on a woman named jenny who raped a comatose man

I'm not sure you can call it rape, per se, if the person isn't wielding the humiliation or soul-crushing dominance (neither of which were intended by Jenny) a rapist inflicts on his victim. There was no anger here. As I recall he was a complete vegetable. He was no longer even "arp"-ing, was he? I'm not saying that I think people are free to go around having sex with the mentally retarded or damaged. But I'm also not sure that "rape" is what we should call this particular act.

[Let's keep it real. No one is under any illusions about a man being pulled from the street and brutally blowjobbed and plough in the anus by the fists of masked female rapists. That is definitely rape because OBVIOUSLY no consent was provided.

Now if he was in the bar, he was provided drink after drink by an inticing lady who slowly proceeded to allow him to willingly take the drinks and drink the alcohol and then suggest they go back to her place and then she proceeds to undress him while he's too drunk to resist or consent and have sex with him. Is that rape?]

The reason punishment is harsh, and that it is considered serious business, is because of the old definition - which is pretty much the violent, non-consensual stuff... and born of a time when marriage was sacrosanct.

The current definition includes any number of cases that are basically meaningless and in no way deserving of any particular punishment... like the case in question. Punishing the woman is more retardedness than justice. There is no real victim, and in the real world, the man would never charge her with rape (unless he's crazy and wants to be laughed at)... but it would still be legally defined as rape.

Which points to the basic fact that the law has become funky and far removed from the source that made if meaningful. Human systems have a tendency to become corrupt and perverted after a certain point (mostly because individual human intelligence is such a marginal thing).

[Naturally. Lack of ability to consent in your example above is rape.]

The problem is with the expanded use of the word "rape" with all its existing connotations, so that it is seen as something horrible that has happened to someone, for which we as a society want to exact vengeance on their behalf - as well as strongly deter anyone from engaging in such activities... Thus rapists spending years in jail and generally having their lives destroyed for all practical purposes by being registered as sex offenders and likely not being able to get decent jobs in the future, etc. etc... and everyone being fine with the amount of harm visited on these living incarnations of evil.

... Except obviously, this guy hasn't come to any harm that justifies horribly harming someone else, or declaring them an ungodly evil to be forever maligned and rejected by everyone, on his behalf.

Equality Act creates 'LGBT rights' everywhere!

"So the Supreme Court has established “same-sex marriage,” and that will quiet the LGBT crowd, because, after all, they got what they wanted, right? Not even close. How about protections for LGBT people in jobs, jury duty, credit applications, housing, facilities that provide exhibitions, facilities that provide recreation, facilities that provide exercise, facilities that provide amusement and even facilities that provide “gatherings”? Already, there’s a bill in Congress to do all those things and much more. It even would gut the 1993 federal Religious Freedom Restoration Act so LGBT-based discrimination complaints could be brought against churches that follow the Bible, which teaches homosexual behavior is a sin."

-------

The so called "Supreme" Court is nothing more than a political vehicle for the Roman Catholic church to push forth its long sought after agenda to control religion in the USA and the world. This reminds me of the strange Moabite leaders that worshipped Chemosh in Old Testament times. Deception runs amuck! The Pope and all those following his lead are very weak and no threat whatsoever to the obedient child of God. But they will be an annoyance in the coming days.

It wasn't always this way in the Supreme Court, but as soon as the Vatican was able to move their Vatican approved presidents to install Roman Catholic judges as well as Jewish judges under their thumb, of which are clearly biased against any and all Christian morals, the writing on the wall became that much more visible. And now that they have made homosexual marriage legal the flood gates are literally bursting at the seams just waiting for the chance to force the other shoe to drop so as to make society just as decadent and sinful as it was when the Vatican had control over it during the rightly names "dark ages." And no, I am not referring to the fall of Rome in the fifth century as most historians claim. I prefer to look at the time the Vatican began to "trample underfoot" the Word of God so as to keep the truth hidden as the true dark ages of mankind.

Soon every aspect of Catholicism from pedophilia to torture and Hitler to big Pharma will become the norm in every nation on earth that is in bed with the man of sin. But this s nothing to worry about obedient ones. As students of prophecy we have been declaring this day was coming for decades. As was also prophesied, this extreme end time societal fruitage was to gain the upper hand in an accelerated fashion. So yes, as many of us now realize, that too has come to fruition. We have been preaching this day was racing towards us, but since we know not the day or the hour, none of us knew it would be this fast. No matter ... we have been prepared since the start of our walk with our loving Saviour, Commander and King, Jesus Christ. The silver lining here is that we are going to be going home that much sooner. And with that I say, MARANATHA!

Whether you are a card carrying member of a racialist organization or not, if raising your children with racial integrity is important to you, then it must consistently remain a focal point of not just your life, but the life of your family. In my family, striving to be a Christian overcomer, maintaining a positive attitude, staying informed of the attacks against our race, working toward white Christian revival, and always trying to be prepared for the doors the Lord may open – is not a weekend or monthly affair – it is what defines our family.

We believe that racial integrity and Christianity can not be separated. We believe that the white race are the propagators of Christianity, the servant people that God ordained to rule, subdue, and to assist in the ushering in of His Kingdom/government. To do this, he established separation of the races and to fulfill the mission our race was given, we must maintain racial integrity. Therefore racial integrity is the most important tenant of Christianity. This does not undermine the importance of any other Christian belief, but ties them all together…when you realize that Jesus Christ came and died to redeem His racial kinsmen. Should our people then despise their birthright? No. So then, to get our people back to this first most basic aspect of Christianity, is our first responsibility. And the first people to which we must ensure that this truth is received, believed, and acted upon, is our own personal family. Our family considers itself a missionary family. Its not that our people have never heard of Jesus Christ or of the Christian faith, but rather the Christian faith has been infiltrated by the Anti-Christs and now a false form of Christianity is being taught around the globe, one that denies the birthright of the white race.

What offends Islam and Muslims? It ought to be a simple matter to cross those things off our list, right? Making a few sacrifices for the sake of our future of glorious diversity should be a no-brainer for every millennial, and everyone of every age who is concerned about “hate,” right? So let’s see. Drawing Muhammad – that’s right out. And of course, Christmas celebrations, officially banned this year in three Muslim countries and frowned upon (at best) in many others, will have to go as well. Alcohol and pork? Not in public, at least. Conversion from Islam to Christianity? No more of that. Building churches? Come on, you’ve got to be more multicultural!

Everyone agrees. The leaders of free societies are eagerly lining up to relinquish those freedoms. The glorious diversity of our multicultural future demands it. And that future will be grand indeed, a gorgeous mosaic, as everyone assures us, once those horrible “Islamophobes” are forcibly silenced. Everyone will applaud that. Most won’t even remember, once the jihad agenda becomes clear and undeniable to everyone in the U.S. on a daily basis and no one is able to say a single thing about it, that there used to be some people around who tried to warn them.

In our 'modern' world, everything is so messed up. There are so many women, like me, who are being educated to submerge our femininity, and our 'softness' and our 'neediness', to act like hard men, and there are so many men who are being emasculated, and made to feel like small boys who can't do anything right.

The main reason why so many marriages are failing, or struggling, in our times is because we've forgotten what we're meant to be doing in our relationships: the man is meant to give, and the woman is meant to receive.

There never was a Palestinian language, currency, post office, university, intelligensia, culture or traditions. All that came from surrounding Arab countries from which your so called people came.
So go back to where your families came 70 or 80 years ago, because you are not welcomed in the Jewish State of Israel.

( They can, period. There is no gene present within the human body that forces a human to actively molest children. Anyone who has the mental faculties to understand the law should be held accountable for their actions. It is the foundation of the law... Sexual predisposition does not justify molesting someone. Ever.)

I agree with all that. Having pedophilic attractions doesn't mean you automatically go out and start molesting kids. From the time I was 14 to the time I was about 19, I used to have extreme pedophilic fantasies, and I somehow managed to never even come close to acting on them. I think with my brain, not my penis.

I do think, however, the pedophilia is unfairly persecuted in today's society.

I think the difference in punishment between child rapists and child molestors should be more significant, with molestors perhaps simply attending mandatory therapy for their first offense. I also think that the age of sexual consent should be lowered to 12 or 13.

My stance is not designed to be controversial or to offend anyone. I only want human beings to understand that the law must work within the parameters of human nature, not in defiance of it.

1. I hate children. I think they're dumber the bricks and twice as abrasive. Hence, whatever special treatment that society gives children these days (and yes, it is a fairly recent development that we don't smack the shit out of our little brats when they question our supreme authority) seems stupid to me. When did the adult population become second-class citizens to a bunch of snot-nosed little cretins?

2. If we're talking about people that chop kids up and stuff them in garbage bags while playing the Moby's "We are all made of stars" on their iPods then I have no sympathy for them (because that song is awful) and I don't much care if they get beaten up in prison. However, I don't hate them one ounce more than I hate someone who did the same thing to a 25-year-old or a 35-year-old or an anything-year-old. In fact, I'd be more upset depending on the victim. For instance, if someone killed a 35-year-old artist or scientist I'd be a lot more upset than if the same person had killed 100 children. Children all have the potential to accomplish big things and that's part of why society prizes them--but I prize the people who have already accomplished something more.

Fuck potential.

3. Most of the people in prison for sex crimes against kids are in there for non-violent coercion of older kids (10-15) for sex. I don't believe that such people should be in prison. I don't subscribe to the ludicrous notion that someone under 18 can NEVER give their consent. And I don't view such people as worse than murders or even as bad people AT ALL. Society has placed a stigma on them as it has placed on Jews, on blacks, on gays, on masons, on countless social, racial and idealogical groups past and present.

If you go back a little over 100 years ago, girls were being married off before their breasts had started budding. I'm not saying things should return to that pattern--I'm just using that as an example of who recent the stigma on pedophilia is. Do you think human nature has changed drastically since that time? Do you think that the genetic disposition towards nubile young bodies has dissipated simply because we passed a law or two against it? Take a look around our culture and you'll see that we're as youth obsessed as we could ever be. And frankly, I don't think it's healthy for us to simulataneously deny our nature on a physical level and languish in it on a cerebral level, via Hillary Duff, Britney Spears, The Olsen Twins, Aaron Carter and all the other boys and girls who became international sex-symbols before their 18th birthdays.

I understand that you and countless other sheeple believe that the youth of this country are special and therefore entitled to special rights and priveleges and anyone who lusts after their plump little apple-shaped bottoms with drool pooring from their lips is a depraved and irredeemible monster bent on the hideous exploitation of innocence to feed the bonfire of his carnal desires. The problem with you is that you don't distinguish between pedophiles and child-rapists, which is about as fair as me using Jeffrey Dahmer to exemplify gays or OJ Simpson and Scott Peterson to exemplify straights.

Finally, I'd like to point out that most of the children--boys and girls--raped in this country every year are raped by straight, white men who are typically most attracted to fully developed women. They are usually family members or friends of the family of their victims and use their leverage to get some easy pussy. It's like when you get really desperate as a teenager and get your dog to lick your balls (don't deny it, you fucking freak--Kinsey did studies). People settle. And people with sociopathic tendencies settle for children because they see that they can get away with it and lack the conscience not to.

But sociopathy and pedophilia are two entirely different things. Most pedophiles are not sociopaths and most sociopaths are not pedophiles. Yet pedophiles are judged by the small cross-section between the two, even though most pedophiles have never engaged in sex acts with children and most of those who have did it under circumstances socially acceptible (under the right conditions) just a little over a century ago.

I hope I've made myself clear.

Police say that 49-year-old Laura Reid was visiting a disabled man in his home. At one point, police say, Reid asked the victim if he believed in God, and he jokingly replied that he did not.

According to an arrest warrant, Reid became angry with his response, so she picked up his metal cane and began beating him on the head and body, hitting him so hard that the cane broke.

Police say the victim was unable to leave his home because of his disability, and Reid stayed there for three hours after the assault. When she finally left, she allegedly took the man's cell phone, keys, $50 cash and a wallet containing credit cards.

Police say the man eventually crawled to a nearby gas station, where police and EMS were called. The man was taken to St. Mary and Elizabeth Hospital, where he was treated for injuries he sustained, including a concussion, a broken arm, multiple bruises, as well as cuts and abrasions.

The victim was eventually able to cancel his credit cards -- and identify Reid, who was known to him, according to police.

A warrant was issued for Reid's arrest on Thursday, Oct. 29. She was arrested by Jefferson County Sheriff's Office deputies on Tuesday, Jan. 5, at the Hall of Justice. She is charged with second degree assault, second degree robbery, and first degree unlawful imprisonment.

In the Olivet Discourse, Jesus warned the world about deception four times (Matt. 24:4-5, 11 and 24). He kept talking about the danger of deception because the falling away, departure from the faith, rebellion, false teaching, lukewarm spirit and corruption will be very strong by the time the Tribulation period arrives.

The president of the U.S. says America is no longer a Christian nation, and only a few religious leaders mention revival. The convergence of all the Second Coming signs is taking place but most of the Church doesn't want to know about it. Christians are the most persecuted group on earth, but many church leaders and pastors are more concerned about not offending the Muslims than they are about the brutal slaughter of Christians in Muslim countries.

Wickedness (abortion, boiling and selling baby body parts, same-sex marriage, ordaining gays and divorce) is rampant. Christians are losing their rights every day (can't pray at school, can't say the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag or have a Christmas program, etc.)

And the silence in the seminaries is deafening. The Pope appears to be more eager to push climate change, world government and a false world religion tan he is to push repentance, salvation and right living.

This is the bottom line: The rebellion against God is great. It looks like the departure from the faith has arrived and the departure from the earth is drawing near. Let no one deceive you by any means. These are things that must happen before the arrival of the Antichrist.

It’s never been hard to tell the difference between Tower Hamlets’ council chamber and the reading room of the Bodleian Library. But events there have taken a deeply nasty turn since Lutfur Rahman, the man thrown out of the Labour Party for his links to the extremist Islamic Forum of Europe, was elected mayor of the borough with the IFE’s help.

Since the election in October, councillors say, the public gallery at meetings has been regularly filled with a group Tower Hamlets is starting to know as “Lutfur’s crew” or “Lutfur’s army” – and they appear to specialise in a particular form of abuse towards the Mayor’s opponents.

“It has started really since the mayoral election,” Cllr Peter Golds, the leader of the opposition, told me. “Beforehand there may have been the odd comment, but never anything like this.”

“This” is the homophobic abuse to which Mr Golds, several other gay councillors and even a member of the public asking a question have been subjected in the council chamber. “It is horrible, absolutely bloody awful,” Golds says.

Mr Golds confirms that he was repeatedly subjected to homophobic abuse from the public gallery at the council’s abortive budget-setting meeting on February 23. “A prominent supporter of Lutfur Rahman with a very distinctive voice kept calling out ‘Mrs Golds! Mrs Golds!’ when I spoke,” he said. Another Rahman supporter called Mr Golds a “poofter.” A councillor, Anna Lynch, has made an official complaint about the abuse.

At the previous meeting, on February 2, Mr Golds says, Lutfur Rahman supporters in the public gallery heckled Labour’s deputy leader, Josh Peck, who is also openly gay, with the shout of “Unnatural acts! Unnatural acts!” At the same meeting, a member of the public who asked a question about bringing a (gay) Pride march to East London was greeted with “animal noises” from the public gallery, Mr Golds says.

On LabourList this week, Labour’s chief whip on Tower Hamlets, Cllr Rachael Saunders, who was also present, described the 23 February meeting:

“Part way through the meeting Cllr Anna Lynch told the Chair that she had heard someone shout “poofter” when Peter Golds, Conservative leader, who is openly gay, was speaking. Some people had already been evicted from the meeting for disruption by the chair of council, Motin Uz-Zaman. Motin tried to evict the person who had made this comment. An adjournment was called. Anna and Motin were both then threatened by members of the public in the gallery, with shouts that they would “get them”. Some of those involved in the fracas were amongst the Independent Mayor’s most prominent supporters.”

In a shocking low even by the standards of the so-called Islamic State, a militant has publicly executed his own mother after accusing her of apostasy.

The activist group Raqqa is Being Slaughtered Silently (RIBSS) said 20-year-old jihadi Ali Saqr al-Qasem shot his mother Lena, 45, in the head with an assault rifle in front of a large crowd.

Lena al-Qasem is understood to have been accused of apostasy – a crime that usually means leaving one’s religion but in practise is used by Isis as a justification for murdering anybody who doesn’t support or speaks out against the terror group.

The exact charge against Ms al-Qasem was “inciting her son to leave the Islamic State and escaping together to the outside of Raqqa”, according to the Syrian Observatory of Human Rights.

The UK-based conflict monitor said Ali Saqr al-Qasem had reported his mother to his Isis superiors, who then sentenced her to death and ordered him be the one to kill her.

The Observatory said hundreds of people turned out to watch Ms al-Qasem's execution.

An Islamic cleric who defends domestic violence is among a string of extremist speakers touring British universities unchallenged, the Mail Investigations Unit can reveal.

Egyptian cleric Fadel Soliman spoke at five such events last year, using them to refer Muslim students to an online lecture series in which he speaks in favour of hitting women and outlines the Islamic case for sex slavery and polygamy.

Mr Soliman told students at Sheffield University that watching his lectures could be ‘a turning point’ in their lives.

In his extraordinary videos, he advises physical punishment for wives who have displeased their husbands, saying ‘the hitting must be done with a small stick’.

"The true implication of the spanking is to sound an alarm that the husband has passed to a new stage of serious displeasure."
Egyptian cleric Fadel Soliman

Explaining why it is necessary, he says that when a husband is unhappy with the behaviour of his wife, ‘after passing through two stages of non-physical interaction, the next stage must involve something physical, in order to escalate the intensity of the warning’.

The preacher is one of several extremists being permitted to espouse their views unchallenged at Britain’s universities – in a possible breach of the Government’s counter-extremism strategy, Prevent. Since September, universities and colleges are legally required to have policies to stop extremists radicalising students on campus. This includes an obligation to ‘ensure those espousing extremist views do not go unchallenged’.

The Mail revealed yesterday how CAGE – the notorious organisation which called Islamic State killer Jihadi John ‘a beautiful young man’ – has participated in at least 13 university events since September, calling on students to sabotage Prevent.

Another group, MEND, an Islamist organisation whose director has condoned the killing of British troops, appeared in at least ten events on campuses across the country last term.

And a speaker from an organisation which mocked last year’s Charlie Hebdo terror attack in Paris spoke at a student event despite having being refused permission, using the platform to tell students the State was ‘fundamentally racist’ and they should oppose Prevent.

Home Secretary Theresa May said the revelations show universities need to do more to stop ‘damaging, extremist rhetoric’ going unchallenged on campuses.
Up to 19 universities where the Mail identified extremist-linked speakers or events could now face an inquiry by the Higher Education Funding Council for England, it is understood.

Lord Carlile, one of Britain’s top legal experts, said last night that universities that allowed Mr Soliman to speak unchallenged had ‘failed in their duty of care’. He said: ‘This is a person who has given at least tacit approval to what sounds like criminal behaviour. Universities really should not be permitting people like this on to their campuses.

Mr Soliman is thought to have spoken at Nottingham, Leicester, Leeds, Manchester and Sheffield universities. He urged young Muslims to watch his disturbing 30-part video series endorsing violent and extreme practices.

In one, he suggests it is acceptable for a man to hit his wife, if she repeatedly ‘goes out and refuses to say where she’s going’. He says: ‘The hitting must be done with a small stick’ and ‘should not be painful’, adding: ‘The true implication of the spanking is to sound an alarm that the husband has passed to a new stage of serious displeasure.’

In another video he says it is forbidden for men and women to ‘engage in frivolous talk’, that ‘men and women should lower their gaze and avoid unnecessary eye contact, especially with lust’. He says Muslims should avoid interacting with members of the opposite sex, even at work, and women should not wear perfume as it ‘arouses men’. In other videos, he outlines the Islamic case for sex slavery and polygamy.

At an event at the University of Sheffield on December 3, Mr Soliman urged 120 Muslim students: ‘Put these videos on your Facebook pages, share it with people.’ He was also allowed to speak at the University of Manchester last month, despite concerns being raised by university staff. At the event, the cleric said: ‘They told me not to say anything controversial.’

Mr Soliman denies he supports domestic violence. He said: ‘I have provided the Mail with a detailed response to the allegations which are published in this article and informed them in detail why I am not guilty of the things which they allege against me. Once the paper is published, I will respond to the allegations on my own website.’

He has a strong following among young female students. The Sheffield event – which was not formally segregated but at which men and women sat on opposite sides of the hall – had an audience of more than 100 students, mostly female.

Beforehand, groups of young women could be heard discussing how much they ‘love’ Mr Soliman – even making swooning gestures and fanning themselves. One woman in her early 20s, who travelled from London, told others how excited she was to see the cleric in person.

"It’s within their interest to fuel Islamophobia. It’s within their interest to sell more weapons. It’s within their interest to make the Middle East unstable."
Speaker Sahar Al Faifi

Islamic Invasion of America

I am growing very weary of writing over and over again about the false narrative of true Islam. Why do so many people rush to defend Islamic terrorists who kill in the name of their god?

A devout follower of Jesus Christ will submit his neck to the sword. A devout follower of Muhammad will commit his sword to the neck.

Insult Christ and a true Christian may pray for you. Insult Muhammad and a true Muslim may slay you.

I've said it before and I'll say it again: The most "radical" born-again Christian fundamentalist would be someone who walked in perfect love and humility. The most radical Islamic fundamentalist would be someone who walked in perfect Jihad against all who do not practice true Islam.

Just because false Islam rides in defense and peace during its response to a terrorist attack, doesn't mean that true Islam did not ride in offense and war during its execution of that same terrorist attack.

Likewise, just because someone kills innocent civilians under the banner of Christianity doesn't mean that true Christianity is a death cult. True Islam has to be compared with true Christianity.

Any attempt to compare false "peaceful" Islam with false "militant" Christianity is morally irresponsible and reckless. True Islam is militant and true Christianity is peaceful. To say otherwise is an outright lie.

To those Americans who oppose lethal injection: Do you know what the consequences of your self-righteous actions will mean for you and your families in the near future? Do you know what the most agreed upon method of execution, even more favored than the firing squad or hanging is?

Beheading; is that what you want for your children? Talk about unintended consequences. Just like the consequences of the Pentagon opening up all jobs in combat units to women; now not only are our sons eligible to be drafted into war, so are our daughters.
