Josh Duggar is being discriminated against because he's a conservative Christian, because he's a non-feminist, because he opposed the queer agenda but most of all, because he's a MALE who inappropriately touched FEMALES. And he's in pro-feminist USA, a country that discriminates against MALES.
The oldest Duggar daughter Jana is 25 now. What if instead of 14 year old Josh it was 14 year old JANA who inappropriately touched her 4 single-digit aged BROTHERS and a MALE babysitter?
There would be a lot LESS people calling for her head and calling it rape and molestation. A lot MORE people showing their support for her and calling it fondling and inappropriate touching. People would be A LOT nicer and sympathetic and understanding. You'd be hearing A LOT more of "She was just a girl who was curious about boys." and "She was a naughty girl who should have been grounded but that's it."
You'd even hear people say that she did nothing wrong! And if two of her brothers who were her victims went on TV to show their support for Jana you'd hear a lot LESS of "Their parents forced them." and a lot MORE of "You see? What happened was no big deal!"
19 Kids and Counting would most likely continue and WITH Jana! And all this would be true even if she were the executive director of Family Research Council Action!
And you think the diffence between the reaction towards Josh and reaction towards Jana are extreme? What if it were a 14 year old LENA DUNHAM? Lena is a liberal, feminist supporter of the queer agenda. What if it were HER who fondled her younger MALE cousins and a MALE babysitter? The difference between the reaction towards Josh and the reaction towards Lena would be even MORE extreme!

My last reason for not believing that Mary was a little 12-13 year old girl is that it is not physically safe for a girl that young to have children. If no one else was watching out for Mary's safety you can count on the fact that God was! My loving, kind heavenly Father would not impregnate a girl that young and physically immature. He just wouldn't do it. He is not that kind of God. That kind of behavior is found in gods in other religions, but not in God Almighty, the Faithful and True. Of Him it is said, He shall feed his flock like a shepherd: he shall gather the lambs with his arm, and carry them in his bosom, and shall gently lead those that are with young. Isaiah 40:11 If there is no other reason to know that Mary was not that young it is this. The God we know and trust simply wouldn't do that to one of His daughters. (Yes, men might do this; men who professed to fear God might do this; but remember that in this case God was the one calling the shots, fulfilling the prophecy, and ordering every event. He was fully in charge in a way we don't always see when He's dealing with sinful men.)....

Trans Mafia Put North Carolina In A Chokehold
The LGBT mob threatens states with economic and social violence because they know it works. Its latest target is North Carolina, but it won't be the last.

The ongoing LGBT activism that has overtaken a large part of the United States puts us at a strange crossroads in our country’s history: for perhaps the first time in American history, a civil rights effort is in fact more authoritarian and intolerant than the structure of power against which it is rebelling.

Aided by media that are both incompetent and often transparently biased, along with a burgeoning corporate culture that has discovered the economic benefits of public moral preening, we have what Stella Morabito aptly terms the “LGBT mafia:” a profoundly illiberal social movement rather single-mindedly determined to stamp out even minor and inconsequential dissent from its orthodoxy. It’s not going anywhere. In fact, it’s getting worse.

Many of us were appropriately horrified a couple of years ago when Mozilla CEO Brendan Eich was ousted from his position for, years before, having opposed gay marriage legalization in California. Two years later, the controversy surrounding Eich’s downfall now seems rather quaint in comparison—some histrionics, to be sure, and a silly display of activist vanity from OKCupid, but that was mostly it. The dismaying episode was nonetheless quickly over, and perhaps many of us thought we’d seen the worst of it.
The Hounds Smell Weakness

How wrong could we possibly get? Last month North Carolina’s “bathroom bill,” which mandates that men must use men’s restrooms and women must use women’s, unleashed the full fury of the LGBT mafia. It makes Eich’s ousting look like a tête-à-tête in a Parisian Enlightenment salon by comparison.

In response to this incredibly reasonable and commonsense bill, Bruce Springsteen cancelled a concert in Greensboro; dozens of corporations signed a protest letter; PayPal withdrew plans for an operations center in Charlotte; the composer Stephen Schwartz vowed that his productions—among them the Broadway hit “Wicked”—will not run in North Carolina; A&E and Lionsgate declared they will not film any productions in the state; and the federal government is deciding whether it can withhold billions and billions of dollars in highway, housing, and education funds.

All this because North Carolina affirmed what everyone believed until the day before yesterday: that we shouldn’t allow grown men into women’s restrooms.

We must give the LGBT mafia credit: their tactics work, and they know it. State governments and state governors are exquisitely sensitive to negative press, and many of them have folded in the face of this irrepressible onslaught. A year ago Indiana Gov. Mike Pence amended a state-level religious freedom law because of withering criticism from LGBT activists. The law in question didn’t actually do any of the things the critics said it did, but that didn’t matter: Indiana was an example, and Pence had to be broken to the saddle placed on his back.

In Georgia last month, Gov. Nathan Deal vetoed a religious liberty bill that would have protected religious objectors from having to violate their beliefs, including from being forced to accommodate same-sex marriages. This was religious liberty 101 stuff, noncontroversial to anyone who takes the First Amendment even moderately seriously. Just the same, corporations began threatening boycotts and relocations if the bill passed. Deal acted accordingly and scuttled the bill. You could even sort of understand why he did it, at least when you adjust for spineless cowardice.

The latest scofflaw in North Carolina may also have made an impression to its neighbor to the south: Gov. Nikki Haley has dismissed a similar law proposed for South Carolina, saying, “I don’t believe it’s necessary.” (Just you wait, governor.)
No Tolerance for the Tolerant

This is not merely a state-level affair. In Wisconsin, a young woman who “identifies” as a man successfully agitated to run as prom king at her local high school. The school would not allow her to do so, so she and other students protested until “the decision was taken from the school level to the district level,” and the Kenosha Unified School District mandated that the school accommodate the young woman’s desires. A higher authority stripped what little autonomy the high school had in this important and sensitive area.

It should break your heart that this young woman is laboring under the delusion that she is a man. I know it breaks mine. Yet I am also angry at the school district that indulged her misunderstanding and imposed this misbegotten belief on a high school that had correctly assessed the situation.

We are living in an age of growing intolerance and prejudice: not from the scary white male conservative boogeymen who normally fill that role in the public’s perception, but from the ministers of liberal dogma themselves. Are you a clergy member who wants to uphold the ancient conjugal man-woman view of marriage? Tough luck. Do you want to protect your daughter from the predatory men who might take advantage of a well-meaning transgender bathroom access law? Sorry, you’re a bigot. Do you want to run your business in accordance with your sincere and reasonable beliefs? You’ll be run out of town.

This is the LGBT mafia. This is what it does. It is what we have to live with now. If your legislature or governor wants to pass some modest piece of legislation that protects your right to live as you please, then they’ll make your state an offer it can’t refuse.

Answers in Genesis CEO and President Ken Ham is arguing that secular legal groups working against Christians are fighting against Jesus and his counter-cultural message.

Ham writes on his AiG blog that the Freedom from Religion Foundation is attempting to remove Christianity from the public sphere, such as a recent case where the FFRF pressured a school in Colorado to stop allowing Bibles to be distributed to students, or be forced to allow Satanic material to be handed out as well.

"The FFRF leaders claim to want 'the school to stop allowing the distribution of religious material altogether,1 but they are willing to allow Satanic material to be given out to accomplish this — anything, as long as it's not the Bible," Ham wrote, accusing secular groups of trying to push their "religion of secularism and atheism" on people.

"Now their anti-Christian rhetoric shouldn't surprise us. The message of Christianity and the Resurrection of Jesus Christ is countercultural. Our culture does not like the message that there is only one way of salvation, that they are sinners deserving of punishment, and that they must repent and trust in Christ to be saved," he continued.

"This message has made people angry from the days of Jesus right up until now, and people will not stop fighting it until Jesus returns."
The creationist claimed that ultimately groups like the FFRF aren't "fighting against us, but against Jesus and His message."

He suggested that such groups are "made up of lost individuals who — like everyone — desperately need the forgiveness and hope that Jesus offers."

For its part, FFRF has argued that the reason why it often speaks out against public schools allowing Bibles to be handed out is because "we do not think schools should be a battleground for religious ideas."

"But when schools allow the Gideons to prey on children, their message of eternal damnation for any who don't believe in their god must be countered," FFRF Staff Attorney Andrew L. Seidel argued.

Ham has spoken out about a number of stories in which he says Christians are being targeted in Western society, including a case surrounding a prison chaplain in the U.K. who was forced to resign from his position after authorities warned him to stop preaching Bible passages that talked about homosexuality.

"This is an alarming example of how quickly Christians are losing religious freedom across the West. In this case, it wasn't even acceptable for this chaplain to use God's Word during a chapel service — a completely voluntary service where those attending would expect to hear from God's Word. It won't be long before we see this happening in other countries, including America," Ham wrote back in March.

"And really, the authorities are saying the Bible itself is not suitable for people! How long before it will be outlawed?" he asked.

Falun Gong is a false religion and their converts should enjoy freedom of religion. Other Eastern religions and communism are the ones who are persecuting Falun Gong practitioners. Falun Gong practitioners should thank Christians for their freedom in the west. Freedom of expression is a fruit of Christianity. Unlike Islam, who kills Christians that openly preach Jesus died and rose from the dead, Christians are tolerant. Communism is the fruit of the mystical pagan eastern religions. Democracy is the fruit of Christianity. Persecution, torture and murder are the fruit of the eastern religions from which Falun Gong had its recent origin. From a social point of view, Falun Gong is harmless. If they want to believe some 45 year old Asian guy with a new exercise video is their God... then let them believe it. Leave them alone, let them worship their man made God in peace. But let Falun Gong practitioners thank Christians for granting them freedom on the West. Christians are persecuted, jailed, tortured and killed in the places where eastern religions dominate, like China.

The main problem with Ehrman is that he purposefully ignores the giant elephant in the room, which is that there are more and earlier copies of the various books of the New Testament than there are of any historical document from the ancient world. The Bible is extremely reliable by every secular standard for historical documents; it is arguably the most reliable ancient text in human history by those standards. If you're going to reject the historical veracity of the Bible - which has repeatedly proven to be more accurate than the contrary assertions of archeologists and historians - then you must likewise reject the entire written history of Man.

I know many people who were Catholics and the LORD HIMSELF led them out. They serve God with their whole lives and are giants in the faith today. I also know people who have only recently come out of Catholicism and have received Jesus Christ FOR THE FIRST TIME---not ever having understood what their religion actually was teaching, but were heavily involved in it---and the spiritual growth in them is phenomenal, palpable. They all tell of confusion and the lack of satisfaction in tradition, knowing there was something more that they needed---they were spiritually STARVING! They all are grateful to God for hearing their heart's cry and leading them out of what has become a dead religion of works and traditions based on false perceptions of the truth.

I have to wonder why they were starving for real spiritual food and that no one came to their rescue.

Thank you for this great post!

I don't know where you are going, but, here are several things I do know (on the presupposition of Christian theism, of course):

1. God will not force you into Heaven against your will. (That would be kidnapping.)
2. No sincere truth seeker will ever miss out on all of the evidence they need that God is real. (Jesus promises us that in Matthew 7:7)
3. Therefore, if my God is the One True God, as I say He is, then only those who have closed themselves off to Him will end up in Hell.

CS Lewis captured this sentiment when he wrote:

“There are only two kinds of people in the end: those who say to God, "Thy will be done," and those to whom God says, in the end, "Thy will be done." All that are in Hell, choose it. Without that self-choice there could be no Hell. No soul that seriously and constantly desires joy will ever miss it. Those who seek find. Those who knock it is opened.” ? C.S. Lewis

But, I do believe there are many people who HAVE closed themselves off to God, at least for now. The deathscorts at our abortuary have told me flat out that they despise me and they despise my God. So, again, if my God is the One True One, as manifest in Jesus of Nazareth, then, unless these folks get a change of heart, I really do believe they will end up in Hell. Heaven would be hell for them - they would be surrounded by the people they despise (me), the God they despise (Jesus), and the babies they have been accessories to in killing.

Now, what is my view on pro-life agnostics? The ones I know closely tend to be sincere truth seekers, and highly moral persons - in that they demonstrate tremendous courage in defending the most vulnerable lives on the planet. I generally am not overtly concerned with them, because they seem to be driven by the data, sincerely seeking truth, and moral objectivists - all superior to where I was as an atheist. (This includes you, IMO, but I do not know you as well as some others.) So, I do not believe that God will cut them off from the living before they find Him.

Sorry that was long, but you know me by now. :-)

This is unacceptable. No one can live on 15.00 an hour. The minimum wage should be set at 75.00 minimum though 100.00 is closer to a real living wage. Ya know what, now that I think about it, the basic necessities in life, food, shelter, internet, cell phones, video game consoles, and good booze are really expensive. 200.00 an hour should be the minimum just so people can scrape by. You monster! You expect people to have to work for the basic necessities of life like some kind of slave. Those things are basic human rights. (Sarcasm)

People are quickly losing interest in “the church” as an institution. Young people and the millennial generation, in particular, are the least religious of any generation in America today, according to a Pew survey. Is this because many right-wing churches are driving away people as they become more accepting of progressive policies? Did the sex abuse scandal scare off Catholic parents who want to protect their children? Is it even, as the right-wing has proposed, a downfall in family values? No, according to “Church Militant,” altar Girls and “feminized kids” are the culprits.

Co-host Michael Voris begins the segment by talking about mothers who want their daughters to participate in the church and thus want their daughters to be altar girls along with altar boys. “You know, what young guy, what’s the connection there for any young male who’s 13, 14, 15? He wants nothing to do with that,” he explained. “There’s nothing appealing whatsoever about the faith to a 12, 14-year-old kid and you can see it. They’re sittin’ there on their text-phones slouched back in their gym shorts at mass when they show up.”

Panelist Matthew Pearson connects the problems to the sex abuse scandal in the Catholic Church which he attributes to boys raised by single mothers who lack strong father figures. “Because all these feminized kids without fathers yearn to go somewhere where they maybe find a father figure,” he began. “They were feminine. They became gay and they all went to the same place. They all went to the seminary looking for the father and they found predator fathers who then coerced them into, ya know, and that’s where we have this gay sex scandal that’s just ravaged the church for now 40, 50 years.”

The Church Militant is a right-wing religious “news” site that paints itself as a group of “souls on Earth engaged in battle against the forces evil.” They openly admit to being part of what they call “the Christian militia” doing battle against demonic “rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places” (Ephesians 6:12). They also sell their own brand of coffee in their online religious book and statue store for $20 per pound.

Those who reject a historical Adam do so because they have elevated the wisdom of men over the revelation of God. However, Paul reminded the Corinthian church that human wisdom cannot benefit us before God, as He rejects all that rests on human wisdom (1 Corinthians 1:20–25, 3:19). Instead, Paul reminded them that Christ, who is the wisdom of God (1 Corinthians 1:24; Colossians 2:3), is far superior to that of any philosophy. The wisdom of the Greeks could not recognize the most profound wisdom of all when they were challenged with it. The truth of the creation of the first man, Adam, embodies true wisdom—the wisdom of God, not the wisdom of the age.

Quote# 118350

It’s a popular evolutionary idea that dinosaurs are still among us—but not in the way you think. Evolutionists certainly don’t think a T. rex or a Stegosaurus is going to wander into your backyard, but they do think the colorful creatures perched on the bird feeder by your porch represent dinosaurs that are still among us.

“The Age of the Dinosaurs is Now”
A new exhibit, “Dinosaurs Among Us,” at the American Museum of Natural History showcases the idea that dinosaurs are still among us in the form of birds. Their website says,

The evolution of life on Earth is full of amazing episodes. But one story that really captures the imagination is the transition from the familiar, charismatic dinosaurs that dominated the planet for around 170 million years into a new, small, airborne form: birds.
The video below, posted on YouTube by the American Museum of Natural History, features the text “the age of dinosaurs is now.”

And in another of their videos we are told, “The dinosaurs didn’t go extinct 65 million years ago. We still have them around today. You can see them in your backyard; you can see them everywhere.”

To back up this claim that dinosaurs and birds are basically one and the same, the museum provides supposed behavioral and anatomical evidence. But rather than supporting their imagined link between dinos and birds, the so-called evidence they provide really highlights their interpretation of the evidence. They start with the assumption that dinosaurs evolved into birds, and then they view some observable facts through that lens while ignoring the massive differences between the two groups. As with anything in the creation/evolution controversy, the issue isn’t about the evidence, but rather the interpretation of the evidence.

Shared Behavior = Shared Ancestry?
To back up their claim that birds are just dinosaurs, they point to similar behaviors, such as nesting and caring for young—something birds and crocodiles do and something some dinosaurs appear to have done. They say, “Shared behaviors like these are evidence of common ancestry.” They also point to similarities in bird and dinosaur eggs as another “link in the chain of evidence connecting them.” But as we’ve pointed out many times, this is an interpretation of the evidence that simply assumes evolution to be true. They assume we see similarities because of shared ancestry. But there’s certainly another option: such similarities are reflections of a shared Creator. This Creator made all life to live in the same world, eat the same food, drink the same water, and breathe the same air; so we shouldn’t be surprised to see similarities across the animal world. Similarities in no way “prove” evolution. The claim that they do is merely an interpretation of the evidence.

“Big, Bad, . . . and Feathered”
Of course no discussion of dino-birds would be complete without trotting out the feathered dinosaurs. And this exhibit is full of them. Every dinosaur featured in the photos boasts a fluffy, bird-like coat or at least a small clump of feathers. Feathers have become a standard feature on modern depictions of theropod dinosaurs and even occasionally on other dinosaurs; but the evidence is contentious. (And it’s not just creationists who aren’t convinced! Many evolutionists, such as Alan Feduccia, a leading bird evolution expert, deny feathered dinosaurs).

The website mentions that a cousin of T. rex “sported a shaggy coat of the filaments called ‘proto-feathers.’” But considering that these fossilized filaments do not exhibit any of the features of feather anatomy (such as hooks, barbs, or barbules), they could easily—and much more likely—be collagen fibers, a sort of connective tissue commonly found in skin as well as many other places. The supposed “feathers” on “feathered” dinosaurs aren’t feathers at all. They are filaments that, because of evolutionary presuppositions about the history of life, have been labeled as “proto-feathers” on the path to becoming true feathers.

Smart Dinosaurs with Super Lungs
Another part of the “Dinosaurs Among Us” exhibit claims that “kinship . . . goes much deeper” than just eggs and feathers. Computed tomography (CT) scans of birds, crocodiles, and dinosaurs reveal some internal similarities. Indeed, a video on the website goes so far as to claim that certain dinosaurs “all have a brain that is identical to the earliest birds.” One page on their website goes into more detail about what they mean by “identical.”

Birds have large brains for their body size; much of this additional size is in the cerebrum, “the part of the brain responsible for learning,” as well as the optic lobe, which is responsible for sight. Reptiles of the equivalent size do not have this increased brain size.

THIS TEACHES US NOTHING ABOUT THEIR HAVING DESCENDED FROM A COMMON ANCESTOR.
CT scans of fossilized dinosaur skulls show that “one group of theropods displays the trend toward inflation of the ‘thinking’ brain we see in living birds.” So by “identical” they mean that in some theropods there’s a trend toward having an enlarged cerebrum as birds do. This teaches us nothing about their having descended from a common ancestor. It just shows that, as they say, “Theropod dinosaurs were probably capable of advanced learned behavior.” (Read more about dinosaurs and birdbrains in “Were Birdbrains on the Dinosaur Pre-flight Checklist for Evolution?”)

They move on to show the “unbroken . . . link between birds and dinosaurs” in the “super lungs” of birds, dinosaurs, and birds’ “living relatives”—crocodiles and alligators. They claim that the supposed last common ancestor of birds and crocodiles “also had birdlike lungs.” But crocodile and alligator lungs are nothing like bird lungs!

Bird lungs are completely unique in the animal kingdom. Instead of sequentially breathing in and out to fill and empty lungs like we do, they have a unidirectional airflow that constantly supplies fully oxygenated air to the bird’s hard-working flight muscles and the rest of its body. Air sacs, scattered throughout a bird’s body, briefly store fully oxygenated air and then continue to supply this fresh air to the bird even while the bird exhales carbon dioxide. This remarkably complex and highly efficient design is without equal, even among some reptiles that share some of its features.

Crocodiles also have a unidirectional airflow, but that’s where the similarities stop. Crocodiles have a diaphragm, as we do, to pull air into their bodies. Birds don’t have or need this muscle. Crocodile lungs look like a bag with chambers; bird lungs look utterly different as they branch throughout the body. And this is just a very brief overview. You can learn more in Dr. Elizabeth Mitchell’s illustrated article “Lizard Breath Fails to Support Kinship with Birds.”

To claim that reptile lungs are bird-like is to ignore vast anatomical and functional differences and to concentrate on a few very minor similarities. Each design serves the animals quite well, but no observational evidence has shown any way that these systems could evolve from a common ancestor.

The Similarities Just Don’t Stop!
The above similarities between birds and dinosaurs have been rather underwhelming. But they claim there are more! Actually, they say, “Once you start seeing the resemblances between non-bird dinosaurs and living birds, you won’t be able to stop!” This claim is only true if you are an evolutionist looking for any similarity to connect the dots between the two groups.

The website highlights another section of the exhibit, “Dinosaur Bones, Beaks, and Claws.” Their list includes the discovery of what might be hollow bones in some dinosaurs, toothless beaks in some dinosaurs, and claws. Birds have hollow bones which, containing air sacs, are integral to their respiratory system and, as a bonus, are quite lightweight, allowing them to fly. Dinosaurs might have hollow bones, but our bones are not solid structures either. The “hollow” spaces in our bones are filled with marrow, as dinosaur bones likely were too, though marrow isn’t commonly fossilized. Birds, however, have pneumatic bones. These bones are filled with air and are an essential part of their unique respiratory system—a system dinosaurs did not share.

Another similarity that they note is the surprising presence of a wishbone, or furcula, in theropods. The furcula is formed from the fusion of the collarbones (clavicles). Many evolutionists consider this the “smoking gun” for the dino-to-bird evolution story because the furcula has only been found on birds and theropod dinosaurs.

In birds, the furcula shows great diversity in size and shape, depending on the bird’s method of flight (or lack thereof). The flight muscles are anchored to this bone. In some birds it acts as a spring, allowing the powerful flight muscles to flex without snapping the bone. There is evidence that birds also use this bone to augment air movement during breathing.

Clearly scientists could not know that theropod dinosaurs used their furculae for flight or avian respiration. Since all we have is fossil evidence, it is difficult to definitively determine the purpose of the theropod furcula, but some scientists have suggested it increased forelimb mobility. Evolutionist Alan Feduccia has noted that even though some theropods have furculae, their distinctly un-birdlike shoulder anatomy makes it “unlikely that any of these structures could have articulated or functioned in a manner similar to the bird furcula or the hypertrophied furcula of the first bird, Archaeopteryx.”1 Others, assuming an evolutionary relationship between birds and dinosaurs, suggest dinosaurs used them to aid breathing as they suspect birds do. Interestingly, one paper notes that “only the early ornithurines possess a furcula typical of extant avian clades.”2 In everyday language this means that only “early ornithurines”—birds in a biblical view—have wishbones typical of living birds. Of course, this is not surprising.

JUST BECAUSE BIRDS AND THEROPODS BOTH POSSESS FURCULAE DOES NOT MEAN THAT THEY ARE RELATED TO ONE ANOTHER.
Just because birds and theropods both possess furculae does not mean that they are related to one another. God simply used a similar design in two distinct groups of animals. Anatomical differences indicate that their furculae would have differed in not only structure but also function. Instead of searching for similarities between theropods and birds, scientists should study dinosaur furculae to determine what God designed this bone to do, because, whatever its function, it was perfectly designed to do what it was created for.

They go on to claim, “The similarities are especially striking when it comes to legs, feet, and claws.” But bird and dinosaur legs really aren’t that similar. Bipedal dinosaurs did walk on their toes, like birds do, so we expect some similarity in the structure of the foot and ankle. But the femur (thigh bone) and knee of a bird are inside its body and are essential to its breathing structure. The femur of the dinosaur (which is anatomically almost identical to a human, though this is not pointed out), as well as its knees, are outside the body and appear to have nothing to do with breathing.

It should be noted that dinosaurs are very different from other reptiles, particularly in the placement of their legs. Rather than spreading out to the sides, as they do in other reptiles, they were directly under the body. The obvious anatomical differences between dinosaurs and other reptiles should hint that there would be other differences in bone structure, organ placement, and other areas. This doesn’t mean that dinosaurs are more closely related to birds any more than saying that bats, very different from other mammals but with some similarities to birds, prove that bats evolved from birds— something no evolutionist would argue.

Similarity in anatomy does not mean shared ancestry.

God’s Word, Our Starting Point
The idea that birds are descended from dinosaurs comes directly from a naturalistic evolutionary interpretation of the fossils and of living birds. The idea does not come from the facts themselves but from an interpretation of the facts that assumes evolution to be true. Exhibits such as “Dinosaurs Among Us” are nothing more than propaganda pieces for this popular evolutionary idea. Sadly, many kids will tour through this exhibit without realizing that this is merely an interpretation and not observational science.

Though some Christians try to mesh evolution with a Creator, this idea completely contradicts God’s Word, which says that kinds will always reproduce according to their kinds (Genesis 1:21, 25) and that birds were created on Day Five and land animals—which would include dinosaurs—were created on Day Six (Genesis 1:20–25). Instead of interpreting the world through the faulty lens of man’s ideas about the past, we need to turn to God’s perfect Word, given to us by the eyewitness Creator who never lies (Titus 1:2), to give us the true history of life and the universe.

BOTH OF THESE GRAPHIC ILLUSTRATIONS, IN NO WAY, REPRESENTS "EMPIRICAL ASTRONOMICAL OBSERVATIONS." NO ASTROPHYSICIST, PROFESSIONAL OR AMATEUR, LIVING OR DEAD, HAS EVER OBSERVED EITHER OF THESE, PURELY FICTIONAL, ABSTRACTIONS TO, IN ANY WAY, BE FACTUALLY CORRECT!

THE FACT IS, THESE ILLUSTRATIONS ARE SIMPLY THE PRODUCT OF "METAPHYSICAL EVOLUTIONARY (IMAGOLUTIONARY) COSMOLOGY."
THE ONLY "EMPIRICAL SCIENCE" AVAILABLE TO COSMOLOGISTS IS THE OBSERVATION OF THE LIMITLESS VARIETY OF RELATIVELY STABLE GALAXIES AND EXPLODING STARS.

THESE "IMAGOLUTIONARY" CONCEPTS OF COSMOLOGY (ABOVE) ARE ACHIEVED BY "ARBITRARILY ORGANIZING, EXAGGERATING AND ILLUSTRATING" WHAT IS OBSERVED
INTO THE ORDER OF WHAT IS BELIEVED!

TO HUMANIZE THE BIBLICAL VERSE,
Eph. 2:8&9;
"BY SUBTERFUGE YOU BELIEVE THESE CONCEPTS TO BE FACT;
AND THAT NOT OF YOURSELVES, IT IS THE IMAGINATION OF METAPHYSICISTS;
NOT AS A RESULT OF EMPIRICAL PROOF, IN WHICH NONE OF THEM CAN FACTUALLY BOAST."

IF THE READER HASN'T NOTICED, THE California Institute of Omniology IS A BIT EXASPERATED WITH THE LACK OF TRUE THEORETICAL INTEGRITY, ALONG WITH THE INTOLERANCE OF ALTERNATIVE THEORIES, IN THE WORLD OF SCIENCE TODAY.

TRUE THEORETICAL INTEGRITY IS WHEN A THEORIST, SCIENTIST, TEACHER OR VIDEO HOST "ALWAYS" PREFACES THEIRS, OR ANOTHER'S, UNPROVEN OR UNVERIFIED CONCEPT WITH: ACCORDING TO MY THEORY ..., THIS THEORY ..., THE THEORY OF ..., etc.!

WHEN ANYONE, INADVERTENTLY OR INTENTIONALLY, EXCLUDES THIS THEORETICAL PREFACE, THAT CONCEPT, BY DEFINITION, TRANSCENDS EMPIRICAL SCIENTIFIC PARAMETERS'.
IT THEN BECOMES A METAPHYSICAL / PHILOSOPHICAL / RELIGIOUS CONCEPT OR BELIEF.

NOW THE California Institute of Omniology HAS NO PROBLEM WITH USING METAPHYSICAL WORLD VIEWS AS A BASIS FOR EMPIRICAL SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH.
WHERE WE DO HAVE A PROBLEM IS WHEN ONLY ONE WORLD VIEW ( EVOLUTION ) IS PERMITTED TO BE THEORETICALLY INVESTIGATED AND ANOTHER ( CREATION ) IS NOT!

TRUE ACADEMIC FREEDOM IN SCIENCE, THE UNRESTRICTED EXPRESSION AND INVESTIGATION OF COMPETING THEORIES, IS THE ONLY PROTECTION SOCIETY HAS AGAINST ONE PARTICULAR WORLD VIEW BECOMING A METAPHYSICAL, STATE SANCTIONED RELIGION.

SADLY, THIS HAS ALREADY OCCURRED WITH THE METAPHYSICAL CONCEPT OF
MACRO-EVOLUTION. ACADEMIC INSTITUTIONS HAVE BECOME INSTITUTIONS OF RELIGIOUS PROPAGANDISM. THEY ARE MAUSOLEUMS FULL OF ACADEMIC ZOMBIES, WITHOUT "FREE WILL" YET ANIMATED BY MACRO-EVOLUTIONARY BIGOTRY!

KEEPING WITH THIS RELIGIOUS TONE IN SCIENCE TODAY,
THE California Institute of Omniology IS CALLING ON ACADEMICIANS AND STUDENTS ALIKE TO "REPENT" AND COME OUT FROM AMONG THE ACADEMICALLY DEAD, AND BE BAPTIZED INTO THE ACADEMIC FREEDOM OF LIFE. AMEN!

We are experiencing it even in our home. My youngest son has heard frightening noises almost every night for 10 days, and this out of no where and soon after he was baptized. We told him that he is under attack, and that if he refuses to be scared then that makes satan angry at his demons/fallen angels and that he needs to focus on NOT being scared. He comes into our room in tears, telling us of the lizard like sounds he is hearing, bare feet walking on waxy floors, lizards with slime on their tales walking around, and sometimes people talking. He knows he's hearing things that aren't there, but he is just too young to not be scared.
I've seen spiritual warfare in my home before when i was a child as the evil ones would torment my younger brother. It's harder now to see it in my own home and with my own kids.
Come Lord Jesus!!

Jesus Could Save Them From the Radiation

A dream…

The dream began with a nuclear bomb of some kind suddenly going off. The bomb was many miles away from where I, (a young female adult believer,) stood. The area was very flat, with no hills around it to hide the city from view, so I could see the mushroom cloud quite clearly. The earth shook and trembled under its force, and I had to steady myself lest I fall. This explosion was not the white fluffy mushroom ones I had seen before on television; it was black and the mushroom part was deeply red colored instead. The sky was dark, though from the time of day or night or the bomb itself, I could not tell for sure. (I sensed it was night time.) The earth roiled and changed colors like smoldering coals in a fire, first charring everything black, then suddenly blowing back to life with red hot fire, before returning to the black color once again. This red fire rippled outwards like a pebble thrown in a pond, till the end of its reach left spots of black char among the untouched ground.

Then from among this vision, came a person, walking away from the bomb blast. She was followed by others, trickling in, trying to get as far away from the blast as they could. Some dropped and died as they walked, while the survivors kept walking, wanting so very badly to get as far away from it as possible, despite knowing that for them it was probably too late and that they also would end up dead.

God’s people reacted totally different to the devastation; they had the attitude that as they were not dead yet, they would keep serving and following God till they no longer could. Those Christians whose faith was weak, succumbed to the radiation and died. Those who believed that Jesus could save them from the radiation survived with no side effects from the radiation. It was as if they were somehow immune to it.

These Christian survivors tried to witness to others, and the way these believers remained in good health was a visual reminder of a miracle that could be theirs too, if they came to Christ. There were a few who turned to Christ and were saved, (from both the radiation and from hell,) but most turned away from the good news and died, for they simply could not bring themselves to believe in such a miracle or in the God that gave it to His children.

My heart ached to see those people die without Christ.

Farther out from the blast, people were panicking, and running to the stores to buy provisions. I found myself outside a Target store, looking at the long lines of people waiting for their turn to get in. Target employees were trying to keep the people in line and orderly. Many people were buying odd stuff, like masses of paper towels, that would not be of much use to them over the long haul. You could only buy as much as you could carry, for cars and other motorized transportation was not working. Walking was the only way to get from place to place.

You could tell who were the real believers and who were not, simply by the look on their faces. Those who were believers in Jesus Christ, had positive thoughts, and this was reflected outwards towards others. There was a peace about them that stood out from all the chaos around them. Those who were not believers were in shock, and walked around as if in a daze, unable to think clearly.

I was not able to tell how the people buying the stuff payed for it, or if it was simply given away to them. You still had to wait in long lines to check out your items, but even the watches on peoples arms had stopped working, so I did not know what other kind of mechanics had been left in working condition, to charge the people.

I woke up and felt both sad and hopeful over the dream. Sad that such a thing had happened, yet hopeful having witnessed the believers being immune to the radiation. I wondered if this was a warning dream, and I wondered if it might actually happen one day. I wondered if in the future I would get another dream to confirm this one.

I then went back to sleep.

We are on the cusp of another spiritual cataclysm, and the vast majority of our conservative commentators have opted out of the game. To do what? Leave it to Pope Francis and the liberals? Leave it to the Muslims? The left-nihilists?

There’s no spiritual response from the West to what’s happening. It’s like a total surrender. What are we supposed to rally behind Ted Cruz who’ll fix it all by fighting Russia for Israel (or whatever other psychotic, non-sequitur garbage he comes up with)?

Islam is the most democratic of all the Abrahamic faiths. This point is lost on the Ross Douthats of the world. Christianity is fundamentally aristocratic, yet it has totally abdicated its throne.

So we are a people unmoored, without leadership, living in a state of spiritual anarchy, ripe for the picking. If this doesn’t change, we’ll lose. We can’t throw facts and opinions at our enemies and hope that moves people’s hearts and souls. It’s a hopeless endeavor. Trump’s popularity stems from this yearning for conviction that’s been lost since the Berlin Wall fell down. Right or wrong, we need faith more than ever, and we neglect it to our peril and probable doom.

Does anyone besides me and a few other weirdos like Houellebecq even recognize this?

Pinky.  :hi:

Why do I care about the creation vs. evolution argument?
Simple.
Because both those who only believe in creation and those who only believe in evolution are dead wrong.
Evolution follow creation so both are real.
Secondly because most atheists rely heavily on evolution to say that the universe and life in it can well do without God but evolution follow creation so God is needed to start the lot.

Abiogenesis is all about theories.
Tons of it as you can see in here.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Abiogenesis

So many people guess and guess but none of them ever thought that from nothing you get nothing so
consciousness has got to be a factor in evolution therefore there got to be someone who originate this consciousness and create the universe.  :lightbulb:

God-The-Father Has A Wife

The Lord's Prayer, often called the "Our Father," only addresses the masculine side of Divinity. It is a prayer to Yahweh, the Jewish and Christian Father-God. But what many have forgotten, or refuse to admit, is that Yahweh had a wife.

Asherah, the Shekinah, was originally worshipped right alongside her lover/husband Yahweh, or El, as He is also called in ancient writings. You've probably noticed His name in names like Mi-cha-EL, Gab-ri-EL, Rach-EL, which mean respectively, "Who is like God?", "Power of God," and "Fair One of God."

In Genesis, God the Father turns to some companion, we are never told whom, and says, "Let us make man after our own image." Jewish mystics and scholars of the Kabbalah have pointed out the obvious: Yahweh is talking to His wife.

Even more intriguing: many researchers say it is She that is speaking to Him. The Hebrew word used for "God" in Genesis is Elohim, the plural of Eloah, a feminine title for the Goddess. Eloah (sometimes spelled Elat) is the female "half" of El. This Hebrew Goddess in Genesis is Asherah, the Shekinah, the Lady, speaking with Her mate.

They agree to create, and so here we are. Perhaps a little sex magic is used in their grand creation project, who knows? It would be logical for the Divine to have intimate physical relations, since they made us such wonderfully sexual beings. We should never feel ashamed of, nor try to suppress, our sexual natures.

Pastor Mike Orten of the Truth Apostolic Church in Madisonville, Kentucky is defending his latest staff hire of Thomas Hopper, who was convicted of the rape and sodomy of a 13-year-old girl in the early 1990s. Hopperwas also convicted of multiple crimes in the early 2000s. But according to NBC 14 News, Orten brought Hopper into the church to work on outreach because it was the Christian thing to do.

The church’s website and Facebook page have all been taken down since the story broke, but prior to a community uprising, the website outlined Hopper’s biography detailing a history of involvement in churches and ministry going back to the 1970s. The biography does not, however, include his 10 years in prison for holding a razor blade to a girl’s throat and raping her.

Orten agrees that since the Hopper is on the registered sex offender list that he should not have access to the school the church’s premises. But as for fear of anything else, the pastor isn’t concerned because Hopper has been “saved by The Lord,” he explained. “Yep, that’s what he done,” the pastor said in a phone interview. “Most certainly. But he was mad and angry, both of them were on drugs. Yeah, that’s still in his past. It ain’t like we don’t know nothing about this. Like I said, the media and people are ignorant when they want to turn around and dramatize or hurt somebody.”

One parishioner who wished to remain anonymous said that it made her feel angry and betrayed by the church, “I trusted these people.” She later said that all the church would tell her is that “God had changed him.”

“This is a situation if that girls chooses…it takes two to tango, okay? So if that girl chooses to sleep with him, she’s just as guilty as he is,” the pastor said.

He went on to compare rape to shoplifting saying “So if you steal a piece of candy from a store because you were young and stupid and make stupid mistakes, alright, you’re still a thief even though now you’re 40-years-old?”

Satan’s Sinai-Gog Ruling, if you Worship Jesus the Christ you cannot live in Israel

Folks, on this day which the Christian world celebrates the Resurrection of the Messiah, Christ Jesus the Lord God Almighty, the ruling has been made that if you worship this Christ Jesus and do not deny him, and becoming an obedient Noahide proselyte made two fold a child of hell, you will not be allowed to reside in Itsreallyhell. Not that I personally have any intention to live among the perverse of the earth.

Now, let us just think on this one moment, that is, if you have the ability of thinking anymore. Some do, Most do not.

When will the ruling come, where the demand is, that if you do not go before a masonic temple or a beit din, you will not even be allowed to enter into satan’s lair or sorcery, thefts, lies, deceptions and Murder?

To further that, since the United States of America and most Nations of the earth are controlled by the jews and their monetary systems and their jewdicial courts of so called just-us, when will the ruling come that all Christ Jesus true faithful will become criminals to be hunted down and slain and afflicted? See Hjr 104, PL 102-14

If you are a proselyte of your master race chosenite’s, I recommend that you consider in prayer and do it quickly.

Quote# 118334

If you're addicted to sugar or tequila or heroin you want more and more of that substance. But porn and video games both are built on novelty, on the quest for newer and different experiences. That's why you rarely find a man addicted to a single pornographic image. He's entrapped in an ever-expanding kaleidoscope.

There's a key difference between porn and gaming. Pornography can't be consumed in moderation because it is, by definition, immoral. A video game can be a harmless diversion along the lines of a low-stakes athletic competition. But the compulsive form of gaming shares a key element with porn: both are meant to simulate something, something for which men long.

Pornography promises orgasm without intimacy. Video warfare promises adrenaline without danger. The arousal that makes these so attractive is ultimately spiritual to the core. Pornography promises orgasm without intimacy. Video warfare promises adrenaline without danger.

Satan isn't a creator but a plagiarist. His power is parasitic, latching on to good impulses and directing them toward his own purpose. God intends a man to feel the wildness of sexuality in the self-giving union with his wife. And a man is meant to, when necessary, fight for his family, his people, for the weak and vulnerable who are being oppressed.

The drive to the ecstasy of just love and to the valor of just war are gospel matters. The sexual union pictures the cosmic mystery of the union of Christ and his church. The call to fight is grounded in a God who protects his people, a Shepherd Christ who grabs his sheep from the jaws of the wolves.

When these drives are directed toward the illusion of ever-expanding novelty, they kill joy. The search for a mate is good, but blessedness isn't in the parade of novelty before Adam. It is in finding the one who is fitted for him, and living with her in the mission of cultivating the next generation. When necessary, it is right to fight. But God's warfare isn't forever novel. It ends in a supper, and in a perpetual peace.

Moreover, these addictions foster the seemingly opposite vices of passivity and hyper-aggression. The porn addict becomes a lecherous loser, with one-flesh union supplanted by masturbatory isolation. The video game addict becomes a pugilistic coward, with other-protecting courage supplanted by aggression with no chance of losing one's life. In both cases, one seeks the sensation of being a real lover or a real fighter, but venting one's reproductive or adrenal glands over pixilated images, not flesh and blood for which one is responsible.
Fight Arousal with Arousal

Zimbardo and Duncan are right, this is a generation mired in fake love and fake war, and that is dangerous. A man who learns to be a lover through porn will simultaneously love everyone and no one. A man obsessed with violent gaming can learn to fight everyone and no one.

The answer to both addictions is to fight arousal with arousal. Set forth the gospel vision of a Christ who loves his bride and who fights to save her. And then let's train our young men to follow Christ by learning to love a real woman, sometimes by fighting his own desires and the spirit beings who would eat him up. Let's teach our men to make love, and to make war . . . for real.

Quote# 118333

Part of what makes Fifty Shades of Grey so dangerous is that it twists and distorts God’s design and intentions for sex. Often we fail to understand that the most magnificent gifts of God, taken outside their God-intended boundaries, become utterly ruinous.

Think about two of the most powerful things God has created: fire and water. What would we do without them? But have you ever seen water out of control? Flood, tidal waves, and tsunamis are devastating. Have you ever seen fire out of control—a forest fire or a house burning to the ground? Have you seen somebody’s body covered with burns? It is absolutely horrific. So it is with sex. Its potential for great good has a flip side—potential for great evil.

There’s much more that could be said about the movie and its dangers. But I think Kevin DeYoung sums it up well when he writes in an excellent post, “Some movies do not deserve sophisticated analysis. They deserve sober repudiation. If the church cannot extend grace to sexual sinners, we’ve lost the heart of the gospel. And if we cannot tell people to stay away from 50 Shades of Grey, we’ve lost our minds.”

Of course, some will think I’m overreacting when I say this: Satan is behind this movie. But there you go, I—who do not see the devil behind every bush—believe it, because I have a Christian worldview, and the Bible says, “Be alert and of sober mind. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour” (1 Peter 5:8). This is a movie that will devour many people, as the book has done, and drag them down into the black hole of immorality.

Am I being an alarmist? I don’t think so, because I’ve seen in people’s lives the utter ruin and devastation that comes from sexual perversity. Fifty Shades of Grey wasn’t the first, nor will it be the last strategy from the pit of hell. But make no mistake, that’s where it’s from. I’m especially sad that many young people will be dragged down with this in the “read it/see it because it’s cool” culture.

Quote# 118331

You have a spiritual wife or sex partner whom you attracted by masturbation. Your being born again has dealt a great blow to your relationship with her. That is the reason for the attack.

Everyone who masturbates is oppressed by a demon. Such people if they engage in a hot night vigil they will be attacked most times by the demon covering or pressing them when they go to sleep. They hardly make progress financially.

That doesn't mean your not born again. If means your a baby child of God. If you enlighten your spirit with the word of God through meditation. Those devils oppressing you will disappear.

You can deal with that demon effectly by the knowledge of the word of God not by prayer alone. This is because, if you cast it out. It come back later more aggressively. That is why you hear many people here say you can't stop masturbation.

But when the light of God's word drives it out. It lighten you that it can not come again. You know the devil is darkness and light defeat darkness anytime anywhere
