A huge spot on Mars found last year by astronomers had some scientists wondering whether it contained life. Evolutionists have speculated that this hole or cavern “might be the sort of place that could support life.” The desire to find life on Mars is so strong that even a hole is promising!

Meanwhile, a 2018 European Space Agency mission—to find signs of life on hundreds of extrasolar planets—is being planned. Not surprisingly, it’s called the “Darwin mission.” Billions of dollars will be spent on what will be a fruitless search for extraterrestrial life, rather than to believe the ultimate Extraterrestrial placed us here.

Okay so I am going to prom with my boyfriend. Well I was looking for a prom dress, and I couldn't find one under 100.00 dollars. I wasn't to happy about that fact. I didn't want to break 50.00 bucks. So in the car driving with my mom I were going to the next store I prayed. I just told the Lord that I really needed a lavender prom dress that was 50.00 dollars. So we walked into the store and there was a whole rack of dresses that were lavender (in my size) and 30.00 dollars!!!! I was extatic! It was awesome. Just some encouragement for those out there who think that God doesn't answer prayers!

I was amazed. I just couldn't believe it. What's more amazing is I was praying oh, about 3 days ago asking God to show me how prayer is manifested into my life. So when that happened I literally got on my knees and thanked God for what he given me. You should've seen the looks of the surrounding people. But I didn't care.

A dozen seashell necklaces (or perhaps bracelets) were discovered in a cave in Morocco, North Africa. The discovery surprised archaeologists who dated the ornamental jewelry at 82,000 years old but previously believed that humans had not developed such art until around 50,000 years ago.

Dating such discoveries has led some Christians to wonder when God created humans. Many “progressive creationists” have gradually pushed their range of dates back: 10,000–25,000 years, then 10,000–35,000, up to 60,000, and sometimes up to 100,000 years.

A clear reading of Genesis, on the other hand, shows that mankind was created about 6,000 years ago, but all vestiges of the earliest cultures were destroyed during the Flood. These artifacts, found in post-Flood geologic formations, must be less than 4,500 years old.

The dating methods of secular archaeologists are based on incorrect assumptions, and the key to correct dates is the infallible Word of God.

My goodness! I bought all 3 guitar hero games for my 12 year old son's birthday, based on the fact that so many other kids in my son's private Christian school had it in their homes and were playing it.

As soon as I viewed it, I saw a multitude of satanic images constantly being paraded before my kid's eyes: to name a few: goats horns on an evil looking guy named "Lu" (short for Lucifer), moons and stars, pentagrams, white owls, dragons, and snakes.
These images are floating towards your child non-stop as he is playing the guitar along with the game.
Instead of returning the game, I used this as an example of what to be discerning about in life to my kids. I explained what the images meant, and how to rebuke them, and not give them any power in their lives.

I was one of those Christian Moms who said no to Pokemon, Harry Potter and the like, and kept these things away from my children. But now? Where do we draw the line? My kids are teens (almost) and need to know how to spiritually combat these elements with the Sword of the Spirit--The Word of God.

What do you all think? Where do we as parents draw the line with our teens?

god DID already know what was going to happen, You see God is all knowing, which includes the future. He wanted to test Abraham.

God did not create people like that...if he did then he would be a cruel and unloving God for creating people with feelings that they can't control...but he's not he did not create them like that.

i'm gonna try to stay away from starting a debate on whether it's a choice or not b/c the bible doesn't really specify if it's chosen or not..it just says it's a sin..

I think mostly because it's lust..not love. major difference.

Great, something for the queens to cry about - riiiiiight, one kid shoots another kid in a public school who happens to be “gay”, so therefore, a pro-homosexual agenda has to be pushed on ALL students even harder?

What kind of parents lets their SON go to school in makeup and high heels in the first place???

You're right! Thanks for waking me up. I really shouldn't have said it that way. I don't know what I was thinking. I really should have said it like this:

Mona Lisa is proof of Leonardo Da Vinci. That's common sense.
The Statue of David is proof of Michelangelo. That's common sense.
Falling Water is proof of Frank Lloyd Wright. That's common sense.
Adventures of Huckleberry Finn is proof of Samuel Langhorne Clemens. That's common sense.
Creation is proof of the Creator. That's common sense.

Anyone that says differently (without some sort of solid evidence), in my opinion, is just being stubborn, or foolish, or both.

Have a nice day

Quote# 36955

We keep hearing from atheists that they are not a movement and that "atheism is not a belief system" but merely the denial of a belief in God. So isn't it interesting that we now have atheist books, atheist magazines, atheist conferences, atheist organizations, atheist Sunday schools, an atheist radio show, and so on? Quite clearly atheism has become an ideology and our atheist friends cannot escape criticism by inanely proclaiming that their position doesn't constitute a position. Perhaps one of these days these characters will stop living in denial and prove worthy of the rational realism that they claim to uphold.

Seems to me the better solution would be to make homosexuality socially unacceptable, and cause gay, cross dressing children to dress and act straight, at least until they are old enough to have a private life where they can share their perversions with friends who want to share the gay lifestyle with them. All the politically correct attempts to convince straight people that homosexuality is normal won’t prevent the next young thug from killing or beating a gay kid. What liberals will accomplish with the radical, gay agenda is the next step in tearing down sexual morality and cultural standards. Someday, we will read how some young thug shot the neighbor kid for lawfully practicing bestiality on the street. The PC police will admonish us about the need to teach our children bestiality awareness.

A daughter who marries and makes her babies when she's biologically ready, at around age 14 to 16, will be a grandmother in her 30s when feminazi are still rushing to fertility clinics. She will then have several decades to get a PhD education and career without the social pressure and emotional drives to make babies. She can have it all, but only if she is encouraged to follow her biological needs and do things in the order that biology allows. Tell the feminazi to pound sand. And help young females like Jamie Spears and a million others to have a good, rich, fulfilled life with a husband and family.

Quote# 36937

My parents, who are now deceased, were in a prophetic ministry. My Father pastored several churches and was also a traveling evangelist. When my parents were in their twenties they were baptized in the Holy Spirit.

At night, when they would first go to bed, an Angel of the Lord would enter the room to teach them God's Word. My brother was a little boy and shared their room at that time. My brother would see the room light up with a white light. My parents would see the angel. They described the Angel as being so tall that he would have to bend over to fit in the room. They said he was nine or ten feet tall.

The angel would explain scriptures to them and answer their questiones. My parents ministered from the 1950's thru the 70's. America was visited with a mighty move of God's Spirit in the 50's and 60's, after that the church entered a lukewarm state.
