Who Is Responsible For Your Children?

Godly parents take responsibility for their children.

Just this week, I’ve read of the following events from LOCAL schools
A vicious attack of a five year-old in a school bathroom
> Four different instances where teachers sexually assaulted students
> A convicted sex-offender being allowed to chaperon an over night field trip (who knows what happened on that trip
> A physical assault on a student by a teacher
> A shooting at a local high school
> I know of one student, who attended a local high-school, who was mocked because she always dressed like a young lady
> Schools are being ordered by the Obama administration to open their bathrooms and locker rooms to anyone to accommodate the perverts.
> We know that floor plans of public schools here in the United States have been found in the middle east. Safety should be the concern of every parent, but millions of parents send their kids, like sheep to the slaughter, to school every day.
> From kindergarten, children are subtly being taught lies about the Bible (i.e., “billions of years ago,” evolution, etc.)
> From kindergarten, children are being taught that deviant behavior such as homosexuality is acceptable. In later grades, kids are taught how to perform sex acts.
> Sexual assaults by students, on students are common place.
> Children are regularly being charged and convicted of distributing child pornography among themselves.
> Physical assaults are commonplace
> Emotional bullying and abuse is commonplace.
> Parents believe their school is a good school. Good compared to what?

Children spends 35 hours per week, plus homework time, being indoctrinated into the NEA’s socialist agenda while being taught that God and the Bible are mythology for the weak-minded. Parents get their children to ball practice, prom, band practice and choral recitals, but not church activities. Then, when that dear, sweet child rejects God, the parent turns to the church asking what the church and the Pastor did wrong.

Proverbs 22:6 Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.

The command to train up a child is given to the parents, not the state. God didn’t give the child to the state, God gave the parents the responsibility to train, nurture and protect the child. When a parent sends his child off to a state school, that parent is abdicating his responsibility to protect the child. When a parent places more emphasis on school activities than church activities and when the parent teaches the child to “listen to the teacher” and “learn what the teacher teaches you,” the parent shouldn’t be surprised when the child rejects God and the parent absolutely should not blame the church, the youth group or the man of God.

A pastor who tried replicating the Biblical story of Jesus Christ walking on water has been eaten by crocodiles.

The pastor, identified as Jonathan Mthethwa, of the Saint of the Last Days Church, tried the demonstration at a river known as Crocodile River.

Mthethwa, from a local church in White River Mpumalanga died Saturday morning trying to demonstrate the biblical miracle to his congregants.

According to The Herald Zimbabwe, he drowned into the Crocodile River and was seen by his church members getting eaten by 3 crocodiles.

Deacon Nkosi, a member of the church, told the newspaper, “The pastor taught us about faith on Sunday last week.

“He promised he would demonstrate his faith to us today, but he unfortunately ended up drowning and getting eaten by 3 large crocodiles in front of us.

“We still don’t understand how this happened because he fasted and prayed the whole week.”

Pastor Mthethwa was said to have walked into the water and when he was 30 meters inside the river, attempted to ascend above the water so he can start walking, but the 3 crocodile appeared from nowhere and started feasting on him.

Deacon Nkosi added, “They finished him in a couple of minutes.

“All that was left of him when they finished eating him is a pair of sandals and his underwear floating above the water.”

The country’s emergency agency, ER24 responded to the scene 30 minutes after, but upon arrival, there was not much they could do as the pastor was already dead.

The News and Observer reported that Republicans had become frustrated after Democrats forced vote after vote on budget amendments during a session that began on Thursday and went into the early hours of Friday morning.

Republicans eventually called for a two hour recess after negotiations between Senate Minority Leader Dan Blue and Senate Majority Leader Phil Berger appeared to break down.

When the session resumed around 3 a.m., Republican Sen. Brent Jackson introduced an amendment that provided an extra $1 million to fight the opioid epidemic. The amendment was passed before Democrats noticed that the $1 million had been taken from education funding in their districts.

Democratic Sen. Erica Smith-Ingram’s district lost $316,646 that was earmarked for two rural high schools. The amendment also banned the school from using existing funds for the Eastern North Carolina STEM program, which promotes science, math and technology.

“I don’t know what motivated the amendment, but it will have a devastating effect on an area that is already suffering,” Smith-Ingram told The News and Observer on Saturday.

She said that the program would be shut down unless Republicans agreed to fund it before the budget was finalized.

“The future of children should not be caught up in a political disagreement between members,” Smith-Ingram insisted.

Many years ago before I was even in apostolic office I was still training as a prophet. At one time Lucifer appeared to me in my time of intercession and tried to persuade me to give up everything I wanted to do.
He offered me whatever I wanted if I just dropped all my silly ideas for ministry. I wasn't a baby Christian, but I certainly was not at the level of authority and knowledge that I have now. I just knew one Scripture though. It was, At the name of Jesus every knee shall bow, of things in heaven, things in earth and things under the earth.

I said to him,
"Satan, at the name of Jesus every knee shall bow. Satan that is your knee included. Your knee will bow to the name of Jesus. You will bow! I stand in Him and I stand in His name and you will bow to me now."

The nice guy with the big smile on his face began to scowl and get extremely angry and agitated. But he couldn't touch me, because he was defeated on Calvary and he knew that I knew it. I stood on the Word and said, "You will bow even in my presence because I stand in the name of Jesus."

He bowed down low with a scowl on his face and disappeared. And he has never come to me again since then. He knows better.

You have authority, and I am going to be showing you how to know your authority and how to use it. You don't have to be afraid of these demonic powers but you need to understand how they work.

Oh my, there is so much you fail to understand- Christians consider it a blessing to be mocked, reviled, hated, abused and even killed. Our Lord was treated thusly and we ought not to think ourselves better than he. And please spare me the BS about the historical sanctity of marriage. Historically, it's about paying someone to take your daughter off your hands, or forging bonds between two powerful families.
But really, right now, there are two very different concepts of marriage: the religious one, which gets to be defined by whatever religion you follow; and the legal one, which defines who gets to have legal benefits of being married. And that second one demands it give equal protection to all people.

You are so naive Colin. You are right I can forego the opportunity to state the life-saving truth, but then I would be called to account by a higher authority than Man on Judgment Day (i.e. Why did you not throw the life preserver to those drowning men, Ezra?)
And I promise YOU that indeed they are looking for affirmation. Do you think that if they were not looking for it and for people to "butt their noses into their private lives", as you so quaintly put it, that they would have put it onto the social net. Puhleeze, do not think we rolled off the potato wagon this morning. It appears from context that they are reveling in their new-found notoriety.
The two reasons you gave (though perhaps jaded) are certainly valid in some societies - but there are far more. And it is a falsehood to claim that marriage is just religious - most pre-religious social orders observed it. And legal benefits came about for a very good reason that I'll bet you were not taught in school.

Throughout the New Testament, when "proskuneo" is given to those who are there with the purpose of serving God, it isn't accepted. Jesus is the only exception. In fact, Jesus never refused any bow, ever. Let's take a moment to think about this.

People have bowed in worship to just about everything - statues, kings, animals, planets, angels, and so on - and they are warned, scolded, or punished. Yet there's not one example of a person who is punished, scolded, or even warned not to bow to Jesus. Very strange since He did some amazing things, like come down from heaven, forgive sins, and raise the dead.

If we take the perspective Jesus isn't God, then He's more like God than anyone else in creation. So wouldn't someone sometime make the mistake of worshipping Him? This would give Him a chance to set an example with words like, "Don't bow to me; bow to God," or, "Rise, I'm also a servant." Can we just accept there was never a time when bowing was intended or perceived as worship?

Somewhere along the way I found the Greek word "kampto". This word, according to my Bible dictionary, is used four times in Scriptures and means "to bend, bow the knee (the knees) or one's self and is used of worshippers who bend in honour of one in religious veneration (Romans 11: 4; 14: 11; Ephesians 3: 14; Philippians 2: 10)." "Kampto" has only one meaning: worshippers bending in honour of the one they revere. Let's have a look at Philippians 2: 9-11 where the knees are bent to Jesus:

Therefore God also has highly exalted Him and given Him the name which is above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth, and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

Here Jesus is exalted and given the name above every name, not only in this age but in the age to come (Ephesians 1: 20-21). Think about this for a minute. What name will be so great everyone, from those under the earth to the highest of angels, will bend their knees? When do angels, who aren't fallen, bend the knee to anyone except God? Jesus is worshipped.

One last thought. How can the Father be honored as God without honoring Jesus as God? After all, both are to be equally honoured (John 5: 23), and worship is honour.

With Sinclair’s potential acquisition of Tribute Media Group, concerns that they might exert their allegedly pro-Trump bias over a majority of American news stations is growing.

The article claims that Sinclair requires news stations they own to broadcast “must-runs” — news packages created by the network such as one issued by the company’s vice president of news Scott Livingston that decried biased media and positioned themselves as bastions of journalistic objectivity. Stations are reportedly required to broadcast these must-runs within 48 hours of receiving them from the network.

Sinclair currently owns 173 stations in many large media markets, and with their purchase of Tribune, they would own 42 more and could then control up to 70 percent of all American broadcast media.

In 2013, the Seattle Times ran an article critical of Sinclair’s conservative bias, as evidenced by their treatment of Democratic candidates such as John Kerry, the subject of a critical documentary aired just before the 2004 election. According to KOMO employees, Sinclair reportedly ran a story “critical of the newspaper industry” and of the Seattle Times specifically in response.

Along with the must-runs, reporters at Seattle’s KOMO news station told the Times that they were once subject to a strange request from their editor — to investigate a (now debunked) advertisement for “paid protesters”. They soon learned that the request came down from Sinclair’s corporate HQ.

Despite Livingston’s assertion that Sinclair works “very hard to be objective and fair and be in the middle,” reporters at KOMO told the Times a different story. They complained — under condition of anonymity — that the must-runs are “too politically tilted” and “occasionally of poor quality,” and a union representative for photojournalists at KOMO said their union members have expressed dissatisfaction as well.

“It’s something that’s very troubling to our members,” Dave Twedell, the KOMO union rep, told the Times. “I have not found one of our members who is supportive of our company’s position.”
