The boy’s parents allegedly told police they had consulted a preacher about the child’s behavior, and were told he is possessed by demons.

I put out a call to governments that they could show the hypocrisy of the US government – which claims to stand for freedom, claims to have the moral authority to “spread freedom” to the world using manipulation and war, yet bans freedom of speech at home – by giving me a domain, and yet no government on earth came forward with an offer to do this.

But we carry on.

I've tried to construct this artifice of there being the "good ones" and the "bad ones."

Every time, I've been made an ass of as they repeatedly prove to be more of a self-amused and ambitious tightly wound clique of men who vehemently pursue a fixed anti-Christian, anti-family agenda than what I would like to imagine; decent men struggling with a specific incurable psychopathology. Part of it is perhaps on account of what draws homosexuals into nationalism and what that entails for their priorities.

For them, it's an attractive opportunity to gentrify their social and sexual circles, to revive implicitly white and rigorously elitist nineties buggery against a push for diversity, feminism, and social egalitarianism leveling gay subcultures.

I suppose that theoretically there could be some who genuinely belong in our movement. But most of them still belong in a bog.

What's going to do it won't be 'evidence against evolution!' per se, but continued technological accomplishments by mankind. People already are getting into the idea of simulation theory (and that's on a secular level!) It is ignorance of the rules of science to present Evolution, or the big bang, as science. ignorance: 'a lack of knowledge, understanding, or education : the state of being ignorant' assume: 'to think that something is true or probably true without knowing that it is true' If one accepts an assumption as true, without requiring validation, then they are still in a state of ignorance.

Recently I tried to convince an atheist of intelligent design. I explained to him how unlikely the probability of life simply developing and evolving in human beings was, and how it is much more rational to assume that an intelligent agent was at work. I explained to him how when we come upon an ancient ruin, our first thought is not "oh this must have resulted from natural causes," but rather "these ruins must have been built!"

I then explained how astronomically more complex life is. At the end of the debate he simply shrugged his shoulders and said, "Well maybe God created the universe, or maybe there's an infinite number of universes and the universe we live in is the only one we could live in, and it's the way it is because out of the infinite number of universes it was bound to happen. I guess we'll never know."

I think this was a very powerful lesson. The truth is that people will believe whatever they want to believe. As Socrates once famously said, "The only thing I know is that I don't know anything." If someone wants to believe something, then they'll find a way to justify their belief. If we could rationally convince people of the existence of God, then He wouldn't be God but rather a man-made idea. God is beyond our mere rationality.

If we could deduce God logically, then there would be no need for faith. People believe what they believe not because it is rationally and logically true beyond a doubt, but because it is useful and convenient. Instead of trying to convince people that we're right, we should just develop our own young earth Biology and Physics that is just as useful as the current old earth Biology and Physics. We can teach both models, since both models are equally effective at making accurate predictions, and let people decide what they want to believe. I think this would be the best approach we can take.

When it comes to evolution, were supposed to ignore the scientific method and just pretend it is science because that's what we're told. The examples you mention, and other fossils, are not propose to be actual common ancestors, but are presented as derivatives of an unknown shared common ancestor.

This is all based on assumptions. However, you have what is called the "species problem," nobody is in agreement on what to assume. What defines speciation is currently hotly debated amongst evolutionary scientists with no agreement. One can Google "species problem" for further information. Quite simply, no missing links, the theory is falsified, end of story. Believers can go on believing, but it ain't science.

Wrong. What has happened is that in 1943, when Third Reich was reeling from the defeats in the East, an attempt to split Allies and USSR was made. Germans claimed that they discovered a grave crime of Soviets - mass-murder of Poles. Nobody heard about Katyn before that.

Several independent experts were called in by the Nazis to make a statement, except every single one later admitted that Nazis promised to kill them, if they will not sign the paper that testified their confirmation that it was Soviet crime.

In 1945 a new investigation was carried (joint), that concluded that Soviets were innocent and it was just one of many similar mass-murders committed by the Nazis. However, it was proven too hard to locate enough evidence in time for the Nuremberg Trials to convict the specific culprits of the crime. Consequently, result was inconclusive and nobody got convicted.

Yes, one newly vegan. I can't vouch for the long term but have connected with a ton of other people who can. My vet is on board too.

All the arguments of "if you're vegan and care about animals don't get a cat" don't really work for me. I was in a state park and found a cat that was missing hair and had no fat on her body. She was in organ failure because it had been so long since she had eaten. She has lost sight in one of her eyes because of the malnutrition as well. Clearly she was not a good hunter.

I took her home and to many vet visits to get her healthy (feeding high quality meat based food), all the while doing research into if cats could be safe, healthy, thriving vegans. My dog is vegan so it seemed natural to at least look into it. I was sceptical at first but the more research I did into what exact nutrients cats needed the more sure I was that it could be done if properly monitored. Male cats need more initial monitoring than females mostly regarding urine pH. There are food supplements you can add if this issue comes up.

Only thing I would note is that it's a lot easier to prepare vegan meals for a dog. After my research I would only feed a cat commercial vegan food that has everything they need. They can have much worse side effects than dogs if they are lacking in certain nutrients. Don't try to make homemade food for your cat.

What someone eats is also COMPLETELY the animal's business too and I'm standing up for those animals who can't voice their concerns about being eaten.
