun and claiming the opposite holds true, prompting a wave of social media remarks.

Answering a student question on whether the Earth is stationary or moving, Sheikh Bandar al-Khaibari replied: "stationary and does not move."

He then attempted to support his argument by quoting some clerics and selected religious statements. But his most controversial method to debunk the rotation theory was a "logical" deduction in which he used a visual.

“First of all, where are we now? we go to Sharjah airport to travel to China by plane, clear?! focus with me, this is Earth;” he said, holding a sealed water cup.

He argued that if a plane stops still in air “China would be coming towards it” in case the Earth rotates on one direction. It the Earth rotates on opposite direction, the plane would never reach China, because “China is also rotating.”

In separate statements Sheikh al-Khaibari said man never went to the moon, rejecting NASA’s lunar excursion video as Hollywood fabrication.

I keep reading in the mainstream media that there is a rape culture in the United States. This issue concerns me since I have a sister who I don’t want to be raped, so I carefully examined the articles on Salon, Buzzfeed, and Huffington Post that were written by professional journalists who pursue truth and justice over mass hysteria and delirium.

What I’ve gathered from the words of these future Pulitzer Prize winners is that women are not getting raped by violent offenders while taking a jog in the park or walking through a dark street—they are getting raped by men they already know, especially at college. I learned that if a man and a woman both drink at a party and have sex, she was in all likelihood raped since she could not give full legal consent. This made me confused because a woman who drinks and has sex is not responsible for her actions, but if that same woman gets into a car and drives it into someone else, causing a loss of life, she would be prosecuted and sent to jail. I couldn’t find an explanation for this inconsistency.

I also read that men must be taught not to rape, which means that they are all born with the capability to rape and have zero instinct to know that taking a woman with violence is improper. Thankfully, a man only has to be told the phrase “rape is bad” at some point after puberty by an overweight feminist to definitively stop his future brutal and bloody rape career. It’s a miracle that more men have not raped their mothers, babysitters, and sisters before being taught in college that rape is actually not a good thing.

I knew from an early age that rape was bad, as was all forms of violence, not just against women but men as well. I also knew that killing, stealing, and having sexual interest in relatives was bad. I don’t remember if someone specifically taught me these rules, but I also don’t remember being taught that the sun rises and sets once a day, or that I will go splat if I jump off a tall building. I don’t know of a single man entering adulthood who thought that rape was good and had to be manually taught it was bad in order to stop him from raping, so when journalists and cultural commentators suggest that the best way to defeat rape culture is to teach men not to rape, I couldn’t possibly agree. I saw a different set of problems instead.

I saw women wholly unconcerned with their own safety and the character of men they developed intimate relationships with. I saw women who voluntarily numbed themselves with alcohol and other drugs in social settings before letting the direction of the night’s wind determine who they would follow into a private room. I saw women who, once feeling awkward, sad, or guilty for a sexual encounter they didn’t fully remember, call upon an authority figure to resolve the problem by locking up her previous night’s lover in prison or ejecting him from school.

By attempting to teach men not to rape, what we have actually done is teach women not to care about being raped, not to protect themselves from easily preventable acts, and not to take responsibility for their actions. At the same time, we don’t hesitate to blame men for bad things that happen to them (if right now you walked into a dangerous ghetto and got robbed, you would be called an idiot and no one would say “teach ghetto kids not to steal”). It was obvious to me that the advice of our esteemed establishment writers and critics wasn’t stopping the problem, and since rape was already on the law books with severe penalties, additional laws or flyers posted on dormitory doors won’t stop this rape culture either.

I thought about this problem and am sure I have the solution: make rape legal if done on private property. I propose that we make the violent taking of a woman not punishable by law when done off public grounds.

The exception for public rape is aimed at those seedy and deranged men who randomly select their rape victims on alleys and jogging trails, but not as a mechanism to prevent those rapes, since the verdict is still out if punishment stops a committed criminal mind, but to have a way to keep them off the streets. For all other rapes, however, especially if done in a dwelling or on private property, any and all rape that happens should be completely legal.

If rape becomes legal under my proposal, a girl will protect her body in the same manner that she protects her purse and smartphone. If rape becomes legal, a girl will not enter an impaired state of mind where she can’t resist being dragged off to a bedroom with a man who she is unsure of—she’ll scream, yell, or kick at his attempt while bystanders are still around. If rape becomes legal, she will never be unchaperoned with a man she doesn’t want to sleep with. After several months of advertising this law throughout the land, rape would be virtually eliminated on the first day it is applied.

Without daddy government to protect her, a girl would absolutely not enter a private room with a man she doesn’t know or trust unless she is absolutely sure she is ready to sleep with him. Consent is now achieved when she passes underneath the room’s door frame, because she knows that that man can legally do anything he wants to her when it comes to sex. Bad encounters are sure to occur, but these can be learning experiences for the poorly trained woman so she can better identify in the future the type of good man who will treat her like the delicate flower that she believes she is. After only one such sour experience, she will actually want to get fully acquainted with a man for longer than two hours—perhaps even demanding to meet his parents—instead of letting a beer chug prevent her from making the correct decisions to protect her body.

The benefits of eradicating rape laws would extend to honest men who unfortunately now live in fear over imprisonment in the case the girl they had sex with had a blood alcohol level of 0.04 instead of 0.05 or some other arbitrary, untested, and made-up value that may imply consent was not fully achieved. There is no more having to guess the interpretation of a woman’s mixed signals or to artificially amp up her base emotions with clownish banter. Because women will never enter a man’s apartment without accepting that sex will happen, he can escort her to his bedroom and romantically consummate a relationship after it was certain he proved himself to be a good and decent man the woman fully trusted. My proposal eliminates anxiety and unfair persecution for men while empowering women to make adult decisions about their bodies.

It turns out that we don’t need more laws, policies, and university propaganda that treat every man like a criminal and every woman like a mild retardate—we need more common sense that can only come from making rape legal. Such a change will provide a mature jolt to American women who have been babied for too long, who are protected and coddled as if they have no agency or intellect of their own. If a woman is indeed a child then maybe we really need to keep promoting “rape culture” as a way to keep them safe, but if they are actual adults, which is often claimed, then we can start treating them like adults by allowing them to take responsibility for the things that happen to them which are easily preventable with barely a strain of cognitive thought, awareness, and self control.

Let’s make rape legal. Less women will be raped because they won’t voluntarily drug themselves with booze and follow a strange man into a bedroom, and less men will be unfairly jailed for what was anything but a maniacal alley rape. Until then, this devastating rape culture will continue, and women who we treat as children will continue to act like children.

OP, politicians get paid by special interest groups to pass laws that other people write. The special interest groups paying these politicians are not who you would think they would be. ie the gay marriage laws are not funded by gay people, they are funded by rich people via the corporations and super rich endowments they control. By making such laws they undermine traditional morality and make society more easy to control. A moral society doesn't put up with corrupt politicians or even corporations that are socially irresponsible. A morally corrupted society puts up with anything and will not so much as defend its borders, language or culture.
